A hand-held cleaner, which comprises a handle connecting piece (1), a water flow channel (2), a plug (4), a spray head (6), a handle (7), a button (8), a spring (9), a spray head baffle (10) and a replaceable cleaning head (11); the plug (4) is arranged on the handle connecting piece (1), the handle connecting piece (1) and the handle (7) are connected to form a cavity structure, the water flow channel (2) is arranged in the cavity structure, the water inlet end of the water flow channel is communicated with the plug (4), and the water outlet end of the water flow channel is communicated with the spray head (6); the spray head baffle (10) comprises two connected baffles, one baffle, the button (8) and the spring (9) are combined and arranged on the handle (7), the other baffle is arranged in front of the water outlet of the spray head (6), and a through hole is formed in the upper portion of the baffle; the replaceable cleaning head (11) is fixedly arranged at the outlet end of the handle (7), and a gap (12) is arranged between the inner wall of the replaceable cleaning head and the outer wall of the outlet end of the handle (7).
2. The hand-held cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the water inlet end of the plug (4) is provided with a sealing ring (3), and the connection interface of the plug (4) and the handle connector (1) is provided with a rubber pad (5) with a cross-shaped opening.
3. A hand-held cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the side wall of the handle connection (1) is provided with a protruding mounting hole in which the plug (4) is fixedly mounted by means of a screw.
4. A hand-held cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the spray head (6) is a spray head.
5. A hand-held cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the side wall of the outlet end of the handle (7) is provided with a convex circular mounting hole in which a square channel is provided; a baffle of the spray head baffle (10) is provided with a cross-shaped upright post, the cross-shaped upright post is sequentially sleeved with the spring (9) and the button (8), and the cross-shaped upright post is arranged in the square channel to drive the other baffle of the spray head baffle (10) to move up and down.

The hand-held cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the interface of the connecting end of the handle (7) and the handle connecting piece (1) is respectively provided with a circle of mutually matched and connected clamping grooves, and the inner wall of the interface of the connecting end is respectively provided with mutually locked clamping buckles.
7. A hand-held cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the replaceable cleaning head (11) is provided with a recess and a mounting chute on both side walls thereof for cooperating with the outlet end of the handle (7), the replaceable cleaning head (11) being slidably snap-fitted to the handle (7).
8. The hand-held cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the handle connection (1) and the water flow channel (2) are of an integrally formed or split-combined construction; and the water flow channel (2) and the handle (7) are of L-shaped structure or straight structure.
9. A hand-held cleaner according to claim 1 or 8, wherein the handle (7) is of L-shaped configuration and the two arms are bent at an angle of 90, 60, 45 or 30 degrees.
10. A method of cleaning using the hand-held cleaner of independent claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step one, the handle connecting piece (1) and the plug (4) are respectively connected with a suction pipe and a water inlet pipe of a vacuum suction device;
clean hot water enters through the plug (4), reaches the spray head (6) through the water flow channel (2), and water sprayed by the spray head (6) is blocked by the spray head baffle (10) in front of the spray head, flows into the cavity structure formed by the handle (7) and the handle connecting piece (1) and is quickly sucked away by the vacuum absorber;
step three, after the replaceable cleaning head (11) is completely contacted with the skin, the vacuum degree in the handle (7) is increased, when the vacuum degree is larger than the elastic force of the spring (9), the nozzle baffle (10) in front of the nozzle (6) is pulled downwards, so that the through hole at the upper part of the baffle is aligned with the nozzle (6), and the nozzle (6) sprays clean water mist to the replaceable cleaning head (11) to clean the skin;
and fourthly, sucking the sewage after washing the skin back into a cavity formed by the handle (7) and the handle connecting piece (1), and rapidly sucking the sewage by the vacuum sucking device, thereby forming a circulating process.
