In the invention, as another optimized implementation manner of the above-mentioned overlapped through hole array, the manner of generating the overlapped through hole array on the smartphone attachment plate is not to directly punch a hole on the smartphone attachment plate, the overlapped through hole array is to be located on the back of a straight groove along the length direction of the smartphone attachment plate, and the overlapped through hole array is composed of two spring steel wires welded on the back of the cavity of the straight groove facing the handle. That is, the smart phone backup plate is provided with a straight groove along the length direction thereof, and the two spring steel wires which are welded on the back of the straight groove facing the handle and form the overlapped through hole array. The two spring steel wires are provided with a bending structure forming the overlapped through hole array; the width of the straight groove is larger than the outer diameter of the ring hinge frame, the ring hinge frame which extends into the overlapped through hole array can be manually driven to overcome the elasticity of the spring steel wire to prop open the overlapped parts of the through holes in pairs so as to enter the adjacent through hole from one through hole. Therefore, the vertical height position of the smart phone relative to the whole industrial and civil dual-purpose wireless microphone can be adjusted dynamically by a consumer when the smart phone is used by the invention. And the elastic overlapped through hole array has good adaptability to the ring buckles of the smart phones with various dimensions as long as the width of the straight groove is controlled to enable the straight groove to accommodate the ring hinge frame.

As can be seen from this figure and fig. 3, in the present invention, the sound-electricity converting unit 1 is located above the smartphone attachment plate 3 in the longitudinal direction at any time, so that it is ensured that the sound-electricity converting unit 1 can be located right above the smartphone 7 held by the user, and the sound-electricity converting unit 1 will be located right above the handle 2 held by the user when the consumer uses the ordinary wireless microphone, so as to retain and continue the habit and use feeling of the consumer using the ordinary wireless microphone. It can also be seen from all figures of the description other than fig. 2 that in the present embodiment the handle 2 has in its outer surface a number of necessary operating buttons and slide buttons in a recessed configuration, in particular in the area indicated by the lead arrow with the left-most drawing numeral 201.

The finger ring buckle 702 and the mobile phone protective case shown in the figure are basically the standard configurations of young people when purchasing smart phones, the finger ring buckle 702 is also called as a "finger ring support", and the application range is wide, and it can be seen how to make full use of the finger ring buckle 702 in the invention with reference to the figure and figure 3. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating two viewing angles for a first exemplary embodiment of an industrial and residential dual-purpose wireless microphone used with a smart phone; in the figure, a horizontal straight line double-headed arrow separates and indicates two using states whether the embodiment is connected with the smart phone or not, and also indicates that the smart phone of the user can be combined with the embodiment or can be completely restored from the combined state to the state of not being combined together, a plus sign in the figure indicates that the smart phone and the invention can be combined for use, and the two can be completely separated as before, and as before, the complete separation of the smart phone 7 and the embodiment can be realized by only pulling the elastic attaching band 4 away from the smart phone attaching plate 3, then rotating the ring 7021 and pulling the ring attaching frame 7022 together with the ring attaching plate 3 out of the overlapped through hole array 302. Referring to fig. 1 and this figure, in the present embodiment, the smart phone attachment plate 3 has the technical features of the overlapping through hole arrays 302 as described above, the inner diameter of the overlapped portion of every two through holes is smaller than the outer diameter of the ring buckle hinge rack 7022, and the inner diameter of each through hole is larger than the outer diameter of the ring buckle hinge rack 7022, the ring 7021 of the ring buckle 702 extending into the smart phone attachment plate 3 and bending to the inner side of the back of the smart phone attachment plate 3 connects the smart phone 7 and the smart phone attachment plate 3 together, while the cylindrical ring buckle hinge rack 7022 in fig. 2 extends into one through hole of the overlapping through hole arrays 302 on the smart phone attachment plate 3 as shown in this figure and fig. 1 and cannot slide up and down, so that the up and down position of the smart phone 7 is fixed, and when the user holds the smart phone 7 with his hand, the fingers or palms thereof located between the upper and lower handles are naturally also likely to press the bent and rotated finger ring 7021, ensuring the connection between the smartphone 7 and the smartphone resting plate 3. Furthermore, as shown in the figure and fig. 1, in the present invention, the elastic attachment band 4, which is located inside the smart phone attachment plate 3 and always keeps the close