技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的多挡位DCT,通过去除发动机离合器使得该种多挡位DCT的整体尺寸得以减小。
背景技术
双离合变速器(DCT)包括两个相关技术中的手动变速器的同步啮合类型的输入轴,并且在两个输入轴上连续地切换至相邻挡位,以将从发动机供应的动力经由两个离合器进行传递。
因此,双离合变速器包括换挡齿轮和同步器,所述换挡齿轮设置在输入轴以及与输入轴平行设置的输出轴上,这些换挡齿轮彼此啮合以形成换挡挡位,所述同步器将换挡齿轮与输入轴或者输出轴选择性地连接或者断开,其中,换挡齿轮和同步器的数量决定了变速器的整体长度以及可用的挡位数量。
最近,将电机额外地设置在发动机与变速器之间的动力系被用于混合动力车辆。
但是,当双离合变速器被应用到包括有发动机和电机(其作为主要动力源)的混合动力车辆中时,需要将发动机分离以进行经济型驱动(该经济型驱动恢复驱动能量,从而为电池充电),因此需要在发动机与电机之间额外地安装发动机离合器。但是,这种配置增加了变速器的整体长度。

本发明的各个方面致力于解决上面所提及的相关技术中的问题,并且本发明的一个方面致力于提供一种用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器,该种多挡位双离合变速器设计为能够将动力从电机传递至奇数和偶数齿轮,而并不需要发动机离合器。

根据具有上述结构的用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器,电机经由单向离合器或者双向离合器而能够选择性地连接至偶数齿轮或者奇数齿轮,因此能够在EV模式下驱动车辆,而并不需要单独的发动机离合器,因此能够减少变速器的整体长度。
此外,当电机经由双向离合器连接至输出轴或者输入轴时,电机可以经由选择性再生制动而被充电,并不需要发动机离合器。

多个从动齿轮设置在第一输出轴OS1和第二输出轴OS2上,以在与第一输入轴IS1和第二输入轴IS2上的驱动齿轮啮合的状态下自由地旋转,并且任意一个从动齿轮选择性地连接至相应的输出轴,从而使来自发动机E或者电机M的动力传递至车轮。
例如,第一从动齿轮1P、第二从动齿轮2P、第四从动齿轮4P和第五从动齿轮5P可以设置在第一输出轴OS1上。此外,第一/第五同步器S15和第二/第四同步器S24设置在第一输出轴OS1上,以将特定的换挡齿轮选择性地连接至第一输出轴OS1。同时,驻车齿轮P与第七驱动齿轮7D啮合,该驻车齿轮P在与特定的止轮垫(sprag)接合时停止旋转。
第三从动齿轮3P、第六从动齿轮6P、第七从动齿轮7P和倒挡从动齿轮RP可以设置在第二输出轴OS2上。第三/第七同步器S37和第六/倒挡同步器S6R设置在第二输出轴OS2上,从而能够将从动齿轮选择性地连接至第二输出轴OS2。
与差动齿轮啮合的齿轮设置在第一输出轴OS1和第二输出轴OS2上,因此来自发动机E和电机M的动力能够被传递至车轮。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案,来自发动机E的动力经由第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2选择性地传递至第一输入轴IS1和第二输入轴IS2,并且动力经由齿轮组传递至与第一输入轴IS1和第二输入轴IS2连接的第一输出轴OS1和第二输出轴OS2,从而来自发动机的动力被传递至车轮。
此外,来自电机M的动力经由第一单向离合器OWC1和第二单向离合器OWC2传递至一个输入和一个输出,从而来自电机M的动力被传递至车轮。
第一单向离合器OWC1和第二单向离合器OWC2仅在其以预定方向旋转时将来自电机轴MS的扭矩传递至第一传递齿轮DG1和第二传递齿轮DG2,从而使来自电机M的动力可以选择性地传递至车轮。
具体的,将动力传递至第一传递齿轮DG1的第一单向离合器OWC1的旋转方向与将动力传递至第二传递齿轮DG2的第二单向离合器OWC2的旋转方向相反。
例如,当第一单向离合器OWC1被设计为,仅在以顺时针CW旋转时将来自电机轴MS的扭矩传递至第一传递齿轮DG1时,第二单向离合器OWC2被设计为,仅在以逆时针CCW旋转时将来自电机M的动力传递至第二传递齿轮DG2。
由于经由第一传递齿轮DG1和第二传递齿轮DG2同时进行动力传递,这样就防止换挡到期望挡位的错误。
此外,由于第一传递齿轮DG1通过与奇数从动齿轮或者偶数从动齿轮中的任意一个接合来传递扭矩以及第二传递齿轮DG2通过与奇数驱动齿轮或者偶数驱动齿轮中的任意一个接合来传递扭矩,所以如果第一传递齿轮DG1和第二传递齿轮DG2被设计为仅在其相同的旋转方向上传递动力,则在换挡期间相反的扭矩可以被传递至车轮,使得第一单向离合器OWC1和第二单向离合器OWC2被设计为以不同的旋转方向传递动力。
第一传递齿轮DG1和第二传递齿轮DG2同轴地设置在电机轴MS上,因此它们凭借第一单向离合器OWC1和第二单向离合器OWC2可以选择性地连接至电机轴MS。
如上面所描述的,本发明的变速器可以包括设置在第一输出轴OS1和第二输出轴OS2上的多个同步器,以将奇数从动齿轮和偶数从动齿轮选择性地连接至相应的输出轴。

