Abstract
The invention discloses a closed crankcase ventilation system of a spark-ignition supercharged engine. This closed crankcase ventilation system of spark-ignition supercharged engine includes: an engine cylinder head cover; a gas-oil displacement gas separator; a supercharger compressor system, comprising: the rear pipe of the air filter is communicated with the gas-driven oil separator through a second pipeline; an inlet pipe of the compressor is communicated with an air filter; the intercooler is communicated with the gas-oil displacement gas separator through a third pipeline; and an air compressor compression system comprising: the air compressor is communicated with the air inlet end of the air tank through a fourth pipeline, and the air outlet end of the air tank is communicated with the oil-gas displacement-gas separator through a fifth pipeline. The closed crankcase ventilation system of the spark-ignition supercharged engine can ensure that the oil-gas separator has higher separation efficiency, so that the reliability of a supercharger compressor is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engines, in particular to a closed crankcase ventilation system of a spark-ignition supercharged engine.
Background
Harmful emissions from engines are a major source of atmospheric pollution, and as the importance of environmental protection issues increases, the goal of reducing harmful emissions from engines is becoming an important direction in the development of engines in the world today. Meanwhile, with the release of the national six-regulation GB17691-2018, in order to meet the requirement that the pressure of a crankcase of the spark-ignition engine is not more than the atmospheric pressure in the national six-regulation GB17691-2018 C.5.11.2, a brand-new closed crankcase ventilation system is needed to meet the regulation requirement.
Referring to fig. 1, a current closed crankcase ventilation system based on an air displacement gas separator is shown, crankcase gas generated by operation of an engine 11 enters the air displacement gas separator 13 through a breathing port of an engine cylinder cover 12, and the crankcase gas separated by an oil-gas separator enters a rear pipe of an air filter 14 through a pipe B, so as to enter an inlet pipe of an air filtered compressor 15, thereby forming the closed crankcase ventilation system. Cooled supercharger gas taken from the middle cooler 16 and the throttle valve 17 enters the gas-drive oil-gas separator 13 through a pipe C, so that the separator is driven to work, and high separation efficiency is realized. However, maintaining a high separation efficiency in the gas-displacement separator 13 and achieving a negative pressure in the engine head cover 12 (crankcase) requires that the gas introduced by the pipe C is greater than a set pressure (typically greater than 1.5 bar).
However, in the area where the actual engine is idling or the supercharger does not work, the pressure behind the intercooler is atmospheric pressure, so that the gas-oil displacement and gas separation device cannot be driven, and the high-efficiency separation efficiency is ensured.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a closed crankcase ventilation system of a spark-ignition supercharged engine, which has a simple and reasonable structure, can ensure that an oil-gas separator has higher separation efficiency in all working condition areas of the engine, thereby ensuring that the oil content of gas separated by the oil-gas separator is low, and further improving the reliability of a supercharger compressor.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a closed crankcase ventilation system of a spark-ignited supercharged engine, comprising: an engine cylinder head cover; the gas-driven oil-gas separator is communicated with the engine cylinder head cover through a first pipeline; a supercharger compressor system, comprising: the rear pipe of the air filter is communicated with the gas-driven oil separator through a second pipeline; an inlet pipe of the compressor is communicated with an air filter; the intercooler is communicated with the gas-oil displacement gas separator through a third pipeline, and the one-way check valve is arranged on the third pipeline; crankcase gas generated by the operation of an engine enters the gas-driven oil-gas separator through a breathing port of an engine cylinder cover and a first pipeline, the gas separated by the oil-gas separator enters a rear pipe of the air filter through a second pipeline and then enters an inlet pipe of the air compressor after the air filter, so that a closed crankcase ventilation system is formed, and cooled supercharger gas taken from behind the intercooler and in front of the throttle valve enters the gas-driven oil-gas separator through a third pipeline so as to drive the separator to work; and an air compressor compression system comprising: the air compressor is communicated with the air inlet end of the air tank through a fourth pipeline, and the air outlet end of the air tank is communicated with the oil-gas displacement-gas separator through a fifth pipeline.
In a preferred embodiment, one end of the third line communicates between the intercooler and the throttle valve.
In a preferred embodiment, one end of the fifth pipeline is communicated between the gas-driven oil separator and the one-way check valve.
In a preferred embodiment, the pressure regulating valve is arranged downstream of the gas tank.
In a preferred embodiment, the pressure regulating valve is a mechanical pressure regulating valve or an electrically controlled pressure regulating valve.
Compared with the prior art, the closed crankcase ventilation system of the spark-ignition supercharged engine has the following beneficial effects: the closed crankcase ventilation system of the spark-ignition supercharged engine adopts a common driving mode of compressed air and supercharging pressure compressed by an air compressor, can ensure that an oil-gas separator has higher separation efficiency in all working condition areas of the engine, avoids the phenomenon that the air compressor is used only to drive the air compressor, so that the air compressor has large load, high power consumption and poor economy of the whole engine, ensures that the oil content of gas separated by the oil-gas separator is low, improves the reliability of the supercharger compressor, and effectively meets the requirement of GB17691-2018 regulations on the pressure of the crankcase of the spark-ignition engine.

The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the word "comprise", or variations such as "comprises" or "comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element or component but not the exclusion of any other element or component.
