Abstract
The invention provides a method for preparing cigarette tipping paper by using waste tobacco stems. The tipping paper takes tobacco stems as raw materials, and is subjected to wet-process pith removal to remove hemicellulose, and then slicing treatment; then, the fermentation liquor and the tobacco stem fibers are collected after the processes of pre-thread rolling treatment and microecological regulation and modification treatment of the pulp are sequentially carried out, the tobacco stem fibers are subjected to high-concentration pulping and latency elimination treatment, an upflow type pressure screen is adopted for classification to obtain tobacco stem papermaking pulp, and the papermaking is carried out to obtain the paper with the quantitative ratio of 30-50 g/m2Adding amino acid, reducing sugar and an auxiliary agent into fermentation liquor to react and then concentrating to obtain a coating liquid, and coating the coating liquid on the paper base to prepare the tipping paper for the cigarette. The tipping paper can be directly used, so that the tobacco material is promoted to develop towards the directions of green, environmental protection, sanitation, safety and resource utilization, and the tipping paper also has the functions of decoration and anti-counterfeiting.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of paper used for cigarette tipping paper, and particularly relates to a method for preparing cigarette tipping paper by using waste tobacco stems.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people and the increasing enhancement of health consciousness and environmental protection consciousness, the problems of smoking and health are concerned more and more. The cigarette package appearance needs to be elegant and graceful, safe, sanitary, green and environment-friendly, and contradiction conflict must exist between the two.
Cigarette tipping paper, also known as tipping paper, is one of the important materials for cigarettes to live. In recent years, the appearance design and processing technology of cigarette tipping paper are more and more innovated, and the used raw materials and printing ink are also diversified. In the process of smoking the cigarette, the tipping paper extends into the oral cavity and is directly contacted with lip, teeth and saliva. Therefore, the requirements on the paper packaging material are higher and higher, the quality standard is stricter and stricter, and the functions of the paper packaging material are richer and richer.
The tobacco stem is the main stem of the tobacco plant. The tobacco rod is filled with developed marrow, can store nutrients and moisture, and can continuously reduce the nutrients and moisture along with the mature growth of tobacco. Tobacco stems after tobacco leaves are harvested are mostly abandoned fields at present, are decayed, and are also recycled into fertilizers or biochar, but are not scaled. The tipping paper is safe and sanitary, green and environment-friendly, has renewable resources and high packaging value, is highly concerned by the tobacco industry, and is particularly significant for developing the tipping paper completely derived from the tobacco. On one hand, the tobacco stems are used as waste of tobacco raw materials, and the tobacco stems are used for preparing tobacco type cigarette tipping paper, so that the tobacco materials can be promoted to develop towards the directions of green, environmental protection, sanitation, safety and resource utilization, and the tobacco tipping paper also has the functions of decoration and anti-counterfeiting; on the other hand, the printing can adopt a concave-convex printing technology, so that the problems that the printing link process is complex and the content of volatile organic compounds is too high due to printing ink are solved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the existing cigarette tipping paper, the invention provides a method for preparing the cigarette tipping paper by using waste tobacco rods.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the method for preparing the cigarette tipping paper by using the waste tobacco stems is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
(1) pretreatment of raw materials: removing half fiber from tobacco stem by wet method, and slicing;
(2) pre-thread rolling treatment: placing the cut tobacco rods in the step (1) into a steaming bin to be soaked for 300-360 min, wherein the soaking temperature is 60-90 ℃, a double-helix pulping machine is adopted to carry out coarse thread rolling for 1-3 times, the rotating speed of a screw is 200-500 rpm, and the pulp outlet concentration of the tobacco rod raw material is 15-30%;
(3) and (3) micro-ecological regulation and modification of the slurry: fermenting the crude fiber obtained in the step (2) for 30-90 min at the temperature of 35-60 ℃ by adding 0.3-1.5% of micro-ecological regulator by weight, filtering and collecting the fermented liquid and tobacco stem fiber, and introducing the fermented liquid into a refining tank for later use; the microecological regulator is prepared from ligninase, pectinase, protease and glucoamylase in a mass ratio of 2: 2: 1: 1 in proportion;
(4) high-consistency pulping treatment: adding the tobacco stalk fibers obtained by fermentation, filtration and collection in the step (3) into NaOH aqueous solution, and grinding the tobacco stalk fibers into pulp in two stages by using a disc grinder, wherein the amount of NaOH is 0.5-2.0% of the weight of the tobacco stalk fibers, and preparing the aqueous solution with the concentration of 6-24%; in the two-stage pulping treatment, the disc mill pulping clearance of the first-stage pulping is 0.2-0.6 mm, the circulation is 2-8 times, and the pulp throughput is 100-300 kg/h; the pulping clearance of the second stage of pulping is 0.1-0.4 mm, the circulation is 3-10 times, and the pulp throughput is 100-200 kg/h;
(5) and (3) slurry latency elimination treatment: carrying out low-concentration latency elimination treatment on the slurry in the step (4) in a latency elimination pool, wherein the concentration of the slurry is less than 4%, the temperature is 45-75 ℃, stirring for 30-90 min to fully disperse and spread fibers, then adjusting the stirring concentration to be 2-10%, and stirring for 15-45 min at the temperature of 30-70 ℃;
(6) adopting a double-flow pressure screening machine for the slurry in the step (5), wherein the screen gap is 0.1-0.3 mm, the rotating speed is 600-900 rpm, and the screening area is 0.8-1.6 m2The pulp inlet concentration is 1.0 percent, the pulp outlet concentration is 2.0 percent, and the tobacco stem papermaking pulp is obtained;
(7) preparation of coating liquid: adding amino acid, reducing sugar and an auxiliary agent into the fermentation liquor introduced into the refining tank in the step (3), adjusting the pH to 7.2-9.0, reacting for 1-3 hours at the temperature of 70-100 ℃, and concentrating the reaction liquid until the solid content is 30-50% to prepare a coating liquid; wherein the addition amount of the amino acid is 0.02-0.2% of the total weight of the coating liquid, and the addition amount of the reducing sugar is 0-0.1% of the total weight of the coating liquid; the auxiliary agent comprises propylene glycol, trivalent ferric salt and low molecular aldehydes, wherein the addition amount of the propylene glycol is 0-0.1% of the total weight of the coating liquid, and the addition amounts of the trivalent ferric salt and the low molecular aldehydes are 0-0.02% of the total weight of the coating liquid respectively;
(8) making paper by using the tobacco stems in the step (6)The pulp is used as a raw material, and the paper is manufactured according to the conventional papermaking method to obtain the paper with the basis weight of 30-50 g/m2A natural tobacco-flavored paper base with whiteness of 40-80% (ISO), a fracture length of 1.5-3.5 Km, an elongation of 1.0-3.0% and opacity of 70-80%; and (4) coating the coating liquid prepared in the step (7) on a paper base, drying and cutting the paper base to prepare the tipping paper for the cigarettes.
