技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种仿铁锈花盆、仿锈漆及仿铁锈花盆的制造工艺。
背景技术
仿锈效果是通过特殊的处理方式把物体的表面做旧,模仿生锈的效果,因其如同真实生锈的金属一般,可以做到各种细腻的纹理和细微的凹凸感在表层上,形成真实的金属锈蚀的自然质感,非常适合做在雕塑、模型、工艺品、背景墙、局部修饰等位置。传统制作仿锈效果一般采用酸洗金属物体的表面以产生仿锈效果,因而,既污染环境影响操作人员身体健康同时又不利于施工。故如何制备一款易于施工且环保的仿锈漆是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。

本发明解决的技术问题是,提供一种环保的仿铁锈花盆、仿锈漆及仿铁锈花盆的制造工艺。
第一方面,本发明公开了一种仿锈漆,包括下重量份数的原料:水5.8-20份,助剂0.21-4.7份,分散剂0.1-1份,润湿剂0.05-0.5份,乙二醇0.2-2份,十二碳醇酯0.5-2份,乳液8.2-25份,黑色金属矿石粉40-60份,增稠剂0.1-0.9份,杀菌剂0.1-0.2份及防腐剂0.05-0.1份。
优选地,所述助剂包括以下重量份数的组分:多功能助剂AMP-95 0.05-0.2份,助剂320 0.15-2.5份及活性增稠流变助剂0.01-2份。
优选地,所述防腐剂为防腐剂GL20。
优选地,所述杀菌剂为杀菌剂LOZASERVE940。
第二方面,本发明还公开了一种仿铁锈花盆的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:

在本发明另一种优选的实施例中,所述仿锈漆包括以下重量份数的原料:水20份,助剂4.7份,分散剂1份,润湿剂0.5份,乙二醇2份,十二碳醇酯2份,乳液25份,黑色金属矿石粉60份,增稠剂0.9份,杀菌剂0.2份及防腐剂0.1份。其中,所述助剂包括以下重量份数的组分:多功能助剂AMP-95 0.2份,助剂320 2.5份及活性增稠流变助剂2份。
在本发明另一种优选的实施例中,所述仿锈漆包括以下重量份数的原料:水12.9份,助剂2.455份,分散剂0.55份,润湿剂0.275份,乙二醇1.1份,十二碳醇酯1.25份,乳液16.6份,黑色金属矿石粉50份,增稠剂0.5份,杀菌剂0.15份及防腐剂0.075份。其中,所述助剂包括以下重量份数的组分:多功能助剂AMP-95 0.125份,助剂320 1.325份及活性增稠流变助剂0.995份。所述十二碳醇酯可降低乳液的玻璃化温度(Tg) , 软化乳液中的均聚及其共聚物颗粒表面的硬度,从而降低最低成膜温度(M FFT ) ,以便更好的凝结成膜。乙二醇能将涂料中的成膜物质较好地溶解。
实施例2

所述附着力底漆是指一种可以让铁锈中层漆对塑料或其它非金属材料花盆本体的表面的附着力更牢固的一种过度涂料。可以理解的是,所述附着力底漆可根据需要进行选择,在此不做具体限定。
步骤二S2、在所述附着力底漆上涂敷中层漆,其中,所述中层漆为上述实施例1所述的仿锈漆;
在制作仿锈漆过程中,所述原料依次加入中速搅拌均匀即可(每分钟600转),温度控制在1度~70度。较佳地,所述助剂320分两次加入,第一次按重量份数加入0.05-1份,以防止气泡的产生,在间隔预设时间后,在第二次按重量份数加入0.1-1.5份,因而可较好地消除气泡。

Claims (6)

1.一种仿锈漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:水5.8-20份,助剂0.21-4.7份,分散剂0.1-1份,润湿剂0.05-0.5份,乙二醇0.2-2份,十二碳醇酯0.5-2份,乳液8.2-25份,黑色金属矿石粉40-60份,增稠剂0.1-0.9份,杀菌剂0.1-0.2份及防腐剂0.05-0.1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的仿锈漆,其特征在于,所述助剂包括以下重量份数的组分:多功能助剂AMP-95 0.05-0.2份,助剂320 0.15-2.5份及活性增稠流变助剂0.01-2份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的仿锈漆,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为防腐剂GL20。
4.如权利要求3所述的仿锈漆,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为杀菌剂LOZASERVE940。
5.一种仿铁锈花盆的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在非金属的花盆本体上涂敷附着力底漆;
步骤二、在所述附着力底漆上涂敷中层漆,其中,所述中层漆为权利要求1至4任一项所述的仿锈漆;
步骤三、在所述中层漆上涂敷反应剂;
步骤四、在所述反应剂上涂敷固锈面漆。
6.一种仿铁锈花盆,其特征在于,包括由非金属材料制成的花盆本体,所述花盆本体上涂敷有如权利要求1至4任一项所述的防锈漆。
