Wherein sheet media includes, but is not limited to, paper media, paper sheets, paper sheet media, paper currency, sheets, paper currency, and the like; the intelligent ticket processing apparatus may also be referred to as an intelligent ticket processing apparatus, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a sheet medium facing an exterior of a finishing device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The sheet media facing the collating device 100 is used to selectively reverse, and uniformly orient, the sheet media entering the device. The sheet medium facing collating device 100 includes: a transport path, a banknote discriminating unit, a control unit, a banknote inlet 101 upstream of the transport path, an impeller 102 upstream of the transport path, a shutter 103 and a receiving space 104 downstream of the transport path, a drawer 105 connected to a motor, a link lever 106 connected to the drawer 105, a transmission lever 108 connected to the link lever 106, a first driving pulley 109 and a second driving pulley 110 on both sides of the transmission lever 108, and a driving belt 107 connecting the first driving pulley 109 and the second driving pulley 110.
Also located in the middle of the transmission channel are a transmission gear 111 and a transmission wheel 112, which are always powered by an external motor to maintain operation, and which use friction force to drive the sheet medium to be transmitted from the paper money inlet 101 at the upstream of the transmission channel to the receiving space 104 at the downstream of the transmission channel, wherein the baffle plate 103 is one side wall of the receiving space 104; the impeller assembly includes an impeller 102, and a gear for driving the impeller 102 to rotate.
When the overturning operation is not needed, the pulling force component and the impeller component are kept still, and the impeller 102 is kept at the first position at the moment; when the turning operation is required, the whole device drives the impeller assembly by the pulling force component, so that the impeller 102 is switched from the first position to the second position, specifically: the tensile engine 105 extends forwards along the sheet medium transmission direction through the tensile engine 105 to drive the link lever 106 with one end connected to the tensile engine 105 to extend forwards, so that the other end of the link lever 106 arranged on the transmission lever 108 pushes the transmission lever 108 to extend forwards, the first transmission wheel 109 and the second transmission wheel 110 connected by the transmission belt 107 on the transmission lever 108 both extend forwards along an oblique forward and upward direction, and because the second transmission wheel 110 is coaxial with the impeller 102, the impeller 102 is driven to extend forwards towards the oblique upward direction at the same time, and therefore switching from the first position to the second position is achieved.
In this embodiment, the impeller assembly includes the impeller 102, but may include more than one impeller 102, and the number of impellers 102 is two, so that the two impellers 102 are arranged side by side, or coaxially. Fig. 2 includes a paper medium 200 that enters the apparatus to be processed, an optical sensor 201 provided before the sheet medium faces the finisher 100, and the sheet medium faces the finisher 100. Wherein the sheet media is facing the elements contained in the collating device 100 is illustrated in fig. 1.
At this time, the paper medium 200 enters the sheet medium facing the finisher 100 (also referred to as medium facing the finisher or facing the finisher), an optical sensor 201 is provided at the front end of the facing finisher 100, and the optical sensor 201 is a specific form of a medium front-back discrimination unit, and can easily discriminate the orientation of the paper medium 200. The optical sensor 201 currently identifies that the paper media 200 is facing upwards and meets the orientation requirement facing the collating device, at this time, the control unit keeps the drawer 105 still, the drawer assembly and the impeller 102 still, the impeller 102 is kept at the initial position, namely the first position, and the impeller 102 does not participate in the paper money separating process. The paper currency 200 conveyed from the conveying channel directly enters the transmission gear 111 and the transfer wheel 112 of the conveying element without being processed by the impeller assembly, and is conveyed to the downstream of the conveying channel for collection or subsequent processing, and the paper media 200 are not changed in direction and are upward in surface.
The initial first position is a position where the impeller assembly does not contact the note and does not participate in the note handling process.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a sheet medium of an embodiment of the present invention entering toward the reverse side of a paper-like medium of a finishing device; the operation principle when the sheet medium is turned over without meeting the processing requirement when the sheet medium is entered into the sheet medium facing the finishing device.

At this time, the drawer 105 is controlled by electric power to extend forwards, the drawer 105 extends forwards along the sheet medium transmission direction by the drawer 105, and drives the link lever 106 with one end connected to the drawer 105 to extend forwards, so that the link lever 106 is arranged at the other end of the transmission lever 108 to push the transmission lever 108 to extend forwards, the first transmission wheel 109 and the second transmission wheel 110 connected by the transmission belt 107 on the transmission lever 108 both extend forwards along an oblique and upward direction, because the second transmission wheel 110 is coaxial with the impeller 102, the impeller 102 is driven to extend forwards towards the oblique and upward to a second position, and the second position enables the blade of the impeller 102 to contact the paper medium 200 to realize overturning, so that the switching of the impeller 102 from the first position to the second position is finally realized. When the impeller 102 reaches the second position, the motor of the driving mechanism drives the impeller 102 to rotate clockwise (clockwise in fig. 3), at this time, the rotation of the impeller 102 can drive the paper medium 200 entering between the blades of the impeller 102 to start to turn over, when the turning is performed to a certain angle, the control unit controls the impeller 102 to stop rotating according to the delay time information required by the turning to the angle, and simultaneously the control unit controls the tensile pawl 105 to retract backwards, so as to drive the link lever 106 to retract, so that the link lever 106 drives the transmission lever 108 connected with the link lever, the first transmission wheel 109 and the second transmission wheel 110 to retract, and the second transmission wheel 110 is coaxial with the impeller 102, so as to drive the impeller 102 to retract, and finally retract to the initial first position where the contact with the paper medium 200 is not interfered.
The paper medium 200 loses the turning power from the impeller 102 at this time, flies out in the tangential direction of the rotation direction of the impeller 102 at first, and rebounds to naturally fall into the storage space 104 after hitting the baffle 103 disposed below the impeller 102, and the paper medium 200 faces upward at this time, and the surface turning and collection of the medium are achieved.
The storage space 104 is mainly used for storing processed sheet media, and even if the storage space 104 is not designed, it is possible to directly allow the sheet media processed by the sheet media facing the finishing device to enter the next conveying channel or any other processing operation.
