根据一个实施方案,所述盖是圆形的,且所述保持元件可以被布置成将所述勺保持在相对于所述盖的任何直径取向上。这允许所述勺在所述盖上的更快和方便存储,因为使用者不需要将所述勺相对于所述保持元件对齐。
根据本发明的又一实施方案,提供了密封件和包含勺的泡罩元件,所述泡罩元件可以被方便地附接至任何罐或容器的垫环。优选地,所述罐或容器是金属圆柱形,该金属圆柱形是在婴儿配方食品领域中常规使用且具有90mm和130mm之间的直径。通常,这样的金属罐具有99mm或127mm的标准直径。本发明的密封件、泡罩元件和盖优选地适于配合这样的金属罐。
根据本发明的又一实施方案,提供了一种用于与所描述的容器一起使用的勺,所述勺包括一个碗状部和一个附接至所述碗状部的上部部分的手柄,所述手柄向下地延伸远离所述碗状部,形成一个向下延伸部直至到达一个偏转点,且从所述偏转点开始水平地延伸远离所述碗状部,从而形成一个水平延伸部。具有附接至所述碗状部的上部部分的手柄提供了对所述勺内的产品方便地校平的表面。此外,提供将至所述碗状部的底部的手柄便于在所述碗状部开口向下面向食品的位置时将所述勺存储在所述盖上。这允许所述勺内的食品残余物能够落回到容器内。替代地,所述手柄可以靠近所述碗状部的底部附接至所述碗状部。所述偏转点可以被定位成大体上在与所述碗状部的底部相同的高度处,或它可以被定位在所述碗状部的底部的高度上方。向下的手柄延伸部可以具有一个曲率,这进一步便于所述的校平。
在一个实施方案中,所述手柄的向下延伸部至少部分地分叉成两个子延伸部,以使得所述手柄在两个分离的位置处附接至所述碗状部,所述两个子延伸部中的每个子延伸部的宽度小于所述手柄的水平延伸部的宽度。替代地,向下延伸部可以是三叉的,或被分离成任何数目的延伸部。手柄在靠近手柄与勺的碗状部的附接处不那么宽能够防止粉末状食品累积在所述手柄上。
在一个实施方案中,所述手柄的向下延伸部和水平延伸部是连续的或一体形成的。
在一个实施方案中,所述碗状部的高度从所述碗状部的侧部上的一个大体上中心点朝向所述碗状部的前方和朝向所述勺的手柄逐渐增大,从而形成凹形且弯曲的侧部,以使得所述勺可以抵靠所述罐的垫环校平。
在一个实施方案中,所述手柄中的开口用于将所述勺附接至所述盖的下侧。

图1示出了根据本发明的一个示例性实施方案的容器100,该容器100设置有用于附接至密封件104上的泡罩元件102。该容器具有基底103、侧壁105,以限定内部空间107。密封件104位于罐106上。罐106具有垫环108和底部面板110。垫环108具有上部边缘109,该垫环限定开口111。泡罩元件102包含勺112。还示出了罐106的俯视图。设置在密封件104上的泡罩元件102已经被附接至罐106的垫环106,且包含勺112。
图2示出了根据本发明的一个示例性实施方案的保持设置在密封件202上的勺的泡罩元件200。该泡罩元件200保持勺204。密封件202具有上部表面20,还包括拉片206。
图3示出了具有阶梯式、竖直横截面的盖300。该盖300包括具有半径302a的上部部分302和具有半径304a的下部部分304。半径302a小于半径304b。
图4示出了具有碗状部402的勺400的俯视图和侧视图。碗状部402具有开口404且具有凹侧406a、406b,且在前方区域404处和后方区域406处的高度大于侧部402a、402b的高度。该勺具有附接在勺的碗状部402的上部区域处的手柄408。该手柄分叉成两个部分410a、410b。
图5示出了根据本发明的多个实施方案的多个制造工艺。在工艺502中,形成泡罩模型502a,该泡罩模型包含多个泡罩,每个泡罩保持一个勺。
在工艺504中,形成泡罩和密封件的组合504a,其中泡罩(每个泡罩都包含一个勺)被分别附接至一个密封件。
在工艺506中,泡罩和密封件的组合(诸如,上文的504a)被附接至空罐的垫环,该罐可能未设置有底部面板。

Claims (22)
