When the sliding column 6 is pressed downwards, the limit mechanism 607 can prevent the big key 33 from shifting inwards, so that the big key 33 can be prevented from being touched by mistake in the process of replacing the cigarette bullet 21, the dry burning of the electronic cigarette is avoided, and the service life of the electronic cigarette is ensured. The top cover assembly 23 has a function of moving left and right, and the slide assembly 38 has a function of moving up and down.
The limiting mechanism 607 comprises a limiting protrusion which is arranged on the sliding column 6 and can be abutted against the inner side surface of the big key 33 when the sliding column 6 moves downwards.
When the top cover assembly 23 is locked, the top surface of the large key 33 and the bottom surface of the limiting protrusion are on the same plane but are not contacted; when the large key 33 is pressed, the top surface of the large key 33 is abutted with the bottom surface of the limit bulge.
When the big key 33 is pressed to start the electronic cigarette, the sliding column 6 is limited by the big key 33 and cannot move downwards, so that the phenomenon that the cigarette bullet 21 falls off due to false touch during smoking is prevented, and smoking experience of the electronic cigarette is improved.
The top of the inner side surface of the large key 33 is provided with a vertical limiting groove 3302 matched with the limiting protrusion.
The vertical limiting groove 3302 matched with the limiting protrusion is arranged on the inner side of the large key 33, so that the operation handfeel is improved.
The slide column 6 is provided with a hidden groove 608 at the position corresponding to the limit bulge, and the top of the big key 33 extends into the hidden groove 608.
The top cover 24 is provided with a clamping groove 2402, and the limiting portion 606 is provided with a hook 6061 matched with the clamping groove 2402.
When the top cover assembly 23 is not opened, the top cover assembly 23 and the sliding column 6 can be fixed in position through the clamping locking effect of the clamping groove 2402 and the clamping hook 6061, and the locking is reliable. After the cartridge 21 is replaced, the hand pushes the top cover 24 to reset along the guide groove 2501, the clamping groove 2402 and the clamping hook 6061 are used for locking, the phenomenon of misalignment is not easy to occur, time and labor are saved, and user experience is good.
The shell 1 is internally provided with a third spring 34 and a bracket 35, the slide column 6 is arranged on the bracket 35, one end of the third spring 34 is abutted against the bracket 35, and the other end of the third spring 34 is abutted against the outer bottom surface of the slide column 6.
After the cartridge 21 is replaced, the top cover assembly 23 is slid back to the original position by the hand, at the moment, the sliding column 6 is loosened, the sliding assembly 38 automatically bounces up and returns under the action of the third spring 34, and the top cover assembly 23 is locked.
The top cover assembly 23 further comprises a conical sealing ring 36 fixedly arranged in the suction nozzle 37; when the top cover assembly 23 is not opened, the small end of the conical sealing ring 36 extends into the central hole of the cartridge 21, the top of the cartridge 21 is abutted against the outer wall of the conical sealing ring 36, and the conical sealing ring 36 is communicated with the central hole of the cartridge 21 and the suction nozzle 37.
The conical sealing ring 36 automatically aligns the cartridge 21 with the central opening so that the air path is sealed intact.
The support 35 is provided with a cylindrical hole 3501 with an axis parallel to the length direction of the electronic cigarette, and the bottom of the sliding column 6 is provided with a cylindrical part 609 which can move up and down in the cylindrical hole 3501.
There is a certain clearance between the cylindrical portion 609 and the cylindrical hole 3501, so that the cylindrical portion 609 can move up and down in the cylindrical hole 3501, smooth and unbiased movement of the sliding assembly 38 in the moving process is ensured, and user experience is good.
As shown in fig. 11 to 16, the cap assembly 23 of the present invention has three operating states:
a. the use state of the box cover is as follows: the cap assembly 23 is provided with a conical sealing ring 36, when the cap 24 of the cap assembly 23 abuts against the limit part 606 of the sliding column 6, the locking groove 2402 on the side surface of the cap 24 is locked with the locking hook 6061 on the sliding column 6 because the spring III 34 always applies an upward elastic force to the sliding assembly 38. When the user presses the big key 33 rightward, the user touches the switch key 32, and the user's mouth is opposite to the mouth of the suction nozzle 37 to suck out the smoke.
b. The top cover 24 begins to unlock: pressing down on the slide 6, the slide assembly 38 is sunk, the top cover 24 is dislocated from the limit portion 606, and the top cover assembly 23 is free to start unlocking.
c. Semi-unlocked state: because spring five 26 always applies a spring force to the right, when slide assembly 38 is pressed downward, top cover 24 automatically slides to the right to open the cover when top cover assembly 23 is free.
d. Full unlock state: the cap assembly 23 continues to move to the right by the force of the spring five 26 until the fully unlocked condition, the top of the cartridge 21 is fully exposed, at which point the cartridge 21 may be replaced.
