EPDM4045 and styrene butadiene rubber 40; 35 parts of carbon black N330 and 20 parts of precipitated white carbon black; 8 parts of adhesion promoter RICON130MA13, 15 parts of alkyl phenolic resin HY203, 5 parts of aromatic oil, 5 parts of paraffin oil Sunpar2280 and 4.5 parts of anti-fatigue agent PL-600; 3 parts of antioxidant RD, 3 parts of antioxidant MB and 1.5 parts of antioxidant MC 445; 8 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 1.5 parts of accelerator DM, 2 parts of vulcanizing agent DCP and 1.5 parts of pre-dispersed sulfur S-80.
4. The method for preparing the adhesive glue layer for the T4-grade heat-resistant polyester canvas conveying belt according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing: adding EPDM4045 and styrene-butadiene rubber into an internal mixer, adding carbon black N330, precipitated white carbon black, an adhesion promoter RICON130MA13, alkyl phenolic resin HY203, aromatic oil, paraffin oil Sunpar2280, an anti-fatigue agent PL-600, an anti-aging agent RD, an anti-aging agent MB, an antioxidant MC445, zinc oxide, stearic acid and an accelerator DM into the internal mixer, controlling the mixing temperature to be 80-140 ℃, and controlling the mixing time to be 5-8 minutes; adding a vulcanizing agent DCP and pre-dispersed sulfur S-80 into an internal mixer or an open mill, controlling the mixing temperature to be 50-100 ℃, controlling the mixing time to be 3-5 minutes, and cooling and standing a lower piece to obtain a rubber compound;
(2) and (3) smelting: sending the mixed rubber obtained in the step (1) into an open mill for rough milling, controlling the roller temperature to be 45-60 ℃, uniformly wrapping the roller with the softened rubber material, turning over the rubber material for 3 times, then rolling down, sending into the open mill for refining, controlling the roller temperature to be 60-80 ℃ and controlling the time to be 5-8 minutes, and obtaining the adhesive rubber in the adhesive layer of the heat-resistant polyester canvas conveyor belt;
(3) a canvas double-sided rubberizing procedure: sending the hot-refined adhesive in the step (2) into a four-roller calender for cloth pasting operation; the roller temperature of the calender needs to be preheated, the preheating temperature is 80-100 ℃ of the upper roller and the lower roller, the temperature of the two middle rollers is 70-90 ℃, the thickness of the single-side rubberizing of the polyester canvas is 0.4-0.55 mm, the rubberizing amount is determined according to the type of the polyester canvas, the polyester canvas which is rubberized with the adhesive glue is well padded with the padding cloth and curled for forming the conveyer belt, and the adhesive glue layer for the heat-resistant polyester canvas conveyer belt is prepared.
5. The method for preparing a bonding adhesive layer for a T4 grade heat-resistant polyester canvas conveyor belt according to claim 4, wherein the one-sided rubberizing thickness of EP150 type polyester canvas is 0.4mm, the one-sided rubberizing thickness of EP200 type polyester canvas is 0.45mm, the one-sided rubberizing thickness of EP250 type polyester canvas is 0.5mm, and the one-sided rubberizing thickness of EP300 type polyester canvas is 0.55 mm.

The use of an adhesive tape layer for a T4-grade heat-resistant polyester canvas belt according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the adhesive tape layer is directly adhered to a covering tape, and the covering tape is formulated with a rubber system comprising ethylene propylene diene monomer.
