Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of plastic packaging, in particular to an impact-resistant octagonal clamping chain bag and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the emerging field of soft plastic packaging processing and manufacturing is that the eight-edge chain bag is accepted and accepted by the market more and more due to the advantages of novel and attractive bag shape, repeatable opening and the like, so that a plurality of foods or other articles (such as leisure foods, pet articles, powder and the like) in the market are packaged by the eight-edge chain bag.
The traditional eight-edge-sealed clamp chain bag type (shown in figure 1) mainly comprises three parts from the aspect of materials: main material (front, bottom and back of the bag), organ rim material (two organ rims of the bag), and clip chain (realizing repeatable opening function).
Currently, the market for eight-sided zipper bag packaging is on the go, however, during actual use in the market, there are also increasing awareness of the drawbacks, or limitations, inherent in the traditional manufacturing methods used to make such bags. The limitation is emphasized in: the octagonal zipper bags produced by the traditional processing and manufacturing process have poor impact resistance, and are very easy to damage and bring certain loss in the occasions where the packages are easy to impact (such as bearing packages, logistics loading and unloading, transportation jolting and the like).
When the traditional eight-edge sealing chain bag is damaged by external impact, the damage points are concentrated at the point A or the point B in the figure 1, and analysis shows that the point A and the point B are just the points of combining and heat-sealing the main material and the four layers of the organ rim material, and when the heat-sealing material (such as polyethylene PE and polypropylene PP) is heat-sealed by a heating bag-making ironing knife, higher temperature and higher pressure are required, so that the physical and mechanical properties of the film material are inevitably reduced to a certain extent, and the two points A, B of heat-sealing the main material and the four layers of the organ rim material of the eight-edge sealing chain bag are required to bear more severe processing force than the other two heat-sealing positions, so that the physical and mechanical properties of the film material at the two points A, B are reduced more. In addition, impulse generated when the eight-edge sealing and clamping chain bag is subjected to external impact acts on all parts of the bag, two points A, B are subjected to 'point' stress, other parts are subjected to 'surface area' stress, and the point stress part is more easily damaged from the aspect of stress analysis. Therefore, the conventional octagonal clamping chain bag has poor impact resistance effect, and is easy to damage when impacted.
The present invention has been made in view of this.
