Description

Humidification control method, air conditioning apparatus, and computer-readable storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of air conditioning technologies, and in particular, to a humidification control method, an air conditioning apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
Along with the user improves gradually to living environment's demand, the air conditioner has become daily indispensable household electrical appliances, is in under the operating mode that heats at the air conditioner, and often because indoor humidity is lower, and make the user live in and not comfortable, the air conditioner among the prior art has increased the function of carrying out the humidification to the room air, however current air conditioner because the influence of the operating mode that heats can constantly heat at the humidification in-process, leads to humidification efficiency to reduce.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a humidification control method.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioning apparatus.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a computer-readable storage medium.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a humidification control method, including: acquiring first ambient humidity of an environment where air conditioning equipment is located; determining a relationship of a first ambient humidity to a first humidity threshold; when the first environmental humidity is smaller than a first humidity threshold value, determining a first operating parameter of the air conditioning equipment for low-speed heating and at least one humidifying module of the air conditioning equipment; and controlling the air conditioning equipment to perform heating operation according to the first operation parameter in a first time, and operating at least one humidification module in the first time.
According to the humidification control method of the technical scheme, during humidification, first environment humidity of the environment where the air conditioning equipment is located is obtained, low-speed heating operation of the air conditioning equipment is controlled by determining the size relation between the obtained first environment humidity and a first humidity threshold value, and meanwhile, one or more humidification modules of the air conditioning equipment are controlled to operate. Specifically, when the first ambient humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold, it is determined that the current ambient humidity is lower, and at this time, the first operation parameter in the first time is determined, so that the air conditioning equipment is in a low-speed heating state when operating, that is, the heating efficiency of the air conditioning equipment is in a lower state, and meanwhile, the humidification module operates along with the low-speed operation parameter, so that the negative influence of heating on the humidification effect in the humidification process is reduced.
It should be noted that the first humidity threshold may be a default parameter value set when the product leaves a factory, a parameter value that is continuously used by the user and is corrected for the environment where the user is located, or a parameter value set by the user.
It will be appreciated that in the first instance, one humidification module may be operated, a plurality of humidification modules may be operated, or even all humidification modules may be operated together.
In addition, the first operation parameter is used for controlling the air conditioning equipment to heat at a low speed, it can be understood that the air conditioning equipment comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a fan and the like, when the air conditioning equipment is in a low-speed heating state, the operation parameter of the air conditioning equipment comprises parameters which affect the output of the heating quantity, such as the output frequency of the compressor, the rotating speed of the fan or the valve port of the electronic expansion valve and the like, and it can be understood that, because the first operation parameter corresponds to the low-speed heating state, the output frequency of the compressor corresponding to the first operation parameter is low (can be medium-low frequency), the rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the first operation parameter is low (can be low-speed), and the valve port of the electronic expansion valve is small.
The air conditioning device includes, but is not limited to, a device having both heating and humidifying functions, such as an air conditioner having a humidifying function, or a humidifier having a heating function.
In the above technical solution, operating at least one humidification module in a first time specifically includes: determining the number of humidification modules; all humidification modules are operated for a first time.
In the technical scheme, when the first environment humidity is detected to be smaller than the first humidity threshold value, that is, the humidity of the current environment is lower, the air is dry, at the moment, all the humidification modules of the air conditioning equipment are determined, and all the humidification modules are operated in the first time, so that the humidification efficiency is improved to the maximum degree, and the humidification time is shortened.
Wherein, it should be noted that the humidifying module includes, but is not limited to, ultrasonic humidifying, wet film humidifying, and runner humidifying.
In the above technical solution, the humidification control method further includes: when the first environmental humidity is not less than the first humidity threshold value, determining a second operation parameter of the air conditioning equipment for normal heating; and controlling the air conditioning equipment to perform heating operation according to the second operation parameter.
In the technical scheme, when the first environmental humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold value, the second operation parameter for controlling the air conditioning equipment to normally heat is determined, understandably, when the humidity is in a normal range, the influence of heating on humidification is not needed to be considered, and the air conditioning equipment is enabled to normally heat by executing the second operation parameter so as to ensure the heating efficiency on the premise of meeting the humidity.
In the above technical solution, the humidification control method further includes: when the first ambient humidity is not less than the first humidity threshold, one of all humidification modules is operated.
In the technical scheme, when the first environmental humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold value, one of all the humidification modules is determined, and the humidification module is operated, so that on one hand, the humidification efficiency can be reduced on the basis of meeting the humidity requirement to reduce the influence on heating, and on the other hand, the humidity reduction generated by heating is offset by maintaining a certain humidification efficiency to reduce the possibility of the situation that the humidity is greatly reduced due to only heating.
In the above technical solution, the humidification control method further includes: determining a second ambient humidity of an environment in which the air conditioning unit is located after the air conditioning unit has been operating at the first operating parameter for a first time; when second ambient humidity is lower than a second humidity threshold value, air conditioning equipment is controlled to heat and operate according to first operation parameters within second time, and is controlled to heat and operate according to the first operation parameters within the second time until the second ambient humidity is not lower than the second humidity threshold value, and is controlled to heat and operate according to second operation parameters for normal heating, wherein the second humidity threshold value is larger than the first humidity threshold value.
