本发明涉及橡胶材料领域,公开了一种草坪填充颗粒,包括中间层以及围绕包裹所述中间层的外表层;所述中间层成圆柱形,所述中间层的外径为5‑8mm;所述中间层高度为4‑8mm;所述外表层的外径是中间层外径的1.3‑2.6倍;所述外表层的高度是中间层高度的1.2‑1.4倍;所述外表层的外侧壁上设有若干个特征点;所述特征点围绕中间层的轴线分布;所述中间层采用填充材料;所述外表层原料及重量配比如下:热塑性弹性体5‑9份、天然橡胶30‑50份、活性剂1~2份、防老剂5~8份、抗疲劳防老剂5‑7份、颜料2~5份、发泡剂1~4份、增粘剂7~12份、防水剂2‑5份。通过上述方式,本发明能够有较好的弹性、抗冲击性,不容易老化,对人体无害且环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶材料领域,特别是涉及一种草坪填充颗粒。
背景技术
目前填充颗粒已经广泛应用于运动场地,在人造草坪中,填充颗粒的填充使草坪的弹性增加,而且可以缓冲运动员对底面冲击,为了降低成本,但现有技术会出现填充颗粒已磨损,且材料不可回收,制造成本大,因此,一种制备工艺简单,生产高效的耐老化低成本且环保的填充颗粒具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种草坪填充颗粒,能够有较好的弹性、抗冲击性,不容易老化,对人体无害、环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种草坪填充颗粒,包括中间层以及围绕包裹所述中间层的外表层,中间层成圆柱形,中间层的外径为5-8mm,中间层高度为4-8mm,外表层的外径是中间层外径的1.3-2.6倍,外表层的高度是中间层高度的1.2-1.4倍,外表层的外侧壁上设有若干个特征点,特征点围绕中间层的轴线分布,中间层采用填充材料,外表层原料及重量配比如下:热塑性弹性体5-9份、天然橡胶30-50份、活性剂1~2份、防老剂5~8份、抗疲劳防老剂5-7份、颜料2~5份、发泡剂1~4份、增粘剂7~12份、防水剂2-5份。
优选的,填充材料具体采用白炭黑8-10份、陶土1-3份、石膏2-3份和滑石粉1-2份。
优选的,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺或二苯磺酰肼醚。
优选的,颜料为草绿、群青、炭黑、豆绿、浅绿、苹果绿其中一种。
优选的,活性剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种。
优选的,防老剂为抗热氧老化剂、抗疲劳剂、紫外线吸收剂中的一种或多种。
优选的,若干个特征点具体为凹槽或凸条。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够有较好的弹性、抗冲击性,不容易老化、对人体无害、环保;还能够提高草坪的耐候性、耐水性和耐磨性,延长其使用寿命。

一种草坪填充颗粒,包括中间层以及围绕包裹所述中间层的外表层;所述中间层成圆柱形,所述中间层的外径为5mm;所述中间层高度为4mm;所述外表层的外径是中间层外径的1.3倍;所述外表层的高度是中间层高度的1.2倍;所述外表层的外侧壁上设有若干个特征点;所述若干个特征点具体为凹槽或凸条;所述特征点围绕中间层的轴线分布;所述中间层采用填充材料;填充材料具体采用白炭黑8份、陶土1份、石膏2份和滑石粉1份;所述外表层原料及重量配比如下:热塑性弹性体5份、天然橡胶30份、活性剂1份、防老剂5份、抗疲劳防老剂5份、颜料2份、发泡剂1份、增粘剂7份、防水剂2份,所述颜料为草绿,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,所述活性剂为硬脂酸,所述活性剂为硬脂酸;防老剂为抗疲劳剂。

一种草坪填充颗粒,包括中间层以及围绕包裹所述中间层的外表层;所述中间层成圆柱形,所述中间层的外径为8mm;所述中间层高度为8mm;所述外表层的外径是中间层外径的2.6倍;所述外表层的高度是中间层高度的1.4倍;所述外表层的外侧壁上设有若干个特征点;所述若干个特征点具体为凹槽或凸条;所述特征点围绕中间层的轴线分布;所述中间层采用填充材料;填充材料具体采用白炭黑10份、陶土3份、石膏3份和滑石粉2份;所述外表层原料及重量配比如下:热塑性弹性体5-9份、天然橡胶50份、活性剂2份、防老剂8份、抗疲劳防老剂7份、颜料5份、发泡剂4份、增粘剂12份、防水剂5份,所述颜料具体为豆绿;所述发泡剂为二苯磺酰肼醚;所述活性剂为硬脂酸锌;所述防老剂为抗热氧老化剂。
实施例3:
一种草坪填充颗粒,包括中间层以及围绕包裹所述中间层的外表层;所述中间层成圆柱形,所述中间层的外径为6mm;所述中间层高度为5mm;所述外表层的外径是中间层外径的2倍;所述外表层的高度是中间层高度的1.3倍;所述外表层的外侧壁上设有若干个特征点;所述若干个特征点具体为凹槽或凸条;所述特征点围绕中间层的轴线分布;所述中间层采用填充材料;所述外表层原料及重量配比如下:热塑性弹性体6份、天然橡胶38份、活性剂1.5份、防老剂7份、抗疲劳防老剂6份、颜料3份、发泡剂2份、增粘剂9份、防水剂3份;所述颜料为炭黑;所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;所述活性剂氧化锌;所述防老化剂为紫外线吸收剂。
本发明能够有较好的弹性、抗冲击性,不容易老化,对人体无害、环保;还能够提高人造草坪的耐候性、耐水性和耐磨性,延长其使用寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种草坪填充颗粒,其特征在于:所述填充材料具体采用白炭黑8-10份、陶土1-3份、石膏2-3份和滑石粉1-2份。
