As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the motorcycle tubeless spoke type aluminum alloy rim wheel set 10 includes a rim 20, a hub 30, and spokes 40.
The rim 20 is provided with rim connecting areas 21 on both axial sides, and a plurality of spoke mounting holes 211 are provided in the rim connecting areas 21, the spoke mounting holes 211 being opened on both axial sides of the rim 20. The rim attachment area 21 is used to mount spokes 40. The spoke mounting holes 211 are through holes that extend through radially outer and inner sides of the rim 20.
The radially outer side of the rim 20 is formed as a tire mounting portion 22 together with a rim connection area 21. The tire mounting portion 22 is for mounting a tire. And an inner tube is not required to be installed. The axially central portion of rim 20 has a recess 221 toward hub 30 to enhance the strength of rim 20.
The hub 30 is provided with a hub attachment area 31 on both axial sides, and the hub attachment area 31 may preferably be provided with a plurality of spoke hooking holes 311.
In the process of updating the motorcycle rim set from the inner tube to the outer tube, the hub 30 before the updating can be used without redesigning and manufacturing the hub 30, so that the updating cost is reduced.
The spokes 40 are connected between the spoke hooking holes 311 and the spoke mounting holes 211.
As shown in fig. 3, one end of the spoke 40 is a clamping end 41, which is bent and has a head 411 with an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the spoke hooking hole 311. The other end of the spoke 40 is a mounting end 42, and the mounting end 42 is provided with a threaded portion 421 and a nut 422 screwed with the threaded portion 421.
During installation, the threaded portion 421 passes through the spoke hooking hole 311 on the hub 30, and the spoke 40 is pulled continuously, so that the spoke 40 penetrates into the spoke hooking hole 311, and finally the head 411 is clamped in the spoke hooking hole 311. The nuts 422 are disposed in the spoke mounting holes 211, and the threaded portions 421 of the spokes 40 pass into the spoke mounting holes 211 from the radially inner side to be screwed with the nuts 422.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a counter plate 2111 is provided in the spoke mounting hole 211, and a flange 4221 is provided on the nut 422 corresponding to the counter plate 2111. The outer diameter of the flange 4221 is greater than the minimum diameter of the transition of the counter 2111 such that the flange 4221 snaps onto the counter 2111 and the nut 422 is embedded within the spoke mounting hole 211. And the spokes 40 can be tensioned and straightened by twisting the nuts 422. The nut 422 is formed by flattening the two sides of the body portion of the nut 422 to form a wrench engaging portion 4222, and a wrench can be engaged with the wrench engaging portion 4222 to screw the nut 422.
The nuts 422 are fully immersed in the spoke mounting holes 211, and the nuts 422 have no exposed portions, so that the nuts 422 do not rub against the tire, thereby making the tire more durable.
As shown in fig. 2, the two axial side portions of the rim 20 are thicker and more material is used to ensure the strength of the rim connecting area 21.
As shown in fig. 1, a spoke 40 attached to a single axial side of the rim 20 may be rotated a certain angle (20 °) about the axis of the rim 20 to coincide with an adjacent spoke 40 on that side. Referring to fig. 4, the angle γ in fig. 4 is 20 °, i.e., one axial side spoke 40 attached to rim 20 may coincide with the adjacent side spoke 40 after 20 ° of rotation about the axis of rim 20. The beneficial effects are: the production and the assembly are very convenient. Firstly, the spoke mounting holes 211 are formed in the same direction, and the angles are not required to be switched when the holes are formed; second, the steps and angles of installing each spoke 40 are the same, improving the installation efficiency.
Also, the spokes 40 connected to one side of the rim 20 in the axial direction may be overlapped with the spokes 40 in the other side in the axial direction by rotating 180 ° about an axis passing radially through the center point of the hub 30. The beneficial effects are: the production and the assembly are very convenient, and the resistance performance of the rim set 10 is improved. The directions of the spoke mounting holes 211 on the two axial sides of the rim 20 are the same, and the angles do not need to be switched when the holes are formed; the steps and angles of installing the spokes 40 on the two axial sides of the rim 20 are the same, so that the installation efficiency is improved; the spokes 40 on both axial sides of the rim 20 are inclined clockwise and counterclockwise from one axial view, respectively, and are formed in a cross structure to provide excellent resistance performance to the rim set 10.
The spoke mounting holes 211 are correspondingly also rotationally symmetrical in their direction of extension or are described as the direction of extension of the spoke mounting holes 211 being at the same angle to a circumferential tangent line passing through the spoke mounting holes 211. The spoke mounting holes 211 extend in a direction generally that of the spokes 40.
As shown in fig. 1, in the rim connecting area 21 on one axial side of the rim 20, the extending direction of the single spoke mounting holes 211, or the extending direction of the spokes 40, is inclined clockwise with respect to the axial line of the hub 30, and in other embodiments, the extending directions of the spokes may be all inclined counterclockwise, i.e. the inclined directions are the same. And the inclination angles are the same, as shown in fig. 4, and in fig. 4, the angle β is the inclination angle of the radial plane, and in this embodiment, the angle β has an angle value of 20 °; as shown in fig. 2, the angle α in fig. 4 is the inclination angle of the axial plane, and in this embodiment, the angle value of α is 14 °. In three dimensions, the combination of the angles α and β form a tilt of the spokes 40 relative to the axis of the hub 30. The angle value of the inclination angle beta of the radial plane is preferably 18-22 degrees. The angle value of the inclination angle alpha of the axial plane is preferably 12-16 degrees.
In this embodiment, the spokes 40 extend in a direction that is both radial plane and axial plane oblique to the axis of the hub 30. The radial plane is inclined primarily to improve the torsional properties of the radial plane of the spoke 40 and the axial plane is inclined to improve the torsional properties of the axial plane of the spoke 40. Therefore, the spokes 40 are excellent in torsion resistance in three-dimensional space.
Spokes 40 are cross-connected between the axial one-side hub attachment area 31 and the axial other-side rim attachment area 21. Each spoke 40 is connected between one spoke mounting hole 211 on the rim 20 and one spoke hooking hole 311 on the other axial side of the hub 30, thus forming a cross-connection.
Since the spokes 40 are cross-connected between the axial one-side hub connection region 31 and the axial other-side rim connection region 21, the above-described simultaneous inclination of the radial plane and inclination of the axial plane of the spokes 40 is provided with advantages.
The spoke mounting holes 211 are equally spaced circumferentially. Because of the angular consistency of the spoke mounting holes 211, it is easier to open the spoke mounting holes 211 in the rim 20 and also facilitates installation.
All spokes 40 are identical in shape, so that only one type of spoke 40 need be made to universal the entire rim set.
The spoke mounting holes 211 and the spoke hooking holes 311 are distributed at equal intervals on the respective circumferences, so that the rim set with uniform resistance is manufactured.
The axial length of the hub 30 is approximately equal to the axial width of the rim 20, thus providing greater bearing capacity for both the hub connection area 31 of the hub 30 and the rim connection area 21 on the rim 20.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the present invention and to implement the same, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