In the technical scheme, after the air conditioning equipment operates for the first time, the operation mode of the air conditioning equipment is adjusted by determining the second ambient humidity of the environment and the size relation of the second humidity threshold, specifically, when the second ambient humidity is lower than the second humidity threshold, namely, after the air conditioning equipment operates for a period of time in the low-speed heating mode, although the air is humidified, the humidified humidity is smaller than the second humidity threshold, at this time, the air conditioning equipment is controlled to heat at a low speed according to the first operation parameter, so as to ensure the priority of humidification. And when the second environment humidity is higher than or equal to the second humidity threshold value, determining that the current humidity meets the user requirement without further humidification, and controlling the air conditioning equipment to normally heat according to the second operation parameter so as to heat on the premise of ensuring the humidity.
In any of the above technical solutions, the humidification control method further includes: obtaining the ambient brightness; when the ambient brightness is lower than the brightness threshold, increasing the number of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces and/or increasing the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces; and when the ambient brightness is not lower than the brightness threshold, reducing the number of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces and/or reducing the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces.
In the technical scheme, the operation of the humidifying module can be correspondingly adjusted by the product in the night mode by acquiring the ambient brightness, specifically, the relationship between the ambient brightness and the brightness threshold is judged, if the ambient brightness is lower than the brightness threshold, the brightness of the environment where the product is located is lower, possibly at night, by specifically adjusting its operating parameters, in particular, when the humidifying module is an ultrasonic device, because the self noise of the ultrasonic is not large, by increasing the number of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces, and/or increase the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation piece, can improve the humidifying efficiency, if the former is not lower than the latter, it is higher that the brightness of the environment where the product is located at this moment, through reducing the number of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces, and/or reducing the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation sheet to prolong the service life of the ultrasonic oscillation sheet.
In any of the above technical solutions, if the humidification module is a wet film, the humidification control method further includes: obtaining the ambient brightness; when the ambient brightness is lower than the brightness threshold, reducing the rotating speed of a fan corresponding to the wet film and/or reducing the rotating speed of a rotating wheel corresponding to the wet film; and when the ambient brightness is not lower than the brightness threshold, increasing the rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the wet film and/or increasing the rotating speed of the rotating wheel corresponding to the wet film.
In the technical scheme, the operation of the humidifying module can be correspondingly adjusted in a night mode by acquiring the ambient brightness, specifically, the relationship between the ambient brightness and the brightness threshold is judged, if the ambient brightness is lower than the brightness threshold, the brightness of the environment where the product is located is lower at the moment, possibly, the night is realized, at the moment, the operation parameters are pertinently adjusted according to the specific humidifying module, specifically, when the humidifying module is a wet film, because the wet film is humidified by the fan and the rotating wheel to supply air, the self noise is higher, the noise can be effectively reduced by reducing the rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the wet film and/or reducing the rotating speed of the rotating wheel corresponding to the wet film, if the ambient brightness is not lower than the brightness threshold, at the moment, the rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the wet film is increased and/or the rotating speed of the rotating wheel corresponding to the wet film is increased, so as to improve the humidifying efficiency of the humidifying module.
In any of the above technical solutions, if the humidification module is a wet film and an ultrasonic device, the humidification control method further includes: obtaining the ambient brightness; when the ambient brightness is lower than the brightness threshold, increasing the number of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces and/or the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces, and reducing the rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the wet film and/or reducing the rotating speed of the rotating wheel corresponding to the wet film; and when the ambient brightness is not lower than the brightness threshold, reducing the number of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces and/or the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces.
In the technical scheme, when the ambient brightness is lower than the brightness threshold, the brightness of the environment where the product is located is lower, because the noise of the ultrasonic wave is not large, the humidifying efficiency can be improved by increasing the number of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces, however, when the humidifying module is an ultrasonic device and a wet film, the number and/or the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces are increased, and the rotating speed of a fan and/or a rotating wheel corresponding to the wet film is reduced, because the noise of the fan and the rotating wheel in the rotating process is large, the noise can be reduced by adopting the above mode, and meanwhile, because the humidifying efficiency of the wet film is reduced, the total humidifying efficiency of all the humidifying modules is ensured by increasing the number and/or the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces.
In addition, when the ambient brightness is not lower than the brightness threshold, the service life of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces can be prolonged by reducing the number and/or frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces, and the humidifying efficiency can be ensured by improving the rotating speed of the fan and/or the rotating wheel on the basis.
An aspect of the second aspect of the present invention provides an air conditioning apparatus including: a processor and a memory, wherein the processor implements the humidification control method according to any one of the above-described first aspects when executing a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor.
According to the air conditioning equipment in the present technical solution, the control processor executes the computer program stored in the memory, and when the computer program is executed, the humidification control method in any one of the first aspect of the present invention is implemented, so that all the beneficial effects of the above technical solutions are achieved, and details are not described herein.

