Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water pumps, in particular to a high-efficiency submersible pump.
Background
At present, the widely used submersible pump is suitable for various industries due to small volume, light weight and convenient movement and installation, and is an important device for pumping water from a deep well. When in use, the whole unit is submerged to work, and underground water is extracted to the ground surface, so that the unit is used for domestic water, mine emergency, industrial cooling, farmland irrigation, seawater lifting and ship load regulation, and can also be used for fountain landscape. The submersible pump is a drainage machine with a pump body and an electric motor capable of working in water, the traditional submersible pump is composed of four parts, namely the pump body, a submersible motor (including a cable), a water delivery pipe and a control switch, the submersible motor is positioned in the pump body, and the water delivery pipe is connected with a water delivery port of the pump body. It works as follows: before starting the pump, the pump body needs to be filled with liquid; after the pump is started, the submersible motor drives the impeller to rotate at a high speed, liquid in the impeller rotates along with the blades, the liquid flies away from the impeller and is ejected outwards under the action of centrifugal force, the speed of the ejected liquid in the diffusion chamber of the pump body gradually becomes slow, the pressure of the ejected liquid gradually increases, and then the ejected liquid is discharged from a water delivery pipe connected to a water delivery port; at the moment, a vacuum low-pressure area without air and liquid is formed at the center of the blade because the liquid is thrown to the periphery, the liquid in the liquid pool flows into the pump body through the suction inlet under the action of the atmospheric pressure of the pool surface, and the liquid is continuously sucked from the liquid pool and continuously flows out of the water conveying pipe.
Some technical solutions of high-efficiency submersible pumps have appeared in the prior art, and for example, a chinese patent with application number 2013101946139 discloses a high-performance clean water submersible pump, which includes: the automatic control water pump comprises a handle, a pump body and an output pipe joint, wherein the handle is hinged to the top end of the pump body, a one-way valve capable of closing the connecting end of the water outlet of the pump body is hinged to the inner wall of the connecting end of the water outlet of the pump body of the output pipe joint, a button capable of jacking the one-way valve is connected to the outer surface of one side of the pump body, a supporting leg connecting rod capable of moving up and down is movably connected to the pump body, a transmission eccentric block is arranged below the handle and is in transmission fit with the top of the supporting leg connecting rod, and an automatic control switch assembly for controlling the water pump to be opened or closed.
Although the submersible pump has the advantage that when liquid in a deep well is to be pumped out, residual liquid in the water delivery pipe flows back into the pump body, the submersible pump cannot be bent and extended in any direction, so that the use environment for simultaneously pumping water in a plurality of pits in a pool with the plurality of pits cannot be met, and the pumped water quantity cannot be increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the high-efficiency submersible pump, which aims to realize bending and extension in any direction, thereby meeting the use environment of simultaneously pumping water in a plurality of pits in a pond with the plurality of pits and increasing the pumped water quantity.

