In addition, the technical features of the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 5 to 7, the constant temperature pet water dispenser 10 includes a water storage tank 70, a transit water tank 60, a water tank 30, a tray assembly 20, and a pump assembly 40.
The pump assembly 40 includes a make-up pump 41 and a suction pump 42. The pet is supplied in the tray assembly 20 for drinking, water in the tray assembly 20 naturally flows into the drinking water tank 30, the water in the drinking water tank 30 is pumped out by the water pump 42 and pumped into the transit water tank 60 under the action of the pump assembly 40, and after the water in the transit water tank 60 is heated or cooled by the temperature control assembly 50, the water enters the tray assembly 20 under the action of the water pump 42 (other technical schemes can also be under the action of the water supplementing pump 41). The water storage tank 70 continuously supplies water into the intermediate water tank 60.
The tray assembly 20 includes a drinking tray 21, a filter tray 22, and a support tray 23 stacked from top to bottom. The edges of the drinking tray 21, the filter tray 22 or the support tray 23 may extend and rest on the edges of the drinking tank 30.
A water inlet 211 is provided in the center of the drinking water tray 21. The inlet tube 33 is connected to the inlet port 211 and water pumped from the pump assembly 40 passes through the inlet tube 33 and the inlet port 211 into the drinking bowl 21. The drinking water tray 21 is similar to a disc shape, an opening, namely a water outlet 212 is formed in the periphery of the drinking water tray 21, a tray body 213 extends between the water inlet 211 and the water outlet 212, water flows from the water inlet 211 to the water outlet 212 in the tray body 213, and the drinking water tray is similar to natural running water, so that the interest of the pet in drinking can be improved. The lowest point of the water outlet 212 is higher than the bottom surface of the tray 213 by a certain distance, so that a certain amount of water is accumulated in the tray 213.
The centers of the filter disc 22 and the bearing disc 23 are provided with openings, and the filter disc is sleeved outside Zhou Zhouyuan of the water inlet pipe 33 through the openings. The filter tray 22 is clamped between the drinking tray 21 and the holding tray 23. The filter disc 22 is provided with densely distributed through holes for water to flow through, and filter elements such as activated carbon and sponge can be arranged in the filter disc 22 to purify water and remove impurities doped when the pet drinks water. The water is filtered and then enters the tray 23 for concentration. The central hole of the bearing tray 23 is in clearance fit with the water inlet pipe 33, water can flow out of the tray assembly from the clearance into the content space 31 of the drinking water tank 30, the bearing tray 23 is also provided with densely distributed outflow holes, and the sound of water flowing out of the bearing tray 23 into the drinking water tank 30 in the clearance and the outflow holes is small, so that the effect of silence is achieved, and pets in drinking water cannot be disturbed.
The beverage tank 30 is constantly filled with water naturally flowing from the tray assembly. The water suction pump 42 is arranged in the water drinking tank 30, and the water in the water drinking tank 30 is pumped into the transit water tank 60 by the water suction pump 42 to be heated and then flows into the tray assembly 20 and then flows into the water drinking tank 30. Thus, a circulation loop is constituted.
The water is heated or cooled in the transfer tank 60 in the circulation loop by the temperature control assembly 50.
As shown in fig. 4, the water drinking tray 21 may have a structure in which a tray body 213 near the water inlet 211 is positioned at a higher level, the tray body 213 gradually decreases in height from the water inlet 211 toward the water outlet 212, and the water outlet 212 is naturally formed by the edge of the tray body 213. At this time, the water flows have different heights on the surface of the tray 213, so as to adapt to the drinking water requirements of pets with different sizes.
The temperature control assembly 50 includes a semiconductor refrigeration sheet 51, a thermally conductive mechanism 52, and a wind mechanism 53.
One surface (a cooling surface or a heating surface) of the semiconductor cooling sheet 51 is attached to the outer wall of the intermediate water tank 60, and heats water in the intermediate water tank 60 by heat conduction. In order to improve the heating efficiency, the wall of the intermediate water tank 60 corresponding to the semiconductor cooling fin 51 may also be made of a metal material having good thermal conductivity.
The other surface of the semiconductor cooling fin 51 is provided with a heat conduction mechanism 52 and a wind power mechanism 53 in close contact with each other. The heat conduction mechanism 52 and the wind mechanism 53 take away the hot air or cold air generated on the other surface of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 51 to ensure the refrigeration or heating efficiency of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 51.