As shown in fig. 17 to 19, the present invention interlocks the replacement cartridge 21 with two operations of pressing the large key 33:
a. the hidden groove 608 of the slide column 6 is internally provided with a limiting protrusion, the hidden part at the top of the large key 33 is provided with a vertical limiting groove 3302, after the electronic cigarette is assembled, the hidden part is inserted into the hidden groove 608, the limiting protrusion and the vertical limiting groove 3302 are correspondingly arranged, and the bottom end face of the limiting protrusion is flush with but not contacted with the top end face of the hidden part at the top of the large key 33.
b. When the slide column 6 is pressed downwards, the hidden part of the large key 33 is inserted into the hidden groove 608 of the slide column 6, and the limiting bulge is also inserted into the vertical limiting groove 3302, at the moment, the large key 33 is prevented from moving rightwards due to the limiting bulge, and a user cannot press the large key 33 at the moment, so that the electronic cigarette is prevented from working and burning out the ultrasonic atomization sheet 16 caused by mistakenly touching the large key 33 when the slide column 6 is pressed to replace the cigarette cartridge 21.
c. When smoking, the large key 33 is pressed, and at the moment, the top surface of the hidden part on the large key 33 is propped against the limit bulge of the sliding column 6, so that the sliding column 6 cannot be pressed downwards, and the fact that the cartridge 21 cannot be replaced in the smoking process of the electronic cigarette is ensured.
As shown in fig. 20 to 27, in the first embodiment, the process of replacing the heating assembly 2 is as follows:
a. the top cover 24 is opened: due to the elastic force exerted rightward by the springs five 26, when the slide assembly 38 is pressed downward and the top cover assembly 23 is released, the cover can be slid rightward along the guide groove 2501 of the guide plate 25. The first spring 15 is arranged in the top column 14, the support lug 1401 of the top column 14 is assembled corresponding to the semicircular mounting groove 603 of the sliding column 6 and rotates along the rotating guide groove 604, and the top column 14 cannot be separated when the upper end face of the support lug 1401 of the top column 14 moves upwards to the limit end face 6051 due to the upward force of the first spring 15 on the top column 14.
b. The process of installing the heating component 2 comprises the following steps: since the second spring 11 is disposed on the right end face of the slider 7, the second spring 11 applies a leftward force to the slider 7, so that the slider 7 always has a leftward movement tendency. The four sides of the conductive ring 18 are provided with the buckling grooves 20, and the top of the sliding block 7 is provided with the buckling part 701, so when the conductive ring 18 and the sliding block 7 start to contact, the end part of the sliding block 7 is in an inclined surface shape, so that the heating assembly 2 can be conveniently and continuously pressed downwards for assembly, and the sliding block 7 can be pressed to move rightwards. The heating component 2 is then assembled by pressing downwards, the bottom of the conductive ring 18 and the top column 14 start to contact, so that the pressing hand feeling is better, until the buckling part 701 of the sliding block 7 is buckled into the buckling groove 20 of the conductive ring 18, and the heating component 2 is locked. Since the seal 17 is made of soft silica gel material, the lead wire can directly pierce the seal 17 to the outside in pressing contact with the conductive ring 18. The first spring 15 is arranged under the top column 14, the first spring 15 applies an upward force to the top column 14, and the top surface of the top column 14 applies an upward force to the conducting ring 18, so that the heating component 2 has a trend of upward movement, and the clamping groove 20 of the conducting ring 18 is tightly contacted with the sliding block 7, so that good contact between the positive and negative leads of the heating component 2 can be ensured, namely, the heating component 2 can work normally after being locked.
c. Unlocking the heating assembly 2 state: the sliding column 6 and the sliding block 7 are provided with corresponding vertical limiting steps 602, and the first plane 6011 and the second plane 702 are opposite to each other as the limiting position of the sliding block 7 moving leftwards, so that the sliding block 7 does not rotate in the moving process. A spring IV 13 is penetrated below the ejector rod 10, the ejector rod 10 is riveted and fixed with the key block 12, the rotating tongue 8 is penetrated and limited in the sliding column 6 by the rotating shaft 9, the top of the rotating tongue 8 is embedded into a U-shaped groove of the sliding block 7, and the sliding block 7 slides in a circular accommodating hole 601 of the sliding column 6. When the key block 12 is pressed upwards, the turning tongue 8 rotates clockwise to drive the sliding block 7 to move rightwards, the sliding block 7 is separated from the heating component 2, the first spring 15 is arranged below the top column 14, the first spring 15 always applies an upward force to the top column 14, and the heating component 2 is instantaneously jacked by the top column 14 due to the fact that the sliding block 7 is instantaneously separated from the heating component 2, namely, the heating component 2 can be poured downwards. After the unlocking of the heating component 2 is finished, the second spring 11 has left elasticity on the sliding block 7, so that the sliding block 7 resets to drive the turning tongue 8 to reset; the spring IV 13 has a downward elasticity to the push rod 10, and the key block 12 is reset.
Example two
As shown in fig. 28 to 33, the second embodiment of the electronic cigarette has a similar structure to the first embodiment, except that the cartridge 21 is further disposed in the recess at the top of the sliding column 6, the suction nozzle 37 is disposed at the top of the housing 1, and the suction nozzle 37, the cartridge 21 and the heating element 2 are integrally connected. The heating component 2, the cartridge 21 and the suction nozzle 37 can be replaced as a whole, which is more convenient. The same structure as that of the first embodiment is not repeated here, but does not affect the understanding and implementation of the present invention by those skilled in the art.
