In the embodiment, the first chicken catching chamber side plate 311 and the second chicken catching chamber side plate 312 prevent the chicken from flying away.

The boxing device 5 comprises a supporting rod 501, a lifting push rod 502, a boxing base 51, a roller 521, a roller groove 522, a transverse push rod 54 and a chicken boxing box 55, wherein the bottoms of the supporting rod 501 and the lifting push rod 502 are fixed on the ground, the upper portion of the supporting rod 501 is hinged with the boxing base 51, the boxing base 51 is rectangular, the upper portion of the lifting push rod 502 is fixed to the bottom of the boxing base 51, the roller groove 522 is formed in the boxing base 51 and is rectangular, a roller 521 is arranged in the roller groove 522, the roller 521 is rotatably arranged on the inner side wall of the roller groove 522, the chicken boxing box 55 is arranged on the upper portion of the roller 521, the transverse push rod 54 is arranged on one side of the chicken boxing base 55, and one side of the transverse push rod 54 is fixed on the boxing base 51.
A slide way 56 is fixed on one side of the chicken containing box 55, the slide way 56 comprises a slide way panel 561 and a slide way support rod 562, the slide way panel 561 is rectangular and is arranged obliquely downwards, an included angle gamma between the slide way panel 561 and a horizontal line is 25-30 degrees, preferably 27 degrees, the bottom of the slide way panel 561 is fixedly connected with the slide way support rod 562, and the bottom of the slide way support rod 562 is fixedly connected with the ground.
One side of the slide way 56 is arranged corresponding to the trolley 57.
A method of using a feeding and capturing device for free-range chickens, comprising the steps of:
1) the chicken grabbing device 3 is arranged on a plane A, the conveying device 4 is arranged on a plane B, the horizontal height of the plane A is larger than that of the plane B, and the henhouse passageway plate I211, the henhouse passageway plate II 212, the henhouse passageway plate III 213 and the henhouse passageway plate IV 214 are gradually closed to drive the free-range chickens in the henhouse passageway channel 215 into the henhouse outer passageway 23;
2) the free-range chickens enter an outer passageway 23 of the henhouse through an outlet 22 of the henhouse;
3) the driving push rod 331 is started to lift the swinging rod 332 and the swinging bottom plate 333 upwards;
4) the free-range chickens enter the chicken catching chamber 31 through the passageway 234 outside the henhouse;
5) the driving push rod 331 is started, the swinging rod 332 and the swinging bottom plate 333 are folded downwards, and the chicken moves towards the inside of the chicken catching chamber 31 under the pushing of the swinging bottom plate 333;
6) the starting motor 323 drives the rotating shaft 326 and the rotating rod 327 to rotate, and meanwhile, the telescopic push rod 329 is started to enable the rotating shaft 326 to move forwards, so that the free-range chickens enter the conveying device 4;
7) the conveying belt 42 conveys the free-range chickens into a chicken containing box 55;
8) starting the lifting push rod 502 to lift the boxing base 51, and enabling the chicken boxing box 55 to slide downwards under the action of the roller 521 at the bottom;
9) the chicken box 55 enters the trolley 57 through the slideway 56;
10) the henhouse first crossing plate 211 and the henhouse third crossing plate 213 are arranged along the width direction of the side wall of the henhouse 1, and the henhouse second crossing plate 212 and the henhouse fourth crossing plate 214 are arranged along the length direction of the side wall of the henhouse 1 (as shown in fig. 4).

