The 220kV transmission line adopts double split conductors, and as no spacing rod is arranged between the upper sub-conductor and the lower sub-conductor, in the outgoing process of operators, the longer the outgoing line is, the larger the separation distance between the upper sub-conductor and the lower sub-conductor is, as the lower sub-conductor is subjected to the extra load of the weight of the operators and the weight of an outgoing tool. One of the traditional methods is that an operator shifts to the lower part of an operation place through the lower sub-conductor, and tightens the upper sub-conductor and the lower sub-conductor to operate by using an insulating rope and manpower; and the second method is to use insulating ropes to bind upper and lower sub-wires at intervals of 15 meters to avoid wire separation until the operation point is reached. The traditional method is complicated in operation steps, high in physical strength requirement on operators and low in operation efficiency.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the double-split wire tightener capable of conveniently and rapidly tightening the upper sub-wires and the lower sub-wires, so that the operation processes of repairing the upper sub-wires and resetting the damper of a power transmission line are simplified, the physical consumption of operators is reduced, the personal safety is ensured, and the operation efficiency is improved.