The second parent body comprises a second shell, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear, a gear box, a second shaft, a third shaft, a fourth shaft, a first support and a coupler; the gearbox is installed in the second shell and fixedly connected with the second shell through the first support, and a first through hole is formed in the center of the first support; one end of the second shell is of an elastic structure, the left end of the second shell is provided with a clamping groove structure, and the right end of the second shell is provided with a clamping block structure; the right end of the second shell is clamped with the left end of the first shell through a clamping groove structure; the middle part of the third shaft is in key connection with the first bevel gear, one end of the third shaft is a flexible shaft, the other end of the third shaft is of an elastic telescopic structure, one end of the third shaft is connected with the first shaft through a coupler, and the other end of the third shaft is connected with one end of the fourth shaft through a coupler; the other end of the fourth shaft is connected with the end cover in a sliding manner, and a waterproof sealing ring is arranged between the other end of the fourth shaft and the end cover; the first bevel gear is arranged in the gear box; the second bevel gear is arranged in the gear box, the first bevel gear is meshed with the second bevel gear through gear teeth, and one end of the second bevel gear is connected with the second shaft through a key; the middle part of the second shaft and the gear box are sealed through a waterproof sealing ring; and water outlets are respectively arranged on the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the second shell, and check valves are arranged in the water outlets. The clamping groove structure is a dovetail groove, a first elastic strip is arranged on the inner end face of the clamping groove structure and is a sealing strip, first grooves are respectively arranged on two inner side faces of the clamping groove structure, the first grooves are uniformly distributed on the inner side faces of the clamping groove structure, and the number of the first grooves is at least 3; two side surfaces of the bottom of the first groove are respectively provided with a second groove, the bottom of the second groove is provided with a second elastic strip, and the second elastic strip is a sealing strip; the shape of the clamping block structure is the same as that of the clamping groove structure, and the clamping block structure is just clamped with the clamping groove structure. An elastic air bag is arranged in the first elastic strip and is a compression air bag. During operation, the elastic airbag can expand in the first elastic strip, so that the first elastic strip can expand when the clamping groove structure is loosened, and the gap between the inner bottom surface of the clamping groove structure can be filled with the first elastic strip.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the second parent body is arranged, and the number of the second parent bodies connected in series can be increased by clamping the second parent body, so that the length of the submersible pump is increased, the service environment for pumping water in a plurality of water pits in a pond simultaneously is met, and the pumped water quantity can be increased.
2. According to the invention, the third shaft and the second shell are arranged, one half of the third shaft is a flexible shaft, one half of the third shaft is an elastic telescopic structure, one end of the second shell is an elastic structure, the elastic structure can be bent, the number of the second shell which is connected in series can be increased in a clamping manner, so that bending and extending in any direction can be realized, and the use environment for simultaneously pumping water in a plurality of pits in a pool with the plurality of pits can be met.
3. According to the invention, the elastic telescopic structure is arranged in the middle of the second shell, the fifth shaft is a flexible shaft, and the elastic telescopic structure is also arranged in the middle of the fifth shaft, so that the daughter can extend and bend towards any direction, the front end of the daughter can extend into a nearby water pit to pump water, and the environment adaptability of the submersible pump to pump water is increased.

The second matrix 2 comprises a second shell 25, a first bevel gear 12, a second bevel gear 13, a gear box 14, a second shaft 16, a third shaft 23, a fourth shaft 24, a first bracket 18 and a coupler 17; the gearbox 14 is installed in the second shell 25, the gearbox 14 is fixedly connected with the second shell 25 through the first support 18, and the center of the first support 18 is provided with a first through hole 181; one end of the second shell 25 is of an elastic structure, the left end of the second shell 25 is provided with a clamping groove structure 7, and the right end of the second shell 25 is provided with a clamping block structure 75; the right end of the second shell 25 is clamped with the left end of the first shell 11 through a clamping groove structure 7; the middle part of the third shaft 23 is connected with the first bevel gear 12 through a key, one end of the third shaft 23 is a flexible shaft, the other end of the third shaft 23 is of an elastic telescopic structure, one end of the third shaft 23 is connected with the first shaft through a coupler 17, and the other end of the third shaft 23 is connected with one end of the fourth shaft 24 through the coupler 17; the other end of the fourth shaft 24 is connected with the end cover 4 in a sliding manner, and a waterproof sealing ring 19 is arranged between the other end of the fourth shaft 24 and the end cover 4; the first bevel gear 12 is arranged in a gear box 14; the second bevel gear 13 is arranged in the gear box 14, the first bevel gear 12 is meshed with the second bevel gear 13 through gear teeth, and one end of the second bevel gear 13 is connected with the second shaft 16 through a key; the middle part of the second shaft 16 is sealed with the gear box 14 through a waterproof sealing ring 19; and the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the second shell 25 are respectively provided with a water outlet 21, and a check valve 22 is arranged in the water outlet 21.