state with the smart phone attachment plate 3 due to its own elastic force, will inevitably press the bent ring buckle 7021 as described above, so as to ensure that the smart phone 7 can be relatively conveniently and firmly connected to the industrial and civil wireless microphone, which is set up on the hand of the user as described above, so that the smart phone 7 can be relatively firmly held and will not easily fall off due to the fact that one smart phone attachment plate 3 is clamped. Of course, even for a smartphone without a finger ring buckle, the present invention does not prevent the user from firmly holding the smartphone, and after all, as shown in this figure and fig. 1, 4 and 5, the smartphone attachment plate 3 is only a narrow and long metal sheet, and is sandwiched between the smartphone and the user's fingers or palm, which does not cause much interference, but also helps to position the held smartphone 7 in a proper direction and position, and after all, the back of the smartphone 7 naturally abuts against the smartphone attachment plate 3 when being held. In fact, most users experience and experience too much to hold and manipulate the smartphone at ordinary times, so there is no undue concern that the smartphone 7 will fall from the user's hand when not connected to the smartphone rest plate 3 unless the user so desires. In summary, the smart phone 7 connected to the smart phone backup plate 3 shown in the figure can be held and controlled steadily, so that the user can completely adjust the vertical height of the smart phone to the position where the sound-to-electricity conversion unit 1 is just above the top of the smart phone 7 as shown in the figure, i.e. the sound-to-electricity conversion unit 1 is located above the handle 2 held by the user when using a common wireless microphone, but the user holds the smart phone 7 not the handle 2 but the smart phone 7 used normally when using the present invention. Certainly, the smartphone 7 cannot be held and operated by the same hand when the handle 2 of the ordinary wireless microphone is held, but the invention can also keep and continue above the tiger's mouth of the palm of the user, namely above the holding object held by the hand, which is the use feeling and the use habit of the sound-electricity conversion unit 1 needing to be close to the mouth.
FIG. 4 shows a schematic view of the first embodiment, disassembled step by step; in the figure, two double-direction straight arrows are used to divide the state of three gradual disassembly from left to right, the leftmost side is the state without disassembly, the middle is the state that the smartphone leaning plate 3 is disassembled, and the right side is the state that the elastic leaning band 4 is also disassembled. It can be seen from this figure that the smart phone backup plate 3 of the first embodiment is a sheet metal thin part, the overlapped through hole array 302 thereon is continuously punched out by a punch of a numerical control press or cut out by a laser cutting machine at one time, and the bent 303 structures on both sides can actually increase the strength of the smart phone backup plate 3. In order to make the reader clearly see the assembly and disassembly of the components, the related components and the installation parts thereof are also indicated by two-dot chain lines in the figure and fig. 5. It can be seen from this figure that in the first embodiment, the upper ends of the smart phone backup plate 3 and the elastic backup band 4 are actually fastened together by four screws onto the base 102 and the upper handle 202, and the lower end of the elastic backup band 4 is fastened in a recess of the lower handle 201 to avoid the fastening screws from interfering with the inside of the smart phone backup plate 3.
Fig. 5 is a fully disassembled schematic view of the first embodiment, following fig. 4, and shows the relevant components from another perspective. It can be seen from the figure that the smart phone attachment plate 3 of the first embodiment has a bending structure in the entire length direction of both sides, but the lower end of the smart phone attachment plate is provided with a plurality of bends for processing the sliding groove 301, and the bends at both sides can ensure the strength of the smart phone attachment plate 3 in the form of a sheet metal sheet. The fully disassembled schematic diagram on the right side of a double-headed straight arrow in the figure shows that the lower handle 201 can be divided into two parts and the cavity 2014 inside the lower handle, parts such as the printed circuit board of the electronic control system of the invention, the storage battery, the connector of the spiral cable 203 and the like which are arranged in the cavity 2014 are omitted in the figure for highlighting relevant technical features, and relevant parts of the electronic control system of the industrial and civil microphones can be arranged inside the hollow handle 2. A reference numeral 201 with two leads in this figure actually indicates two halves that constitute the lower handle 201. It can also be seen from this figure and fig. 4 that there are two grooves 2013 axially through the whole lower handle 201, and in the first embodiment, the two grooves 2013 are actually a lateral opening channel with a triangular cross section, and such a triangular lateral opening channel as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5 provides necessary convenience for the detachment of the pin 2012 and the connection of the lower handle 201 to the smartphone attachment plate 3.
