本发明公开一种针刺平地毯的加工方法,包括以下步骤:A将纤维原料按预设比例开松、循环、梳理、铺网形成均匀的纤网,再经过针刺固结形成面毯层,所述纤维原料包括低熔点纤维,所述纤维原料包括重量百分比为70~80%的PET纤维和重量百分比为20~30%的低熔点纤维,所述低熔点纤维为双组份低熔点复合纤维;B在步骤A中的面毯层的背面均匀分撒一层聚乙烯粉末,经过热定型工序,在面毯层的背面形成一层聚乙烯粉末层。

一种针刺平地毯的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种针刺平地毯的加工方法。
背景技术
为了保证平地毯的外观的平整度要求和硬度要求,通常在面毯层的背面上背涂一层涂胶后,再复合热熔粉制成针刺平地毯。上述针刺平地毯由于含有乳胶,含有挥发性有机化合物(VOC),具有刺激性气味,而且需要先涂覆乳胶后复合热熔粉,工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种针刺平地毯的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
A将纤维原料按预设比例开松、循环、梳理、铺网形成均匀的纤网,再经过针刺固结形成面毯层,所述纤维原料包括低熔点纤维,所述纤维原料包括重量百分比为70~80%的PET纤维和重量百分比为20~30%的低熔点纤维,所述低熔点纤维为双组份低熔点复合纤维;
B在步骤A中的面毯层的背面均匀分撒一层聚乙烯粉末,经过热定型工序,在面毯层的背面形成一层聚乙烯粉末层。
优选的,所述聚乙烯粉末层的撒粉密度为60~200克/平方米,在所述聚乙烯粉末层中聚乙烯呈颗粒状:
优选的,所述步骤A中,面毯层的面密度为300~500g/平方米。
优选的,所述步骤A中,所述纤网依次经过四台针刺机进行针刺,针刺密度为500~600针/平方厘米;所述步骤B中,热定型工序的热定型温度为180~200℃,速度为3.5~4.0m/min。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于聚乙烯粉末和纤维原料中低熔点纤维的温度特性,通过加热即可将聚乙烯粉末粘合于面毯层的背面,形成一层聚乙烯粉末层,保证了平地毯的平整度和硬度等外观要求,减少了上胶工序,在撒粉的同时对毯面进行加热定型,工序节约,成本降低。
具体实施方式
本实例的工作过程:
一种针刺平地毯的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
A将纤维原料按预设比例开松、循环、梳理、铺网形成均匀的纤网,再经过针刺固结形成面毯层,所述纤维原料包括低熔点纤维,所述纤维原料包括重量百分比为80%的PET纤维和重量百分比为20%的低熔点纤维,所述低熔点纤维为双组份低熔点复合纤维;
B在步骤A中的面毯层的背面均匀分撒一层聚乙烯粉末,经过热定型工序,在面毯层的背面形成一层聚乙烯粉末层。
所述聚乙烯粉末层的撒粉密度为60克/平方米,在所述聚乙烯粉末层中聚乙烯呈颗粒状:
所述步骤A中,面毯层的面密度为500g/平方米。
所述步骤A中,所述纤网依次经过四台针刺机进行针刺,针刺密度为600针/平方厘米;所述步骤B中,热定型工序的热定型温度为200℃,速度为4.0m/min。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于聚乙烯粉末和纤维原料中低熔点纤维的温度特性,通过加热即可将聚乙烯粉末粘合于面毯层的背面,形成一层聚乙烯粉末层,保证了平地毯的平整度和硬度等外观要求,减少了上胶工序,在撒粉的同时对毯面进行加热定型,工序节约,成本降低。

A将纤维原料按预设比例开松、循环、梳理、铺网形成均匀的纤网,再经过针刺固结形成面毯层,所述纤维原料包括低熔点纤维,所述纤维原料包括重量百分比为70~80%的PET纤维和重量百分比为20~30%的低熔点纤维,所述低熔点纤维为双组份低熔点复合纤维;
B在步骤A中的面毯层的背面均匀分撒一层聚乙烯粉末,经过热定型工序,在面毯层的背面形成一层聚乙烯粉末层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺平地毯的加工方法,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯粉末层的撒粉密度为60~200克/平方米,在所述聚乙烯粉末层中聚乙烯呈颗粒状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺平地毯的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中,面毯层的面密度为300~500g/平方米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种针刺平地毯的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中,所述纤网依次经过四台针刺机进行针刺,针刺密度为500~600针/平方厘米;所述步骤B中,热定型工序的热定型温度为180~200℃,速度为3.5~4.0m/min。
