Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for adjusting a spiral cutting edge of a roller type flying shear.
Background
With the increasing yield and variety of modern steel production and the fierce market competition, the demand of the shearing machine is increasing continuously as the steel rolling production is required to be developed to a high-speed and continuous production mode.
For a roller type flying shear, an upper roller and a lower roller drive a synchronous gear through a motor to carry out transmission, when an upper roller shaft and the synchronous gear move axially, the upward total degree of the upper roller and the lower roller is restrained, so that the rollers cannot move upwards, and the upper roller and the lower roller generate small displacement due to the relationship of a small spiral angle, thereby adjusting the side clearance of a shear blade.