The heat conducting mechanism 52 may be a metal plate that conducts heat, and in this embodiment, in order to increase the heat conducting performance, the heat conducting mechanism 52 is provided as a heat conducting fin made of an aluminum alloy material.
The wind power mechanism 53 can generate blowing, and the wind power mechanism 53 can be a fan or other conventional device capable of generating wind power. To blow air off the surface of the thermally conductive mechanism 52.
The temperature control assembly 50 may further be provided with a temperature controller (not shown), which includes a temperature sensor, in which a preset temperature may be set, and when the temperature sensor detects that the water temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the temperature controller cuts off power supply to make the temperature constant at a value. In general, no thermostat may be provided, such as by setting the power of the semiconductor cooling fin so that the water temperature is substantially constant.
In this embodiment, two wires for connecting the power supply to the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 51 may be further used to change the water in the intermediate transfer tank 60 from heating to cooling by the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 51. The occasion is suitable for hot weather, and the drinking water needs to be cooled.
In the circulation loop, the water pumped from the water pump 42 into the transfer water tank 60 is heated by the temperature control assembly 50 and then flows into the tray assembly 20 for the pet to drink, which is warm water, which is beneficial to health.
The transfer tank 60 may also preferably be provided with a thermal insulation, such as foam or cotton, to prevent loss of heat and achieve energy conservation.
A rectifier can be arranged between the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 51 and the 220V alternating current power supply, and the rectifier converts high-voltage alternating current into low-voltage direct current, so that accidents can not occur even if a pet bites the wire, and the pet electric wire is safer.
Above the transfer water tank 60, a water storage tank 70 is provided, and the water outlet end of the water storage tank 70 is connected with the transfer water tank 60. The water consumed in the circulation circuit by pet drinking, evaporation, and the like can be supplied through the water storage tank 70.
No control valve may be provided between the water storage tank 70 and the intermediate water tank 60. As long as the water outlet end of the water storage tank 70 is sufficiently longer than the corresponding water inlet end of the intermediate water tank 60, the water in the water storage tank 70 can flow out into the intermediate water tank 60 against the pressure of the water suction pump 42 due to the water pressure generated by the height difference.
However, in consideration of the mini-nature of the pet drinking machine, the height of the water storage tank 70 cannot be too high, and thus, a first check valve 83 is provided between the water storage tank 70 and the transit water tank 60. So that water can only flow from the storage tank 70 to the transfer tank 60.
In this embodiment, the pressure generated by the water pump 42 is relatively high, and the water in the water tank 70 does not continuously flow to the intermediate water tank 60 due to the pressure generated by the water pump 42, and only when the water pump 42 is stopped to pump water from the intermediate water tank 60 by the water replenishing pump 41, the water in the water tank 70 enters the intermediate water tank 60 to replenish the water in the circulation loop.
In addition, the water in the content space 31 of the drinking water tank 30 gradually decreases due to the drinking of the pet, and finally the water pump 42 cannot pump water, so that the circulation loop cannot continue. At this time, the water pump 42 is stopped for a while, the water replenishing pump 41 is started to replenish water, the water replenishing pump 41 pumps the water in the intermediate water tank 60 to the tray assembly 20, the water is accumulated in the water tank 30 after leaving the tray assembly 20, and when a sufficient amount of water is accumulated in the water tank 30, the water replenishing pump 41 is closed, the water pump 42 is started again, and the circulation loop is opened again. This is also known as the tank refill process.
In the water replenishing process of the drinking water tank, the water pump 42 stops working, the water replenishing pump 41 pumps out water in the intermediate water tank 60, and the water tank 70 continuously replenishes water in the intermediate water tank 60 due to the pressure relief of the water pump 42 on the water tank 70. In order to prevent water from directly entering the drinking water tank 30 through the path of the stopped water pump 42 (when the pet cannot drink water), a second one-way valve 84 is arranged between the water pump 42 and the transfer water tank 60, so that water cannot flow from the transfer water tank 60 to the water pump 42 and then directly enter the drinking water tank 30.