In this embodiment, when humidification is performed, a first ambient humidity of an environment in which the air conditioning apparatus is located is obtained, and by determining a magnitude relationship between the obtained first ambient humidity and a first humidity threshold, low-speed heating operation of the air conditioning apparatus is controlled, and at the same time, operation of one or more humidification modules of the air conditioning apparatus is controlled. Specifically, when the first ambient humidity is smaller than a first humidity threshold, it is determined that the current ambient humidity is lower, and at this time, the first operation parameter in the first time is determined to be in a low-speed heating state when the air conditioning equipment operates, so that the heating efficiency of the air conditioning equipment is in a lower state, and meanwhile, the humidification module operates along with the low-speed heating state, so that the negative influence of heating on the humidification effect in the humidification process is reduced.
Wherein, the first environmental humidity can be obtained by a humidity sensor.

It will be appreciated that in the first instance, one humidification module may be operated, a plurality of humidification modules may be operated, or even all humidification modules may be operated together.
In addition, the first operation parameter is used for controlling the air conditioning equipment to heat at a low speed, it can be understood that the air conditioning equipment comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a fan and the like, when the air conditioning equipment is in a low-speed heating state, the operation parameter of the air conditioning equipment comprises parameters which affect the output of the heating quantity, such as the output frequency of the compressor, the rotating speed of the fan or the valve port of the electronic expansion valve and the like, and it can be understood that, because the first operation parameter corresponds to the low-speed heating state, the output frequency of the compressor corresponding to the first operation parameter is low (can be medium-low frequency), the rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the first operation parameter is low (can be low-speed), and the valve port of the electronic expansion valve is small.

step S204: when the first environmental humidity is smaller than a first humidity threshold value, determining a first operating parameter of the air conditioning equipment for low-speed heating and at least one humidifying module of the air conditioning equipment;
step S206: controlling the air conditioning equipment to perform heating operation according to a first operation parameter in a first time, and operating at least one humidification module in the first time;
step S208: determining the number of humidification modules of the air conditioning device;

According to step S212 and step S213, when the first ambient humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, the second operation parameter for controlling the air conditioning equipment to normally heat is determined, and it can be understood that, when the humidity is within the normal range, the influence of heating on humidification is not considered at this time, so that the air conditioning equipment normally heats by executing the second operation parameter, and the heating efficiency is ensured on the premise of meeting the humidity. According to step S214, when the first ambient humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, by determining one of all the humidification modules and operating the humidification module, on one hand, the humidification efficiency can be reduced on the basis of meeting the humidity requirement to reduce the influence on heating, and on the other hand, by maintaining a certain humidification efficiency, the humidity reduction caused by heating can be offset to reduce the possibility of the humidity being greatly reduced due to heating only.

And when the second environment humidity is higher than or equal to the second humidity threshold value, determining that the current humidity meets the user requirement without further humidification, and controlling the air conditioning equipment to normally heat according to the second operation parameter so as to heat on the premise of ensuring the humidity.

In this embodiment, based on embodiment 1, according to steps S410 and S412, the operation of the humidifying module can be adjusted correspondingly in the night mode by obtaining the ambient brightness, specifically, the relationship between the ambient brightness and the brightness threshold is determined, if the former is lower than the latter, it indicates that the brightness of the environment where the product is located is low, and it may be night, and at this time, the operating parameters are adjusted specifically according to the specific humidifying module, specifically, when the humidifying module is an ultrasonic device, since the noise of the ultrasonic wave is not large, the humidifying efficiency can be improved by increasing the number of the ultrasonic oscillating sheets and/or increasing the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillating sheets, if the former is not lower than the latter, it indicates that the brightness of the environment where the product is located is high, at this time, by decreasing the number of the ultrasonic oscillating sheets and/or decreasing the operating frequency of the ultrasonic oscillating sheets, so as to prolong the service life of the ultrasonic oscillation piece.
According to the steps S414 and S416, by obtaining the ambient brightness, the operation of the humidification module in the night mode of the product can be correspondingly adjusted, specifically, the relationship between the ambient brightness and the brightness threshold is determined, if the former is lower than the latter, it indicates that the brightness of the environment where the product is located is lower at this time, and possibly the night time, at this time, by adjusting the operation parameters according to the specific humidification module, specifically, when the humidification module is a wet film, since the wet film is humidified by the fan and the rotating wheel rotating to supply air, the self noise is higher, by reducing the rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the wet film and/or reducing the rotating speed of the rotating wheel corresponding to the wet film, the noise can be effectively reduced, if the former is not lower than the latter, it indicates that the brightness of the environment where the product is located is higher at this time, by increasing the rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the wet film and/or increasing the rotating speed of the rotating wheel corresponding to the wet film, so as to improve the humidifying efficiency of the humidifying module.
According to the steps S418 and S420, when the ambient brightness is lower than the brightness threshold, it indicates that the brightness of the environment where the product is located is lower, since the noise of the ultrasonic wave itself is not large, the humidification efficiency can be improved by increasing the number of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces, however, when the humidification module is an ultrasonic device and a wet film, the number and/or the operation frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces are increased, and the rotation speed of the fan and/or the rotating wheel corresponding to the wet film is reduced, since the noise of the fan and the rotating wheel is large in the rotation process, the noise can be reduced by adopting the above manner, and since the humidification efficiency of the wet film is reduced, the total humidification efficiency of all the humidification modules is ensured by increasing the number and/or the operation frequency of the ultrasonic oscillation pieces.
It can understand, when the humidification module is the ultrasonic humidification, because ultrasonic wave self noise is not big, through the number that increases ultrasonic oscillation piece, can improve humidification efficiency, however, when the humidification module is wet membrane humidification, because it blows wet membrane in order to realize the humidification to need the fan, and the fan noise is generally great, consequently can choose for use to reduce the fan rotational speed that corresponds this moment, in order to reduce the influence of noise at night, even, can fall to zero the fan rotational speed, close the fan promptly, only humidify through the ultrasonic humidification.
It can be understood that when the rotating speed of the fan is reduced, the humidifying efficiency is reduced, but the ultrasonic humidifying which increases the number of the ultrasonic oscillating pieces can be combined to ensure the humidifying efficiency.
The acquisition of the ambient brightness can be detected by a brightness sensor, and specifically, a photoresistor can be selected.

According to a specific embodiment of the humidification control method provided by the invention, the humidification control method is used for an air conditioner with a humidification function, the heating and humidification functions are started according to a received instruction, at the moment, one of the two humidification modules of ultrasonic humidification and wet film humidification is selected to operate, in the process, whether the ambient humidity meets a requirement (namely, whether the first ambient humidity is smaller than a first humidity threshold value) is detected, wherein the first humidity threshold value is 30% for example, a compressor operates at a medium-low frequency or a fan operates at a low rotating speed within 3 minutes (namely, a first time) of starting, the heating output is mainly reduced to ensure the humidification speed and the humidification effect, and if the a requirement is not met (namely, the first ambient humidity is determined to be not smaller than the first humidity threshold value), the compressor operates at a normal heating high frequency within 3 minutes of starting, and the heating quantity of a room is mainly ensured.
Then, after 5 minutes of starting (namely a second time), detecting whether the humidity in the room meets the requirement b again, wherein the requirement b is 40% -60%, if so, the compressor still operates at a medium-low frequency or the fan operates at a low speed (namely the air conditioning equipment is controlled to perform heating operation according to the first operation parameter within the second time), if not, the compressor operates at a normal heating high frequency (namely the air conditioning equipment is controlled to perform heating operation according to a second operation parameter for normal heating), in the process that the compressor ensures the humidifying effect operation, the room state is detected by utilizing light sensitivity, if the compressor judges to be in a night mode, the ultrasonic oscillation piece is adjusted to two synchronous operations from one mode, and the wet film scheme stops or operates at a low speed, the room noise is ensured, if the compressor judges to be in a non-night mode, the original scheme is still maintained or an ultrasonic scheme is adopted for improving the ultrasonic service life, but the wet film operates with a high speed regime.
The technical scheme of the invention is explained in detail in the above with reference to the attached drawings, and through the technical scheme of the invention, the heating efficiency is slowed down during humidification, namely, the first operation parameter of low-speed heating is adopted, so that the influence of heating on humidification can be effectively inhibited, the humidification efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, unnecessary energy loss is reduced.