As shown in fig. 2, the closed crankcase ventilation system of the spark-ignited supercharged engine according to the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises: when the post-intercooler boost pressure of the booster air compression system is greater than the set pressure required by the air displacement air separator and is greater than the pressure output by the air compression system of the air compressor, the operation of the closed circulation ventilation system is the same as that of the scheme before improvement; when the pressure behind an intercooler of a supercharger air compression system is equal to the atmospheric pressure or lower than the set pressure required by an oil-gas displacement separator, compressed air of which the pressure is regulated by a pressure regulating valve of an air compression system of an air compressor enters the oil-gas displacement separator to drive the oil-gas separator to work, so that the closed crankcase ventilation system of the spark-ignition supercharged engine can ensure that the oil-gas separator has higher separation efficiency in the whole working condition area of the engine, thereby ensuring that the oil content of the gas separated by the oil-gas separator is low, and further improving the reliability of the supercharger air compressor.
Specifically, the engine cylinder head cover 21 covers the engine 23, and the gas/oil separator 22 communicates with the engine cylinder head cover 21 through a first pipe 24.
The booster compressor system includes: an air filter 25, a compressor 26, an intercooler 27 and a one-way check valve 28, wherein the rear pipe of the air filter 25 is communicated with the gas drive oil separator 22 through a second pipeline 29. An inlet pipe of the compressor 26 communicates with the air filter 25. The intercooler 27 is communicated with the oil-gas displacement separator 22 through a third pipeline 30, and the one-way check valve 28 is arranged on the third pipeline 30. Crankcase gas generated by the operation of the engine enters the gas displacement oil separator through a breathing port of a cylinder cover of the engine and the first pipeline 24, and the gas machine separated by the oil-gas separator enters the rear pipe of the air filter through the second pipeline 29, so that the gas machine enters the inlet pipe of the air compressor after the air filter, and a closed crankcase ventilation system is formed. Cooled supercharger gas taken from after the intercooler 27 and before the throttle valve 36 enters the gas drive separator 22 through the third conduit 30 to drive the separator into operation.
Preferably, one end of the third pipe 30 communicates between the intercooler 27 and the throttle valve 36.
The air compressor air compression system includes: the air compressor 31 is self-contained in the engine, the air inlet end of the air tank 32 is communicated with the air compressor 31 through a fourth pipeline 34, and the air outlet end of the air tank 32 is communicated with the gas drive oil separator 22 through a fifth pipeline 35.
Preferably, one end of the fifth pipeline 35 is communicated between the gas drive oil separator 22 and the one-way check valve 28.
Preferably, the pressure regulating valve 33 is arranged downstream of the gas tank 32.
And setting pressure according to the demand of the gas-driven oil-gas separator, and setting a pressure regulating valve so that the pressure of a fifth pipeline 35 at the downstream of the pressure regulating valve is higher than the pressure demanded by the gas-driven oil-gas separator. When the supercharging pressure behind the intercooler is greater than the required set pressure of the gas-oil displacement separator and is greater than the pressure output by the fifth pipeline 35, the operation of the closed circulation ventilation system is the same as that of the scheme before the improvement; when the pressure behind the intercooler is equal to the atmospheric pressure or lower than the required set pressure of the gas-oil displacement gas separator, the compressed gas with the pressure adjusted by the pressure adjusting valve flows through the fifth pipeline 35 and enters the gas-oil displacement gas separator to drive the oil-gas separator to work, and meanwhile, the one-way check valve is closed under the action of the pressure, so that the situation that the gas in the fifth pipeline 35 enters a pipe between the intercooler and a throttle valve and then enters an engine, the load of an air compressor is too large, the pressure of a gas tank of a brake system of the whole vehicle is influenced, and the braking of the vehicle.
Preferably, the pressure regulating valve is a mechanical pressure regulating valve or an electric control pressure regulating valve.
In conclusion, the closed crankcase ventilation system of the spark-ignition supercharged engine can ensure that the oil-gas separator has higher separation efficiency in all working condition areas of the engine, so that the oil content of gas separated by the oil-gas separator is low, and the reliability of a supercharger compressor is improved.

Claims (5)
1. A closed crankcase ventilation system for a spark-ignited supercharged engine, comprising:
an engine cylinder head cover;
the gas-driven oil-gas separator is communicated with the engine cylinder head cover through a first pipeline;
a supercharger compressor system, comprising: the rear pipe of the air filter is communicated with the gas-driven oil separator through a second pipeline; an inlet pipe of the compressor is communicated with an air filter; the intercooler is communicated with the gas-oil displacement gas separator through a third pipeline, and the one-way check valve is arranged on the third pipeline; crankcase gas generated by the operation of an engine enters the gas-driven oil-gas separator through a breathing port of an engine cylinder cover and a first pipeline, the gas separated by the oil-gas separator enters a rear pipe of the air filter through a second pipeline and then enters an inlet pipe of the air compressor after the air filter, so that a closed crankcase ventilation system is formed, and cooled supercharger gas taken from behind the intercooler and in front of the throttle valve enters the gas-driven oil-gas separator through a third pipeline so as to drive the separator to work; and
an air compressor compression system, comprising: the air compressor is communicated with the air inlet end of the air tank through a fourth pipeline, and the air outlet end of the air tank is communicated with the oil-gas displacement-gas separator through a fifth pipeline.
2. The closed crankcase ventilation system of a spark-ignited supercharged engine of claim 1, wherein one end of said third conduit communicates between an intercooler and a throttle valve.
3. The closed crankcase ventilation system of a spark-ignited supercharged engine of claim 2, wherein one end of said fifth conduit communicates between the gas-drive separator and the one-way check valve.
4. The closed crankcase ventilation system of a spark-ignited supercharged engine as recited in claim 1, wherein said pressure regulating valve is disposed downstream of the gas canister.
5. The closed crankcase ventilation system of a spark-ignited supercharged engine as recited in claim 1, wherein said pressure regulating valve is a mechanical pressure regulating valve or an electronically controlled pressure regulating valve.
