As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device registration status updating system, including:
the electronic device 402 is configured to acquire first registration information, and when it is determined that the first registration information is different from second registration information stored in advance, notify the server to enable the server to send state update information to a user having an association relationship with the second registration information through a first application program, where the first registration information and the second registration information correspond to the same electronic device, and the first application program is directly accessible through a server user interface corresponding to the second application program;
the server 401 is configured to send the status update information to the user associated with the second registration information through the first application.
The system provided by this embodiment can be used to execute the method of the above embodiment, and the execution manner and the beneficial effects are similar, and are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal device, which is installed with a second application program, and includes:
a third obtaining unit 501, configured to obtain a first application, where a user interface of the first application is used to display status information of an electronic device;
a receiving unit 502, configured to receive status update information sent by a server when first registration information and second registration information corresponding to the same electronic device are different;
an updating unit 503 for updating the status information of the electronic apparatus based on the status updating information;
the first application program can be directly accessed through a server user interface corresponding to the second application program.
The terminal device provided by the embodiment of the invention can receive the state updating information sent by the server when the first registration information and the second registration information corresponding to the same electronic device are different, and update the state of the electronic device displayed on the user interface of the first application program based on the received state updating information, so that the problem of inconvenience brought to a user because the user cannot use the electronic device after executing some preparation operations related to functions of the electronic device when the user cannot know the state information is solved; in addition, the state information of the electronic device is displayed through the application program which can be directly accessed through the server user interface corresponding to the first application program installed on the terminal equipment, the user does not need to additionally install the application program on the terminal equipment, and the problem of memory occupation of the terminal equipment is avoided; further, when the first application is an application directly accessible through the second application user interface, the state information of the electronic device, such as the number of printed pages and the powder consumption, can be received through the application, so that the user can use the electronic device conveniently while the user habit is met.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a server, including:
a first acquisition unit 201 for acquiring first registration information;
a first judging unit 202, configured to judge whether the first registration information is the same as second registration information stored in advance;
a first sending unit 203, configured to send the state update information to the user through the first application program when the determining unit determines that the first registration information is different from the second registration information;
the first registration information and the second registration information correspond to the same electronic device, and the first application program can be directly accessed through a server user interface corresponding to the second application program.
The server provided by this embodiment can be used to execute the method of the foregoing embodiment, and the execution manner and the beneficial effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, including:
a second obtaining unit 301, configured to obtain the first registration information;
a second judging unit 302, configured to judge whether the first registration information is the same as second registration information stored in advance;
a second sending unit 303, configured to notify the server to send status update information to the user through a first application program when the determining unit determines that the first registration information is different from the second registration information, where the first registration information and the second registration information correspond to the same electronic device, and the first application program is directly accessible through a server user interface corresponding to the second application program.
The electronic device provided by this embodiment can be used to execute the method of the above embodiment, and the execution manner and the beneficial effects are similar, and are not described herein again.

Claims (14)

1. An electronic device registration information updating method, comprising:
acquiring first registration information;
when the first registration information is different from second registration information stored in advance, a server sends state updating information to a user who has an association relationship with the second registration information through a first application program, wherein the first registration information and the second registration information correspond to the same electronic device, and the first application program can be directly accessed through a server user interface corresponding to the second application program, wherein the first registration information is cloud server identification information distributed to the electronic device by the server based on subsequently received request information, and the second registration information is cloud server identification information distributed to the electronic device by the server based on previously received request information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic device obtains the first registration information;
when the first registration information is different from second registration information stored in advance, the server sends state update information to a user having an association relationship with the second registration information through a first application program, and the method specifically includes:
when the electronic device judges that the first registration information is different from the second registration information, the electronic device informs the server to enable the server to send state updating information to a user in association with the second registration information through the first application program.
3. The method of claim 1,
the server acquires the first registration information;
when the first registration information is different from second registration information stored in advance, the server sends state update information to a user having an association relationship with the second registration information through a first application program, and the method specifically includes:
and the server judges that the first registration information is different from the second registration information, and sends state updating information to a user having an association relation with the second registration information through the first application program.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the second registration information, user account information corresponding to the user, and unique identification information of the electronic device are stored in association with the server.
5. The method of claim 4, the unique identification information of the electronic device comprising a MAC address of the electronic device, a serial number of the electronic device.
6. The method according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the status update information is used to characterize that the electronic device has been disabled from direct use.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the users who have an association relationship with the second registration information include a first user, and the server determines whether to send the status update information to a second user based on a preset rule, wherein the second user is a user shared by an electronic device corresponding to second registration information and unique identification information that the first user will have an association with user account information of the first user.
8. An electronic device registration information update system, comprising:
the electronic device is used for acquiring first registration information, and notifying a server to enable the server to send state updating information to a user in an association relation with second registration information through a first application program when the first registration information is determined to be different from the second registration information stored in advance, wherein the first registration information and the second registration information correspond to the same electronic device, and the first application program can be directly accessed through a server user interface corresponding to the second application program, the first registration information is cloud server identification information which is distributed to the electronic device by the server based on subsequently received request information, and the second registration information is cloud server identification information which is distributed to the electronic device by the server based on previously received request information;
and the server is used for sending state updating information to the user having the association relation with the second registration information through the first application program.

The system according to claim 8, wherein the user associated with the second registration information includes a first user, and the server determines whether to send the status update information to a second user based on a preset rule, where the second user is a user shared by an electronic device corresponding to second registration information and unique identification information that are associated with user account information of the first user by the first user.
10. A terminal device installed with a second application program, comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a display unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first application program, and a user interface of the first application program is used for displaying the state information of the electronic device;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the state updating information sent by the server when the first registration information and the second registration information corresponding to the same electronic device are different;
an updating unit configured to update the state information of the electronic apparatus based on the state update information; the first application program can be directly accessed through a server user interface corresponding to a second application program, wherein the first registration information is cloud server identification information which is allocated to the electronic device by the server based on subsequently received request information, and the second registration information is cloud server identification information which is allocated to the electronic device by the server based on previously received request information.
11. A server, comprising:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire first registration information;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the first registration information is the same as second registration information stored in advance;
a sending unit, configured to send, by a first application program, status update information to a user associated with the second registration information when the determining unit determines that the first registration information is different from the second registration information;
the first registration information and the second registration information correspond to the same electronic device, and the first application program can be directly accessed through a server user interface corresponding to the second application program, wherein the first registration information is cloud server identification information which is allocated to the electronic device by the server based on subsequently received request information, and the second registration information is cloud server identification information which is allocated to the electronic device by the server based on previously received request information.

The server according to claim 11, wherein the user associated with the second registration information includes a first user, and the server determines whether to send the status update information to a second user based on a preset rule, where the second user is a user shared by an electronic device corresponding to second registration information and unique identification information that are associated with user account information of the first user by the first user.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire first registration information;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the first registration information is the same as second registration information stored in advance;
a sending unit, configured to, when the determining unit determines that the first registration information is different from the second registration information, notify a server to send status update information to a user associated with the second registration information through a first application, where the first registration information and the second registration information correspond to the same electronic device, and the first application is directly accessible through a server user interface corresponding to the second application, where the first registration information is cloud server identification information that the server allocates to the electronic device based on subsequently received request information, and the second registration information is cloud server identification information that the server allocates to the electronic device based on previously received request information.

The electronic device according to claim 13, wherein the user associated with the second registration information includes a first user, and the server determines whether to send the status update information to a second user based on a preset rule, where the second user is a user shared by the electronic device corresponding to second registration information and unique identification information that are associated with user account information of the first user by the first user.
