The buffering bolt mechanism 62 comprises an air cylinder and a bolt, and the bolt is driven by the air cylinder to move and be inserted into the spraying positioning sleeve 25 on the tray 2. In this embodiment, the buffering clasping mechanism 66 comprises a clasping hand grip and a swinging cylinder, the clasping hand grip swings under the driving of the swinging cylinder, and when the tray 2 enters and exits, the clasping hand grip swings to the lowest position and is lower than the tray 2, so that the normal movement of the tray 2 is not affected.
As shown in fig. 2 and 13, the present invention is provided with a drying system 7 at the rear side of the discharging layered elevator 4, and the tray 2 after being coated is dried by the drying system 7 when it descends in the discharging layered elevator 4. The drying system 7 is well known in the art.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the automatic spraying device works, a tray 2 enters from a tray conveyor 3 at a feeding side, is input into a layered elevator 4 at the feeding side, is lifted to a position as high as a spraying position conveying mechanism 5, is conveyed to a spraying position through the spraying position conveying mechanism 5, is sprayed on a workpiece on the tray 2 by a spraying component 1, and after spraying is finished, the tray 2 is conveyed into the layered elevator 4 at a discharging side through the spraying position conveying mechanism 5, descends and enters the tray conveyor 3 at the discharging side to be discharged after descending through the layered elevator 4 at the discharging side. The buffer position transmission mechanism 6 is provided with a buffer position storage tray 2 to enable the tray 2 to form a closed loop operation, as shown in fig. 1, after the tray 2 finishes discharging, the tray is sent back to the layered elevator 4 at the discharging side by the tray transmission machine 3 at the discharging side, the layered elevator 4 at the discharging side descends by one layer to be equal to the buffer position transmission mechanism 6, then the tray 2 is sent to the buffer position through the buffer position transmission mechanism 6 and enters the tray transmission machine 3 at the feeding side through the layered elevator 4 at the feeding side to form the closed loop operation of the tray 2.

the tray conveyor (3) comprises a tray conveying frame (37), a horizontal moving mechanism (32), a cylinder lifting mechanism (33) and a holding cylinder (35), wherein a track (31) for conveying a tray (2) is arranged in the tray conveying frame (37), the horizontal moving mechanism (32) is arranged on the lower side of the track (31), a horizontal moving plate (323) is arranged on the horizontal moving mechanism (32), the cylinder lifting mechanism (33) is installed on the horizontal moving plate (323), a lifting plate (333) is arranged on the cylinder lifting mechanism (33), the holding cylinder (35) is installed on the lifting plate (333), a positioning pin (36) is arranged on the holding cylinder (35), a conveying positioning sleeve (24) is arranged on the tray (2), and the positioning pin (36) is inserted into the conveying positioning sleeve (24) on the tray (2) through the driving of the holding cylinder (35), then the tray (2) is driven by the horizontal moving mechanism (32) to move and transmit along the track (31);