Claims (1)
1. A feeding and chicken grabbing device for free-range chickens is characterized by comprising a henhouse, a passageway, a chicken grabbing device, a conveying device and a boxing device, wherein the passageway penetrates through the henhouse, the henhouse is correspondingly arranged with the chicken grabbing device through the passageway, the chicken grabbing device is correspondingly arranged with the conveying device, and the conveying device and the boxing device are correspondingly arranged;
the henhouse comprises a side wall, a bottom plate and a ceiling, wherein the bottom plate is rectangular, the side wall is vertically fixed on four sides of the bottom plate, the ceiling is in an inverted V shape, and a straw cushion layer is fixed on the bottom plate;
the passageway comprises a henhouse passageway, a henhouse outlet and an henhouse outer passageway, the henhouse passageway is arranged in the henhouse and is positioned at the upper part of the straw cushion layer, the henhouse outlet is rectangular and is arranged at the bottom of the side wall, one end of the henhouse passageway is connected with the henhouse outlet, and one end of the henhouse outer passageway is connected with the henhouse outlet;
the chicken grabbing device comprises a chicken grabbing chamber, a chicken grabbing component and a chicken catching component, one side of the chicken grabbing chamber is connected with one end of a passageway outside the house, the chicken grabbing component is arranged in the chicken grabbing chamber and movably arranged in the chicken grabbing chamber, the chicken catching component is arranged on one side of the chicken grabbing chamber, and the chicken catching component and the chicken grabbing component are arranged correspondingly;
the boxing device comprises a lower conveying roller wheel, an upper conveying roller wheel, a roller motor, a conveying belt and a conveying baffle net, wherein the conveying belt is arranged between the lower conveying roller wheel and the upper conveying roller wheel, the conveying belt is obliquely and downwards arranged, the included angle delta between the conveying belt and a horizontal line is 10-15 degrees, the conveying baffle net is arranged on two sides of the conveying belt, the conveying baffle net is a metal net, the bottom of the conveying baffle net is fixed with the upper part of a support rod, the bottom of the support rod is fixed with the ground, the roller motor is connected with the upper conveying roller wheel through a roller motor belt, and the upper conveying roller wheel is arranged at the bottom of a chicken catching cavity;
the boxing device comprises a supporting rod, a lifting push rod, a boxing base, a roller groove, a transverse push rod and a chicken box, wherein the bottoms of the supporting rod and the lifting push rod are fixed on the ground, the upper part of the supporting rod is hinged with the boxing base, the boxing base is rectangular, the upper part of the lifting push rod is fixed with the bottom of the boxing base, the roller groove is formed in the boxing base, the roller groove is rectangular, the roller is arranged in the roller groove, the chicken box is arranged on the upper part of the roller, the transverse push rod is arranged on one side of the chicken box, and one side of the transverse push rod is fixed on the boxing base;
the henhouse passageway comprises a henhouse passageway board I, a henhouse passageway board II, a henhouse passageway board III, a henhouse passageway board IV and a henhouse passageway board, the henhouse passageway board I is hinged with the henhouse passageway board II, the henhouse passageway board III is hinged with the henhouse passageway board IV, the henhouse passageway board I, the henhouse passageway board II, the henhouse passageway board III and the henhouse passageway board IV form the henhouse passageway, one end of the henhouse passageway board I is hinged with the side wall and is positioned on one side of the henhouse outlet, one end of the henhouse passageway board III is hinged with the side wall and is positioned on the other side of the henhouse outlet, the henhouse passageway board I, the henhouse passageway board II, the henhouse passageway board III and the henhouse passageway board IV are rectangular, the length of the henhouse passageway board I is smaller than that of the henhouse passageway board II, the henhouse passageway board III is smaller than that of the henhouse passageway board IV, the henhouse passageway board III is shorter than that of the henhouse passageway board IV, the henhouse passageway board III is as well as the henhouse passageway board I, the henhouse passageway board II, the henhouse passageway board III and the henhouse passageway board IV are consistent in height, the length of the first henhouse passage board is half of the width of the henhouse, the length of the third henhouse passage board is half of the width of the henhouse, the length of the second henhouse passage board is smaller than the length of the henhouse, and the length of the third henhouse passage board is smaller than the length of the henhouse;