Example III
As shown in fig. 34 to 36, the third embodiment of the electronic cigarette has a similar structure to the first embodiment, and is different in that a cartridge 21 is further disposed in a groove at the top of the sliding column 6, a suction nozzle 37 is disposed at the top of the housing 1, the heating component 2 includes an ultrasonic atomization sheet 16 and a conductive ring 18 outside the ultrasonic atomization sheet 16, the cartridge 21 is disposed in the suction nozzle 37, a sealing seat 17 is disposed between the cartridge 21 and the suction nozzle 37, the cartridge 21, the sealing seat 17 and the suction nozzle 37 are connected into a whole, and a fastening groove 20 corresponding to the fastening part 701 is formed on the side wall of the suction nozzle 37; one pole of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet 16 is abutted against the elastic electrode 19 and is electrically connected with one pole of the power supply through the elastic electrode 19; the other electrode of the ultrasonic atomization sheet 16 is welded with a lead wire which is in pressing contact with the conducting ring 18, and the sliding block 7 is welded with the lead wire and is electrically connected with the other electrode of the power supply; when the locking part 701 locks the locking groove 20, the suction nozzle 37 abuts against the conductive ring 18. In the locked state, the heating assembly 2 is pressed and conducted by clamping the clamping groove 20 on the cartridge 21 through the clamping part 701 on the sliding block 7. The heating component 2 and the cartridge 21 are two independent components, the outer diameter of the heating component 2 is smaller than that of the cartridge 21, and the heating component and the cartridge 21 are replaced respectively, so that the use cost can be reduced, and the assembly is more convenient and quicker. The same structure as that of the first embodiment in the third embodiment is not repeated here, but does not affect the understanding and implementation of the present invention by those skilled in the art.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and many forms may be made by those having ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention and the scope of the claims, which are all within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. The electronic cigarette comprises a shell (1), wherein a heating component (2) is arranged in the shell (1), and is characterized by further comprising a fixing mechanism (3) capable of fixing the heating component (2), an unlocking mechanism (4) for controlling the fixing mechanism (3) to be relatively fixed or separated from the heating component (2), and an elastic mechanism (5) for outwards ejecting the heating component (2) when the fixing mechanism (3) is separated from the heating component (2);
the electronic cigarette further comprises a sliding column (6) at the top of the shell (1), the heating component (2) is arranged in a groove at the top of the sliding column (6), the fixing mechanism (3) comprises a sliding block (7) which is arranged in a containing hole (601) on the sliding column (6) and can move along the length direction perpendicular to the electronic cigarette, and one end, close to the heating component (2), of the sliding block (7) is provided with a clamping part (701) capable of fixing the heating component (2);
the unlocking mechanism (4) comprises a rotating tongue (8), a rotating shaft (9) and a push rod (10) which can move along the length direction of the electronic cigarette in the shell (1), the middle part of the rotating tongue (8) is connected with the sliding column (6) through the rotating shaft (9), the rotating tongue (8) can rotate around the rotating shaft (9), one end of the rotating tongue (8) stretches into a groove at the bottom of the sliding block (7), the other end of the rotating tongue (8) is opposite to the top end of the push rod (10), and the top end of the push rod (10) can push the rotating tongue (8) to rotate and drive the sliding block (7) to be separated from the heating component (2) through the rotating tongue (8); the unlocking mechanism (4) further comprises a key block (12) which is arranged at the bottom of the shell (1) and can push the ejector rod (10) to move;
the elastic mechanism (5) comprises a top column (14) and a first spring (15) which are arranged in a groove at the top of the sliding column (6), and the first spring (15) is abutted between the sliding column (6) and the top column (14).
2. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the fixing mechanism (3) further comprises a second spring (11), one end of the second spring (11) is abutted against one end of the sliding block (7) away from the heating component (2), and the other end of the second spring (11) is abutted against the inner side wall of the shell (1).
3. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the ejector rod (10) is further sleeved with a spring IV (13) for controlling the ejector rod (10) to reset.
4. An electronic cigarette according to claim 2, characterized in that the sliding column (6) is provided with a limiting step (602) opposite to the second spring (11) for limiting the sliding block (7).

The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein a cigarette bullet (21) is further arranged in a groove at the top of the sliding column (6), an upper cover component (22) and a top cover component (23) are arranged at the top of the shell (1), the sliding column (6) can move along the length direction of the electronic cigarette, the cigarette bullet (21) is arranged in the groove at the top of the sliding column (6), an atomization surface of the ultrasonic atomization sheet (16) is in contact with the cigarette bullet (21), the top cover component (23) comprises a suction nozzle (37) and a top cover (24), a guide groove (2501) for guiding the top cover component (23) to open is arranged on the upper cover component (22), a guide part (2401) matched with the guide groove (2501) is arranged on the top cover (24), and a limit part (606) for limiting the top cover (24) is arranged on the sliding column (6); when the top cover assembly (23) is not opened, the limiting part (606) is abutted with one end surface of the top cover (24).
