None of the above groups were statistically significantly different, and each group was comparable to the balance prior to use.

Claims (3)

1. A nanometer thermal massage paste body is characterized in that: is prepared from spherical beads (8) with the diameter of 1-9mm, a thermal medium, chinese herbal medicine extracts and auxiliary materials, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:

grinding: grinding stone needle powder, anion powder, far infrared powder, germanite powder, tourmaline powder and magnetite powder respectively by using a grinder until the powder particle size is less than 100 nanometers;
and (3) batching: taking one or more of 35-75 parts of stone needle powder, 10-60 parts of negative ion powder, 10-60 parts of far infrared powder, 10-60 parts of germanite powder, 10-60 parts of tourmaline powder and 10-60 parts of magnetite powder by weight, and then adding 18-28% of silicon dioxide by the total mass of the ingredients by weight;
Sintering: sintering into nano ceramic balls with the diameter of 1-9mm by using a ceramic sintering furnace and a ceramic sintering process;
B. preparing nano plastic ball beads:
grinding: grinding stone needle powder, anion powder, far infrared powder, germanite powder, tourmaline powder and magnetite powder respectively by using a grinder until the powder particle size is less than 100 nanometers;
and (3) batching: taking one or more of 30-65 parts of stone needle powder, 10-60 parts of anion powder, 10-60 parts of far infrared powder, 10-60 parts of germanite powder, 10-60 parts of tourmaline powder and 10-60 parts of magnetite powder by weight, and then adding 25-30% of polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene or high-density polyethylene and 3-5% of triethyl citrate or epoxidized soybean oil by weight of the total mass of the ingredients;
and (3) forming: plasticizing and fusing the ingredients, and making plastic balls into nano plastic balls with the diameter of 1-9mm by a plastic ball forming machine;
2. preparation of adsorption carrier:
grinding: grinding attapulgite and rectorite respectively by using a grinder until the particle size of the attapulgite and rectorite is less than 100 nanometers;
and (3) batching: taking ground attapulgite and rectorite nanoscale powder, and stirring and mixing;
and (3) sterilization: the mixed nano-scale powder is sterilized by an ionizing radiation sterilization method at the sterilization temperature of 50-90 ℃ for 40-60 minutes to obtain the adsorption carrier of the nano-scale powder of rectorite and attapulgite for standby;
3. The heat sensitive matrix is one or two of gingerol and vanillyl butyl ether;
4. chinese herbal medicine extract: an ultrasonic traditional Chinese medicine extract obtained by adopting an ultrasonic traditional Chinese medicine extraction method is an external treatment prescription permitted by the traditional national medicine standard;

the ingredients comprise, by weight, 10-30 parts of ball, 10-20 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 1-5 parts of heat sensitive matrix and auxiliary materials: 30-60 parts of adsorption carrier, 45-75 parts of moisturizing solvent, 5-12 parts of antioxidant and antibacterial matrix, 0.1-0.5 part of preservative and 0.1-0.5 part of transdermal absorption matrix;
mixing: the method comprises the steps of using a full-automatic stirring type hot-melt pot, firstly adding a moisturizing solvent into the pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, cooling to 50-60 ℃, then adding a Chinese herbal medicine extract, a heat sensitive matrix, an antioxidant antibacterial matrix, a preservative and a transdermal absorption matrix, stirring uniformly, then adding an adsorption carrier, setting the stirring rotation speed to be 150 r/min, stirring and mixing for 30 min, adding ball beads, setting the stirring rotation speed to be 50 r/min, stirring and mixing for 25 min, cooling to 35-45 ℃ to obtain a paste body, and placing the paste body into a heat-preserving feed barrel for heat preservation for later use.