Fig. 6 is a disassembled schematic view of the second exemplary embodiment of the present invention and its smartphone attachment plate 3. In the figure, the left and right sides of one bidirectional straight arrow are schematic diagrams of the second embodiment which is not disassembled and disassembled respectively, in the figure, one bidirectional arc arrow separates two observation perspectives, the schematic diagram of the second embodiment of the smartphone attachment plate 3 which is disassembled, and in the figure, the right side of one right arrow indicates an enlarged close-up of the overlapped through hole array 302 in the schematic diagram of the left side of the arrow. Unlike the first embodiment, in the second embodiment, the overlapping through hole array 302 is not directly cut out from the smartphone attachment plate 3, but a straight groove 5 is first machined, as mentioned above, the width of the straight groove 5 is sufficient to accommodate the finger ring hinge rack 7022 of the smartphone finger ring buckle 702 to extend into and slide up and down in the straight groove 404, the two twisted spring steel wires 6 actually forming the overlapping through hole array 302 are actually welded to the back surface of the smartphone attachment plate 3 facing the handle 2, the two spring steel wires 6 are deliberately machined into a curved shape and then combined together to form the overlapping through hole array 302, and the gray filling positions of the upper and lower ends of the two spring steel wires 6 in the enlarged view at the rightmost side in the figure indicate that the spring steel wires 6 are welded to the inner side of the smartphone attachment plate 3. As mentioned above, the width of the overlapped part of each two of the through holes of the overlapped through hole array 302 is smaller than the outer diameter of the ring hinge frame 7022, so that the second embodiment can completely realize all the functions of the first embodiment, but the second embodiment has the advantage that the overlapped through hole array 302 is realized to be elastic, that is, a user can hold the smart phone 7 with force to open two spring steel wires 6 to freely shuttle in the straight slot 5, and after reaching a new height position, the fixed overlapped through hole array as the first embodiment can be restored by the elastic force of the two spring steel wires 6, thereby completing the auxiliary fixing of the vertical height of the smart phone 7. In addition, the elastic property of the spring steel wire 6 can be well adapted to finger ring hinged frames with various sizes, and the finger ring hinged frame slightly smaller can be well wrapped and clamped by two spring steel wires 6. Note that fig. 3 may actually demonstrate the effect of the second embodiment in connection with a smartphone via a finger ring and the smartphone attachment plate. Referring to all the drawings of the specification except fig. 2, it can be seen that the spiral cable 203 of the two embodiments, which connects the sound-electricity conversion unit 1 wrapped by the dust screen and the electronic control system in the cavity 2014 of the lower handle 201, is installed at the opposite side far from the smartphone attachment plate 3 and the elastic attachment band 4, so that the cavity formed by the two concave 204 structures at the butt joint of the upper and lower handles is facilitated to be opened, thereby facilitating the user to prop open the upper and lower handles and force the lower handle 201 to slide downwards.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the first exemplary embodiment of the industrial and civil wireless microphone according to the present invention also includes an uppermost sound-to-electricity conversion unit 1 for receiving human voice and converting the human voice into an electrical signal, and a handle 2 located below the sound-to-electricity conversion unit 1 for a user to hold the wireless microphone, and the industrial and civil wireless microphone can be connected to a multimedia sound system in a wireless duplex manner, and the industrial and civil wireless microphone can also be connected to a smart phone in a wireless duplex manner. In order to adapt to gaps of different sizes formed between the upper handle and the lower handle and expanded by fingers or palms of a user and enable the circuit board arranged in the lower handle 201 and the sound-electricity conversion unit to transmit electric signals, in the invention, referring to all figures of the specification except for fig. 2, a telescopic spiral cable 203 is arranged between the lower handle 201 and the upper handle 202, the spiral cable 203 is actually similar to a spiral connecting line between a telephone set and a microphone of a fixed telephone, the spiral cable can transmit electric signals and can freely stretch in a large range, and in particular, the spiral cable 203 can be arranged on one side far away from the smart phone clinging plate 3, so that the fingers or palms of the user can smoothly enter between the upper handle and the lower handle. In order to further ensure that the connection between the lower handle 201 and the smartphone attachment plate 3 is reliable, in