Abstract
一种生活有机垃圾的裂解还原处理方法,生活有机垃圾包括有机物料,将有机物料置入封闭筒体,并以持续翻转和间接加热的方式,使有机物料隔绝空气、均匀受热。该方法可以使有机物料在反应装置种持续搅拌,均匀受热,使反应充分完全,能够最大程度地产出可燃气体、焦油等资源产物,且使其他有害产物的产生达到最低,真正做到了无害化;从裂解到气体处理的全过程采用封闭循环运行,使所述有机物料隔绝空气,处理过程和排放完全受控,有机物料的反应过程稳定、产出稳定;整个***达到稳定的能量循环,***自身对外部供给燃料的需求量降至最低,从而大大降低了能源消耗和运行成本。