The water replenishing process of the water tank can be started manually, for example, when the insufficient water storage in the water tank 30 is observed, the water pump 42 can be turned off manually and the water replenishing pump 41 can be turned on manually, and after the water replenishing pump 41 works for a period of time to accumulate a sufficient amount of water in the water tank 30, the water pump 42 is turned on manually and the water replenishing pump 41 is turned off manually.
In order to automatically start the water replenishing process of the water tank, a float switch 81 may be disposed in the water tank 30, and a control end of the float switch 81 is connected to the water pump 42. When the float switch 81 detects that the water level reaches a certain low point, the water pump 42 is turned off through the control end, and after the water pump 42 is turned off, the float switch 81 cannot start the water pump 42, the water pump 42 needs to be started manually, and after the water pump 42 is stopped, water can be automatically replenished through the pressure generated by the height of the water storage tank 70 or can be replenished through the water replenishing pump 41. Still further, as in the present embodiment, the other control end of the float switch 81 is connected to the water replenishment pump 41, so that the float switch 81 turns off the water replenishment pump 42 and turns on the water replenishment pump 41 to replenish water.
In order to automatically close the water replenishing process, a delay circuit (not shown) may be further provided on the basis of the provision of the float switch 81, the delay circuit is connected to the float switch 81, and after the float switch 81 automatically closes the water pump 42, the water pump 42 is turned on again for a certain time, in this embodiment, the delay time may be set to one and a half minutes. The time delay circuit is provided to allow the water replenishment pump 41 to operate for a certain period of time, for example, one minute and half minutes, after which a sufficient amount of water has been accumulated in the water tank 30.
The delay circuit may be a circuit provided in a outsourced delay switch.
In this embodiment, the water outlet end of the water storage tank 70 is higher than the water transfer tank 60, so that water in the water storage tank 70 flows into the water transfer tank 60 for water replenishment due to gravity. In other technical solutions, the height of the water storage tank 70 may not be limited, for example, the height of the water storage tank 70 is reduced, the water outlet end of the water storage tank 70 is flush with the transit water tank 60, and a pressure source is disposed in the water storage tank 70, so that the water outlet end of the water storage tank 70 is continuously pressed in the transit water tank 60.
In other technical solutions, it is even possible to dispense with the water storage tank 70 and connect the household tap to the transfer water tank 60 in correspondence with the water filling port of the water storage tank 70.
In this embodiment, the water pump 42 mainly circulates in the water path, the water replenishment pump 41 is stopped during normal water path circulation, and the water replenishment pump 41 is operated and the water pump 42 is stopped during water replenishment in the water tank. I.e. the suction pump 42 and the supplementary pump 41 are operated alternately.
In other technical schemes, in order to improve the circulating power, the water pump 42 and the water supplementing pump 41 can work simultaneously when the waterway circulates, so long as the working efficiency of the water pump 42 and the water supplementing pump 41 is the same, namely, the water pumps pump the same volume of water in unit time; when the drinking water tank is replenished with water, the water suction pump 42 stops working, and the water replenishing pump 41 continues working; after the water replenishment is completed, the water pump 42 resumes operation, and the water cycle is performed together with the water replenishment pump 41.
Since the water in the water storage tank 70 is exhausted, a water level sensor 85 is provided in the relay water tank 60 for safety, and the water level in the relay water tank 60 is known through the water level sensor 85.
In addition, a solenoid valve 82 may be provided between the tray assembly 20 and the transfer tank 60. The solenoid valve 82 is provided between the relay water tank 60 and the water replenishment pump 41 (as in the present embodiment), or between the water replenishment pump 41 and the tray assembly 20.
The water level sensor 85 is connected to a controller (not shown), and the control end of the controller is connected to the solenoid valve 82. When the water level sensor 85 senses that the water level in the relay water tank 60 is insufficient, the electromagnetic valve 82 is closed so that the water in the relay water tank 60 cannot flow out, thereby preventing the temperature control assembly 50 from burning out the relay water tank 60. When the water level sensor 85 senses that the water level in the transit water tank 60 meets a certain water level, the electromagnetic valve 82 can be opened, and the waterway circulation is restored to be normal.
In the present embodiment, since the temperature control assembly 50 includes the semiconductor cooling fin 51, the heat conduction mechanism 52 and the wind power mechanism 53. The semiconductor cooling plate 51 is a cooling device formed by semiconductors, and when a current passes through a thermocouple pair formed by combining an N-type semiconductor material and a P-type semiconductor material, heat transfer occurs between the two ends, and the heat is transferred from one end to the other end, so that a temperature difference is generated to form a cold end and a hot end. And the cold and hot ends can be reversed by switching the current direction. The cold end or the hot end of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet can refrigerate or heat water. Semiconductor refrigeration sheets are commonly used in air conditioning equipment, which is not easily contemplated for use in pet drinking water dispensers. The temperature control assembly 50 may warm or cool the drinking water. The heating is performed in winter, and the water can be cooled in hot summer, so that the applicability is wider.
In this embodiment, the float switch 81, the solenoid valve 82, the first check valve 83, the second check valve 84, and the water level sensor 85 together constitute the control unit 80.
In this embodiment, the transfer water tank 60 is separately set, so that the water tank 30 and the transfer water tank 60 circulate in a waterway, the transfer water tank 60 heats water, the temperature control assembly 50 is separated from the water tank 30, the temperature control assembly 50 does not damage the pet, and the safety of the pet can be protected.
In this embodiment, the water storage tank 70 is provided, which can automatically supplement water, and can meet the drinking water requirement of the pet when the host leaves home for a long time. And the control valve is not required to be arranged between the water storage tank 70 and the transit water tank 60, or only one first one-way valve 83 is required to be arranged, so that the structure is simpler.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the water dispenser 10 includes a body 11, and handles 12 are provided at both sides of the body 11 to facilitate transportation. The front side of the body 11 is provided with a display 13, and information such as temperature can be displayed in the display 13. And control keys such as a switch button can be arranged near the display screen 13.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the water storage tank 70 is placed on the bracket 14, four protrusions 141 are provided on the periphery of the bracket 14, and the protrusions 141 can more firmly support the water storage tank 70, so that the water storage tank 70 is not easy to be overturned by a pet in motion.
As shown in fig. 6, an air outlet 15 is further provided on the main body 11 near the temperature control unit 50 for discharging the air blown by the wind power mechanism 53.
As shown in fig. 6, the transfer tank 60 is placed on the transfer tank base 16, and the peripheral edge of the transfer tank base 16 has an upwardly extending flange 161, and the flange 161 makes the transfer tank 60 more stable.
As shown in fig. 6, five rubber strips 17 are provided at the bottom side of the main body 11 to stabilize the water dispenser 10 and to protect the ground from scratches.
As shown in fig. 7, the lower end of the water inlet pipe 33 is screwed on the bottom plate of the water tank 30, and the water outlet end of the water supplementing pump is connected with the water inlet pipe 33 outside the water tank 30, so that the water supplementing pump has the beneficial effect of convenience in installation.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, embodiment 2 also uses a temperature control assembly 50 having a semiconductor cooling fin 51 to heat or cool the drinking water. The main difference from embodiment 1 is that the intermediate water tank 60 and the water storage tank 70 in embodiment 1 are not provided in embodiment 2, and the corresponding pump assembly 40 need only include one pump.
The pump assembly 40 pumps water from the interior space 31 of the drinking tank 30 and into the drinking bowl 21 of the tray assembly 20. The water overflows from the water drinking plate 21, is filtered and purified, and flows into the water drinking tank 30. Can be manually added when there is insufficient water in the potable water tank 30.
In this embodiment, the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 51 in the temperature control assembly 50 heats the bottom of the drinking water tank 30. An outer case 32 is provided, the outer case 32 is sleeved on the periphery of the drinking water tank 30, and the pump assembly 40 and the temperature control assembly 50 are accommodated at the bottom of the outer case 32.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, embodiment 3 also uses a temperature control assembly 50 having a semiconductor cooling fin 51 to heat or cool the drinking water. The main differences from example 1 are: the water storage tank 70 is not provided in embodiment 3; the bottom of the drinking water tank 30 is higher than the highest water level in the transit water tank 60; only the water replenishment pump 41 is provided, and the water suction pump 42 in embodiment 1 is not provided.
Since the bottom of the drinking water tank 30 is higher than the highest water level in the transit water tank 60, the water in the content space 31 flows to the transit water tank 60 for heating due to gravity, is pumped into the drinking water tray 21 by the water supplementing pump 41, and flows back into the drinking water tank 30, and is circulated. Can be manually added when there is insufficient water in the potable water tank 30.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the present invention and to implement the same, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