the preferred embodiment, the two bends 303 at the two sides of the lower end of the smartphone attachment plate 3 are not more than ninety-degree bends, that is, the included angle between the part of the bend 303 and the sheet metal main body of the smartphone attachment plate 3 is not more than ninety-degree, so that when the two bends 303 at the two sides of the smartphone attachment plate 3 slide into the two grooves 2013 of the lower handle 201, the two bends may form a "dovetail groove" fit with the inner wall of the groove 2013 at the two sides, and once the dovetail groove is formed and the pins 2012 at the two sides are fitted, the lower handle 201 will be connected with the smartphone attachment plate 3 without worrying about slipping off the smartphone attachment plate 3. Referring to all the drawings except fig. 2, it should be noted that in fact the upper handle 202 of the first embodiment, which is fastened to the base 102, can be regarded as an integral part of the base 102 rather than a part of the handle 2, and the lower handle 201 of the present invention can be regarded as the handle 2 of the present invention, which can actually perform all the functions of a conventional wireless microphone handle and can also slide up and down along the smartphone attachment plate 3, and the upper handle 202 and the lower handle 201 are just one way to say. Of course, in the practice of the present invention, the length and volume of the upper handle 202 can be increased, and the length and volume of the lower handle 201 can be decreased, so that the upper and lower handles can accommodate the relevant components of the electronic control system. In addition, it should be noted that, in the present invention, the human voice received from the sound-electricity converting unit 1 is converted into an electrical signal and then transmitted to the smart phone in a wireless manner, and the smart phone processes the human voice and the sound effects of high and low sounds of accompaniment music played by the smart phone in a unified manner and then transmits the relevant electrical signal to the industrial and civil wireless microphone in a wireless manner and transmits the relevant electrical signal to the indoor stereo or the vehicle-mounted stereo system.
In the invention, as another optimized implementation manner of the above-mentioned overlapped through hole array, the manner of generating the overlapped through hole array on the smartphone attachment plate is not to directly punch a hole on the smartphone attachment plate, the overlapped through hole array is to be located on the back of a straight groove along the length direction of the smartphone attachment plate, and the overlapped through hole array is composed of two spring steel wires welded on the back of the cavity of the straight groove facing the handle. That is, as shown in fig. 6, the smartphone attachment plate 3 has a straight groove 5 along its length direction, and two spring steel wires 6 welded to the straight groove 5 facing the back of the handle 2 constitute the overlapping through hole array 302. The two spring steel wires 6 have a bent structure forming the overlapping through hole array 302; the width of the straight groove 5 is larger than the outer diameter of the ring hinge frame 7022, and the ring hinge frames 7022 extending into the overlapped through hole array 302 can be manually driven to overcome the elasticity of the spring steel wire 6 to stretch the overlapped parts of the through holes in pairs so as to enter the adjacent through hole from one through hole. Therefore, the vertical height position of the smart phone relative to the whole industrial and civil dual-purpose wireless microphone can be adjusted dynamically by a consumer when the smart phone is used by the invention. Moreover, the elastic overlapped through hole array has good adaptability to the smart phone finger ring buckles 702 with various dimensions, and only the width of the straight groove 5 is controlled to enable the straight groove to accommodate the finger ring hinge frame.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-described embodiments are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents, and conventional improvements made within the technical concept of the technical solution provided by the present invention, such as the optimization of the cushion attached to the recess 204, should be included in the protection scope of the present invention as set forth in the claims.

An industrial and civil wireless microphone comprises an acoustic-electric conversion unit (1) and a handle (2), wherein the uppermost end of the acoustic-electric conversion unit is used for receiving human voice and converting the human voice into an electric signal, the handle is positioned below the acoustic-electric conversion unit (1) and is used for a user to hold the wireless microphone, the industrial and civil wireless microphone can be connected with a multimedia sound system in a wireless duplex mode, and the industrial and civil wireless microphone can also be connected with a smart phone in a wireless duplex mode; the industrial and civil dual-purpose wireless microphone is characterized in that:
