the first wrapping frame 4322 is arranged on the wrapping support 4321 in a sliding manner, a wrapping roller is connected to the first wrapping frame 4322 and is arranged in discontinuous contact with the circumferential surface of the sign rod 10, the middle section of the first wrapping frame 4322 is arranged in an arc shape, and the arc shape is matched with the circumferential surface of the sign rod 10;
