本发明公开了一种贵金属的封装工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1,根据所要封装的贵金属的尺寸将塑料板切割成相应规格的面板与盖板;步骤2,使用模具热塑成型在面板上形成用于放置贵金属的容腔;步骤3,在面板背面进行文字图案的印刷,并在印刷层上进行激光防伪打标;步骤4,将贵金属放入容腔内,使用粘合剂将面板与盖板粘合将贵金属封装于容腔内。本发明提供了一种贵金属的封装工艺,既能提高贵金属封装的密封性增加防伪效果,又能提高美感使其具有更好的观赏性。

一种贵金属的封装工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种封装工艺,特别涉及一种贵金属的封装工艺。
背景技术
现在的贵金属如金条、银条等其常规的封装方式是将其储放于亚克力材料制成的小盒内,便于收藏者观察,但是这种封装方式密封性差几乎无防伪效果,并且形式单一,缺乏美感,在观赏性不能与收藏的贵金属相匹配。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种贵金属的封装工艺,既能提高贵金属封装的密封性增加防伪效果,又能提高美感使其具有更好的观赏性。
本发明的技术方案是:一种贵金属的封装工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,根据所要封装的贵金属的尺寸将塑料板切割成相应规格的面板与盖板;
步骤2,使用模具热塑成型在面板上形成用于放置贵金属的容腔;
步骤3,在面板背面进行文字图案的印刷,并在印刷层上进行激光防伪打标;
步骤4,将贵金属放入容腔内,使用粘合剂将面板与盖板粘合将
贵金属封装于容腔内。
进一步的所述塑料板为PPC或PETG材料。具有优良的热成型性、加工性、环保性与透明度。
进一步的步骤1所述的面板与盖板为相同形状的长方形,面板的厚度大于盖板的厚度。面板在热成型时更好的保持外部尺寸与盖板进行更好的匹配。
进一步的步骤3中的印刷为多层印刷,在面板背进行一层印刷后喷上喷涂层,再进行二层印刷。从正面看到的为一层印刷的文字与图案,背面看为二层印刷的文字与图案,内容更加丰富,形式更加美观,同时印刷层不裸露于表面,不会刮花。
进一步的所述贵金属为金条或银条,上面设有编码,步骤3所述的激光打标为打上所封装的金条或银条的编码。进行更好的防伪,具有更好的保护效果。
进一步的步骤4时通过加温加速粘合剂固化。一方面加快封装速度提高效率,另一方面如将面板与盖板拆分,将破坏印刷层,并不可逆地再进行粘合,达到更好的防伪保护效果。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种贵金属的封装工艺,既能提高贵金属封装的密封性增加防伪效果,又能提高美感使其具有更好的观赏性。

本发明的实施例:如图1所示,本发明的技术方案是:一种贵金属的封装工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,根据所要封装的贵金属的尺寸将塑料板切割成相应规格的面板1与盖板2;面板1与盖板2为相同形状的长方形,面板1的厚度大于盖2板的厚度,面板1在热成型时更好的保持外部尺寸与盖板2进行更好的匹配,所用塑料板为PPC或PETG材料,具有优良的热成型性、加工性、环保性与透明度。
步骤2,使用模具热塑成型在面板1上形成用于放置贵金属的容腔3;
步骤3,在面板1背面进行文字图案的印刷,并在印刷层4上进行激光防伪打标;印刷为多层印刷,在面板1背进行一层印刷后喷上喷涂层,再进行二层印刷。从正面看到的为一层印刷的文字与图案,背面看为二层印刷的文字与图案,内容更加丰富,形式更加美观,同时印刷层不裸露于表面,不会刮花。
步骤4,将贵金属放入容腔3内,使用粘合剂将面板1与盖板2粘合将贵金属封装于容腔3内。通过加温加速粘合剂固。一方面加快封装速度提高效率,另一方面如将面板1与盖板2拆分,将破坏印刷层,并不可逆地再进行粘合,达到更好的防伪保护效果。
所述贵金属为金条或银条,上面设有编码,步骤3所述的激光打标为打上所封装的金条或银条的编码。进行更好的防伪,具有更好的保护效果,此贵金属的封装工艺,既能提高贵金属封装的密封性增加防伪效果,又能提高美感使其具有更好的观赏性。

1.一种贵金属的封装工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,根据所要封装的贵金属的尺寸将塑料板切割成相应规格的面板与盖板;
步骤2,使用模具热塑成型在面板上形成用于放置贵金属的容腔;
步骤3,在面板背面进行文字图案的印刷,并在印刷层上进行激光防伪打标;
步骤4,将贵金属放入容腔内,使用粘合剂将面板与盖板粘合将
贵金属封装于容腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的贵金属的封装工艺,其特征在于:所述塑料板为PPC或PETG材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的贵金属的封装工艺,其特征在于:步骤1所述的面板与盖板为相同形状的长方形,面板的厚度大于盖板的厚度。
