In this embodiment, it is preferable that the power board is fixed on the front case 21, at least the interface socket portion of the connector 4 connected with the power board protrudes from the connector assembly hole 23, in order to shorten the connection distance between the connector 4 and the power board, the connector 4 may be fixed on the front case 21 together with the power board, or the connector 4 may be directly fixed on the power board, since the external circuit board or the electronic device is connected with the interface socket of the connector 4 through the plug, the plug is located between the inner case 2 and the outer case 1, and the plug needs to occupy a certain space, so that a sufficient gap needs to be left between the inner case 2 and the outer case 1 to satisfy the placement of the plug, which will cause the overall volume of the power board protection case to increase, occupy the internal space of the electrical appliance to be large, and affect the installation of other devices. The two sides of the vertical edge of the inverted T-shaped protruding part 212 and the front panel 211 of the front shell are provided with columnar spaces, the plug and the wires connected with the plug can be contained in the partial spaces, so that the inner shell 2 is ensured to have enough space for containing a circuit board, the space for containing the plug and the wires is reserved between the inner shell 2 and the outer shell 1, the distance between the inner shell 2 and the outer shell 1 is not required to be increased, and the plug and the wires are tightly attached and fixedly installed.
Inside the protrusion 212 is a recess (not shown in the figure for angular reasons) corresponding to the protrusion, which communicates with the cavity 24, into which the power strip extends at least partly. The outer cover 1 comprises a main body 11 and a front plate 12, the main body 11 is of a semi-closed structure with an open front surface and an open bottom surface, the front plate 12 is detachably fixed at the front opening of the main body 11, the inner shell 2 is inserted into the outer cover 1 from the bottom opening of the main body 11, vertical intersecting surfaces 2111 and 2112 of the transverse edges and the vertical edges of the protruding parts 212, the outer cover 1 and the front plate 211 of the front shell 21 enclose a multi-surface cavity, and the multi-surface cavity is used for accommodating a plug and a plug wire connected with a connector.
The wires connected to the plugs located in the spaces on both sides of the T-shaped protrusion 212 need to be penetrated out of the partial space so as to be connected with external circuits and electronic devices, and thus, the outer cover 1 needs to be provided with wire through holes at positions corresponding to the space, so that the wires of the plugs can be penetrated out of the wire through holes after the outer cover 1 is sleeved outside the inner cover 2.
In order to facilitate manufacturing of the front plate 12, it is preferable that the front plate 12 has a T-shaped plate structure, the length of the vertical edge 121 of the front plate 12 is not less than the height of the lateral edge of the protruding portion 212, when the outer cover 1 is covered outside the inner cover 2, the lateral edge of the front plate 12 is ensured to have a distance from the lateral edge of the protruding portion 212, therefore, the wire passing hole 3 is surrounded by the lateral edge and the vertical edge of the front plate, the lateral edge and the vertical edge of the protruding portion 212, and the lateral edge of the outer cover 1, and has a rectangular structure, the wire passing hole 3 is communicated with the cavities of multiple surfaces, and the plug wire passes out from the wire passing hole. The T-shaped front plate 12 of the structure is simple in structure and easy to manufacture and form, and a special wire passing hole is not needed, and the T-shaped structure of the front plate 12, the inverted T-shaped structure of the protruding part 212 and the size limit of the inverted T-shaped structure can automatically enclose into a rectangular wire passing hole structure when the outer cover 1 and the inner cover 2 are assembled, so that the process of specially arranging the wire passing hole is saved, and the structure is quite simple and convenient.
The power panel protective shell wire through hole 3 is formed by the transverse edge and the vertical edge of the front plate, the transverse edge and the vertical edge of the protruding part 212 and the side edge of the outer cover 1, when in assembly, the power panel is firstly fixed on the front shell 21 of the inner shell, the connector is fixed at the connector assembly port 23, then the rear shell and the front shell are fixed, the middle part is enclosed into an inner shell cavity, the power panel is enclosed in the inner shell cavity, after the lead wire for connecting an external electric device is connected with the connector, the lead wire naturally sags and extends to the transverse edge of the protruding part 212, then the upper end part of the inner shell is inserted into the outer shell 1, after the outer shell and the inner shell are assembled, the lead wire hole 3 is naturally formed by surrounding, one part of the lead wire connected with the connector is positioned inside the outer shell, the other part of the lead wire is positioned outside the outer shell, and the lead wire does not need to be specially penetrated out of the lead wire hole, so that the lead wire is convenient and quick.
In order to fix the front plate 12 conveniently, the side edge of the main body 11 is provided with a flanging 111 towards the front opening, the front plate 12 is fixed with the flanging 111, and the fixing mode can be a screw fixing or clamping fixing mode.
