In the embodiment of the present invention, the smart lock may be any one of the above, and is not limited to the above listed smart locks.
When the intelligent lock fails in the using process, fault information is sent to the server, so that the server analyzes the fault reason according to the fault information and obtains a solution.
In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent locks are automatically tested by adopting the computer and the test software, so that the manual intervention is reduced, the detection efficiency is improved, the unique product serial number is produced for each intelligent lock, the detection information of the product is recorded in real time, the production and detection conditions of the product are tracked, the quality of the product can be statistically analyzed subsequently, and the guide information is provided for the optimized production of the product.
As shown in fig. 4, which is a block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a memory 401, a processor 402, a communication module 403, and a user interface 404.
The memory 401 has stored therein an operating system 405 for processing various basic system services and programs for performing hardware-related tasks; application software 406 is also stored for implementing the steps of the intelligent lock management method in the embodiment of the present invention.
In embodiments of the present invention, memory 401 may be a high speed random access memory such as DRAM, SRAM, DDR, RAM, or other random access solid state memory device, or a non-volatile memory such as one or more hard disk storage devices, optical disk storage devices, memory devices, or the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processor 402 may receive and transmit data through the communication module 403 to implement blockchain network communication or local communication.
The user interface 404 may include one or more input devices 407, such as a keyboard, mouse, touch screen display, and the user interface 404 may also include one or more output devices 408, such as a display, microphone, and the like.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the processor is enabled to execute the steps of the intelligent lock management method.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the embodiments of the present invention are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not limited to being performed in the exact order illustrated and, unless explicitly stated herein, may be performed in other orders. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in various embodiments may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (8)

1. An intelligent lock management method, comprising:
acquiring equipment information and a function test result of the intelligent lock;
generating a product serial number of the intelligent lock according to the equipment information;
sending the product serial number and the function test result to a server so that the server can track the after-sale quality of the intelligent lock;
the generating of the product serial number of the intelligent lock according to the equipment information comprises:
generating a production serial number of the intelligent lock according to the equipment information;
sending the equipment information and the production serial number to the server so that the server registers the product serial number according to the equipment information and the production serial number;
receiving the product serial number sent by the server, and writing the product serial number into the intelligent lock;
the server performing after-sale quality tracking on the intelligent lock comprises the following steps:
receiving fault information sent by the intelligent lock; the fault information comprises a product serial number and a fault condition of the intelligent lock;
inquiring a function test result of the intelligent lock according to the product serial number;
and analyzing the fault reason by combining the function test result and the fault condition, and outputting the fault reason.
2. The intelligent lock management method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the device information and the function test result of the intelligent lock comprises:
establishing communication connection with the intelligent lock, and identifying equipment information of the intelligent lock;
and controlling the intelligent lock to perform function test, and determining the function test result according to the return signal of the intelligent lock.
3. The intelligent lock management method according to claim 2, wherein the controlling the intelligent lock to perform a functional test, and the determining the functional test result according to the intelligent lock return signal comprises:
sending a function test command to enable the intelligent lock to complete various function tests;
receiving a function completion signal returned by the intelligent lock;
and determining the function test result according to the function completion signal.
4. The intelligent lock management method according to claim 1, wherein the performing, by the server, the after-market quality tracking of the intelligent lock comprises:
acquiring sales information and after-sales maintenance information of the intelligent lock;
inquiring the production information of the intelligent lock according to the product serial number of the intelligent lock;
and formulating the production and sales strategies of the intelligent lock according to the sales information, the after-sales maintenance information and the production information.
5. An intelligent lock management system, comprising:
the client is used for acquiring the equipment information and the function test result of the intelligent lock; generating a product serial number of the intelligent lock according to the equipment information; sending the product serial number and the function test result to a server; the generating of the product serial number of the intelligent lock according to the equipment information comprises: generating a production serial number of the intelligent lock according to the equipment information; sending the equipment information and the production serial number to the server so that the server registers the product serial number according to the equipment information and the production serial number; receiving the product serial number sent by the server, and writing the product serial number into the intelligent lock;
the server is used for receiving the product serial number and the function test result and analyzing the sale condition and the after-sale use condition of the intelligent lock, and the server tracking the after-sale quality of the intelligent lock comprises the following steps: receiving fault information sent by the intelligent lock; the fault information comprises a product serial number and a fault condition of the intelligent lock; inquiring a function test result of the intelligent lock according to the product serial number; analyzing a fault reason by combining the function test result and the fault condition, and outputting the fault reason;
the intelligent lock is used for completing the function test under the control of the client;
when the intelligent lock fails in the using process, fault information is sent to the server, so that the server analyzes the fault reason according to the fault information and obtains a solution.
6. The intelligent lock management system according to claim 5, comprising:
and the communication module is in communication connection with the intelligent lock and the client and is used for establishing a communication channel between the intelligent lock and the client.
7. A computer arrangement comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of a method of intelligent lock management according to any of claims 1 to 4.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of a method of managing an intelligent lock as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
