Description

Coloring composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of color paste dispersion, in particular to a coloring composition and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, attention has been paid to techniques for refining pigment and some functional material particles, and these refined particles can be applied to various fields and improve the added value of products. By making the pigment fine, the color can be made more vivid and the coloring power can be improved.
However, in practical use, the effect of the pigment which is miniaturized is not expected because of problems such as difficulty in control. The reason why the control is difficult is that the dispersion difficulty is increased after the pigment particles are micronized, and it is difficult to be finally expressed in the final product. For example, when a pigment having a fine particle size is dispersed, the viscosity tends to increase, and it is difficult to take out a product from a dispersing machine, and it is difficult to transport the product after transferring the product from the dispersing machine to a container, and further, the product is coagulated by friction during storage, and thus it cannot be used. In addition, when different types of fine particle pigments are mixed, different dispersions aggregate, differentiate and settle, and the like, which causes problems such as uneven application and remarkable decrease in coloring power. Further, the surface of the coating film has quality problems such as reduced glossiness, poor reliability, poor conductivity and insulation, and the like.
In order to solve the above-mentioned dispersion problem, it is common to carry out the dispersion by adding an acrylic polymer and a polyester dispersant using an acid group and a basic group. The addition of the above additives of one or more components has some effect, but the viscosity, flow characteristics, and viscosity stability with time of the dispersion of the pigment or other functional material when the crystal grain size reaches a smaller level (300 nm or less) are not sufficient. Patent application No. CN201410110481.1 proposes "a polyester dispersant and a preparation method thereof", which is suitable for a non-polar or medium-polar dispersion medium and has good dispersion stability, but pigment particles dispersed therein have poor coloring power and unstable fluidity.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a coloring composition, which has high pigment particle brightness, strong coloring power, good dispersion effect and stable fluidity.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a coloring composition comprises water, pigment and dispersant [ X-SO ]3]M, wherein X is a basic chain, M is hydrogen or an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal element, and the pigment is a fine particle having a particle diameter of less than 300 nm.
The base chain is an organic chain.
The invention adopts the micronized pigment particles, the particle diameter reaches the nanometer level, and the brightness and the tinting strength of the pigment are greatly enriched. However, the fine pigment particles have a small particle size, and therefore, the viscosity of the pigment particles increases during dispersion, and the pigment particles are not easily transferred from a dispersion apparatus, and are likely to undergo color differentiation and sedimentation due to aggregation. The dispersant provided by the invention has strong adsorption force on micronized pigment particles, the sulfonic group is an anchoring group and can be tightly adsorbed on the surfaces of the pigment particles, a spatial three-dimensional barrier is formed among the pigment particles, the pigment particles are prevented from being condensed, the X group is a base chain, an effective steric hindrance effect can be formed, the existence of stabilization of the micronized pigment particles is facilitated, and the color of the pigment is brought into full play. The M group is selected from hydrogen element or alkali metal or alkaline earth metal element, the influence of the elements on the pigment is small, and the obtained pigment is stable and can keep bright color for a long time. The dispersant adopted by the invention is an aqueous dispersant, and has higher stability in an aqueous solution.
Preferably, the preparation method of the dispersant comprises the following steps: chlorosulfonic acid or concentrated sulfuric acid is taken to carry out sulfonation reaction with a compound containing the radical chain, then the product is reacted with metal solution or alkali liquor to obtain a corresponding product, and the product is cleaned to remove impurities to obtain the dispersing agent.
Preferably, the preparation method of the dispersant comprises the following steps: under the action of protective gas, introducing the compound containing the base chain and liquid sulfur trioxide into a flash evaporator for reaction, wherein the flash evaporation temperature is 100 ℃, after the reaction is finished, rapidly cooling the product to 40-50 ℃, placing the product in an aging device for 10-20min, neutralizing the product with alkali or alkaline earth metal salt after the aging is finished, controlling the neutralization temperature to be 40-50 ℃, and discharging when the pH value is adjusted to 7-8.5 to obtain the dispersing agent.
Further preferably, the protective gas is nitrogen, and the pressure of the flash evaporator is controlled to be 120-130KPa, so as to ensure the stability of the reaction, improve the yield and reduce the generation of byproducts.
Preferably, the pigment is one or more of organic pigment or inorganic pigment, and the invention can adopt common organic pigment or inorganic pigment, and also can adopt a mixture of a plurality of organic pigments and inorganic pigments.
The color paste adopting the coloring composition has the preparation method that: adding the coloring composition into a solvent, uniformly dispersing by primary sanding, then adding the additive, and performing secondary sanding until the coloring composition is uniformly dispersed to obtain the coloring composition.
The pigment particles are firstly dispersed in an aqueous system, the pigment particles are wetted, the surface free energy is reduced, and at the moment, the dispersant is coated on the surfaces of the pigment particles, so that the pigment particles are fully wetted, the dispersion effect is improved, and the flooding is effectively prevented.
Preferably, a stirrer or a roller mill is used for pre-dispersion before primary sanding, the pre-dispersion is beneficial to breaking a secondary structure formed by association of pigment particles, a more stable color paste system is formed, and the dispersion effect of the dispersing agent is further improved.
Preferably, after secondary sanding, the color paste is heated and stored for 1 to 7 days at the temperature of between 30 and 80 ℃.
Preferably, after the secondary sanding, carry out the aftertreatment with ultrasonic wave dispenser and offend type dispenser to mill base, aqueous mill base is the unstable system of thermodynamics, and along with the passage of time, the pigment particle that has dispersed can attract each other under the combined action of electrostatic force and steric hindrance power and gather the settlement gradually, adopts the aftertreatment of heating preservation or ultrasonic dispersion and offeing dispersion to be favorable to promoting mill base's stability for pigment particle fully wets in the disperse system, has prolonged life.
Preferably, the additive comprises a resin type dispersing agent, the dispersing agent adopted by the invention is matched with the resin type dispersing agent, so that the wettability of pigment particles is improved, the viscosity of the pigment is reduced, meanwhile, the tinting strength of the pigment is further improved, and the stability is greatly improved.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the coloring composition obtained by the invention is a dispersion system with low thixotropy, low viscosity, stability and good fluidity, and the aggregation and the crystallinity in the system are low, so that the agglomeration is not easy to occur. The color paste prepared by the invention has bright color and strong tinting strength.