1.一种用于粉末状营养产品的容器,所述容器包括:一个罐,所述罐具有一个基底和一个直立侧壁,以限定一个内部空间,所述侧壁延伸至一个垫环,以限定一个通向所述内部空间的开口;一个密封件,所述密封件被附接至所述垫环且用于密封地封闭所述开口,其中所述密封件设置有一个勺凹处,所述勺凹处被形成在所述密封件和一个连接至所述密封件的泡罩元件之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,还包括一个盖,所述盖能连接至所述罐,以覆盖所述密封件和/或以封闭所述开口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的容器,还包括一个勺,所述勺被密封在所述勺凹处内,所述勺具有一个次要尺寸和一个主要尺寸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的容器,其中所述盖的下侧和所述密封件的上部表面之间的高度小于所述勺的所述次要尺寸。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的容器,其中所述密封件包括一个用于将所述密封件从所述罐剥离的拉片。
6.根据权利要求2所述的容器,其中所述勺凹处是细长的,且所述拉片以与所述泡罩元件的纵向轴线大体上垂直的关系设置。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的容器,其中所述泡罩元件由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)形成。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的容器,其中所述密封件包括铝。
9.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的容器,还包括位于所述内部空间内的一定量的婴儿配方食品。
10.根据权利要求2-9中的任一项所述的容器,其中所述盖具有上部部分和下部部分,其中所述下部部分的半径比所述上部部分的半径更大,且其中所述上部部分的半径小于所述罐的垫环的半径。
11.根据权利要求10所述的容器,其中所述盖的上部部分具有一个成型的外部周界,所述外部周界与所述容器的基底互补,以允许与所述容器的基底堆叠。
12.根据权利要求2-9中的任一项所述的容器,其中所述盖包括一个用于保持勺的保持元件。
13.根据权利要求2-9中的任一项所述的容器,其中所述盖是圆形的,且所述保持元件被布置成将所述勺保持在相对于所述盖的任何直径取向上。
14.根据权利要求11或12中的任一项所述的容器,其中所述保持元件包括一个从所述盖的下侧延伸的销。
15.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的容器,其中所述罐是锡罐。
16.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的容器,其中所述罐具有一个圆形横截面,且具有在9cm-12cm之间的直径。
17.一种勺,优选地用于与根据权利要求1-16中的任一项所述的容器一起使用,所述勺包括:一个碗状部,所述碗状部在所述碗状部的上部部分处敞开;以及,一个手柄,所述手柄被附接至所述碗状部的上部部分,所述手柄向下地延伸远离所述碗状部,以形成一个向下延伸部直至到达一个偏转点,且从所述偏转点开始水平地延伸远离所述碗状部,从而形成一个水平延伸部。
18.根据权利要求17所述的勺,其中向下的手柄延伸部具有一个曲率。
19.根据权利要求17-18中的任一项所述的勺,其中所述手柄的向下延伸部至少部分地分叉成两个子延伸部,以使得所述手柄在两个分离的位置处被附接至所述碗状部,且其中所述两个子延伸部中的每个子延伸部的宽度小于所述手柄的水平延伸部的宽度。
20.根据权利要求17-19中的任一项所述的勺,其中所述手柄的所述向下延伸部和所述水平延伸部是连续的/一体的。
21.根据权利要求17-20中的任一项所述的勺,其中所述碗状部的高度从所述碗状部的侧部上的一个中心点朝向所述碗状部的前方和朝向所述勺的手柄逐渐增大,从而形成凹形且弯曲的侧部,以使得所述勺能够抵靠所述罐的垫环校平。
22.根据权利要求17-21中的任一项所述的勺,还包括一个位于所述手柄中且用于将所述勺附接至所述盖的下侧的开口。
