Description

Technical Field

Background
In direct current electric equipment and power lines of a direct current micro-grid, the phenomena of reverse connection of positive and negative polarities or short circuit of the lines often occur, and power electronic components can be damaged in a very short time due to the reverse connection of the positive and negative polarities of the direct current or the short circuit of the lines. In addition, if a front end of a general dc power device has a large capacitive device, a large inrush current may be generated at the moment of power-on.
In the prior art, a charging loop is added, an impact current occurs at the moment of switching on a power supply, the impact current firstly passes through the charging loop, and the charging loop is switched off through the loop after the impact current disappears, so that the charging loop enters a normal use state. However, the existing protection measures are difficult to accurately predict the accurate time for the disappearance of the impact current, and are difficult to effectively identify and protect the impact current in a very short time, which often leads to further expansion of the fault and influences the use of a direct current system; the reverse access of a circuit cannot be avoided in the prior art, and the short-circuit protection cannot be effectively carried out after the reverse access occurs, so that a charging circuit is easy to damage.