the out-of-house passageway comprises an out-of-house passageway plate I, an out-of-house passageway plate II, an out-of-house passageway bottom plate and an out-of-house passageway, wherein the out-of-house passageway plate I is fixed on one side of the outside of the henhouse outlet, the out-of-house passageway plate II is fixed on the other side of the outside of the henhouse outlet, an out-of-house passageway channel is arranged between the out-of-house passageway plate I and the out-of-house passageway plate II, an out-of-house passageway bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the out-of-house passageway channel, the out-of-house passageway bottom plate is obliquely and downwards arranged, an included angle epsilon between the out-of-house passageway bottom plate and a horizontal line is 5-9 degrees, the out-of-house passageway bottom plate is made of stainless steel plate, an out-of-house passageway channel is formed between the out-of-house passageway plate I and the out-of-house passageway, and the out-of-house passageway channel is communicated with the henhouse passageway through the henhouse outlet;
the chicken grabbing chamber comprises a first chicken grabbing chamber side plate, a second chicken grabbing chamber side plate, a first chicken grabbing chamber connecting plate and a second chicken grabbing chamber connecting plate, the chicken grabbing device comprises a chicken grabbing cavity, a first chicken grabbing chamber side plate and a second chicken grabbing chamber side plate which are arranged in parallel, wherein the bottoms of the first chicken grabbing chamber side plate and the second chicken grabbing chamber side plate are fixed with the ground;
the chicken grabbing component comprises a chassis, rollers, a motor, a conveyor belt, a fixing plate, a rotating shaft, a rotating rod and a telescopic push rod, wherein the chassis is a rectangular metal box, the upper part of the chassis is open, the rollers are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the chassis, the rollers are arranged in a first roller groove and a second roller groove, the motor is fixed at the bottom of the chassis, the fixing plate is a rectangular plate and is obliquely fixed on the side wall of the chassis, the included angle alpha between the fixing plate and the horizontal line is 10-15 degrees, a rotating shaft hole is formed in the fixing plate, the rotating shaft hole is circular, a bearing is fixed in the rotating shaft hole, a chassis shaft hole is formed in the bottom of the chassis in a through way, the chassis shaft hole is circular, the rotating shaft penetrates through the bearing inner ring in the rotating shaft hole and simultaneously penetrates through the chassis shaft hole, the motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate through the conveyor belt, one end of the telescopic push rod is fixedly connected with the second chicken grabbing chamber connecting plate, the other end of the telescopic push rod is fixedly connected with the middle part of the side wall of the chassis, the side wall of the rotating shaft is uniformly fixed with a rotating rod, the rotating rod is a rubber rod, and a rotating rod hole is formed in the middle of the rotating rod;

the use method of the feeding and grabbing device for free-range chickens comprises the following steps:
1) the chicken grabbing device is arranged on a plane A, the boxing device is arranged on a plane B, the horizontal height of the plane A is larger than that of the plane B, and the henhouse passageway plate I, the henhouse passageway plate II, the henhouse passageway plate III and the henhouse passageway plate IV are gradually closed together and used for driving the free-range chickens in the henhouse passageway channel to the outside of the henhouse passageway channel;
2) the free-range chickens enter the outer passageway of the henhouse through the outlet of the henhouse;
3) starting the driving push rod to lift the swinging rod and the swinging bottom plate upwards;
4) the free-range chickens enter the chicken grabbing room through the passage outside the house;
5) starting the driving push rod, and drawing the swing rod and the swing bottom plate downwards to enable the chicken to move towards the inside of the chicken catching chamber under the pushing of the swing bottom plate;
6) the motor is started to drive the rotating shaft and the rotating rod to rotate, and meanwhile, the telescopic push rod is started to enable the rotating shaft to move forwards, so that the free-range chickens enter the boxing device;
7) conveying the free-range chickens to a chicken containing box by a conveying belt;
8) starting a lifting push rod to lift the boxing base, and enabling the chicken boxing box to slide downwards under the action of a roller at the bottom;
9) the chicken box enters the trolley through the slideway;
10) the first henhouse passageway plate and the third henhouse passageway plate are attached to the width direction of the side wall of the henhouse, and the second henhouse passageway plate and the fourth henhouse passageway plate are attached to the length direction of the side wall of the henhouse.