图2为示出了根据各个示例性实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器中的轴连接的示意图。如图2所示,第一输入轴IS1和第二输入轴IS2连接至第一输出轴OS1和第二输出轴OS2,并且第一输出轴OS1和第二输出轴OS2连接至差动轴DIFF,以传递动力。此外,电机轴MS连接至第一输入轴IS1和第一输出轴OS1,以根据电机的旋转方向选择性地传递动力。此外,倒挡轴RVS设置在第二输入轴IS2与第二输出轴OS2之间,以传递动力,使得车轮的旋转方向可以相反。
在各个示例性实施方案中有两种起动发动机的方法。首先,当电机M通过逆时针CCW旋转来旋转第二单向离合器OWC2时,来自电机的动力顺序地传递至第二传递齿轮DG2、第七驱动齿轮7D、第一输入轴IS1、第一离合器C1和发动机E,从而经由第一输入轴IS1而可以起动发动机。
当电机M逆时针CCW旋转时,第一单向离合器OWC1空转,因此动力不会传递至第二输入轴IS2。
根据另一种方法,当电机M顺时针CW旋转来供应动力时,来自电机M的动力顺序地传递至第一单向离合器OWC1、第一传递齿轮DG1、第四从动齿轮4P、第四/第六驱动齿轮46D、第二输入轴IS2、第二离合器C2和发动机E,从而可以起动发动机。
图3为示出了在根据各个示例性实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器的HEV模式中,在换挡挡位的各个操作的操作图。
参见图3的操作图,当车辆在HEV模式(其中,电机M为发动机E提供辅助动力)中驱动时,每次需要进行换挡时,交替操作第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2,操作一个同步器,并且电机M的旋转方向交替改变,从而可以供应来自电机的辅助动力(其配置为用于期望换挡挡位)。
在图3的操作图中,如果第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2都分离,则可以获得EV模式(其中,仅电机M用于驱动)的操作图。
图4为简要地示出了根据各个示例性实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器的示意图。
参见图4,根据各个示例性实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器可以进一步包括倒挡齿轮RG,其设置在电机轴MS上以自由地旋转,并且同轴地连接至第一传递齿轮DG1。第一传递齿轮DG1与在第二输入轴IS2上的偶数驱动齿轮中的一个齿轮啮合,第二传递齿轮DG2与在第一输出轴OS1和第二输出轴OS2上的奇数从动齿轮中的一个齿轮啮合,并且倒挡齿轮RG与倒挡从动齿轮RP齿轮啮合。
也就是说,在本发明的各个示例性实施方案中,去除了独立的倒挡轴并且将倒挡齿轮RG设置在电机轴MS上,从而简化了变速器的结构并且使变速器的整体长度和体积的增加最小化。
参见图1,根据各个示例性实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器可以包括:第一输入轴IS1、第二输入轴IS2、第一输出轴OS1、第二输出轴OS2和电机轴MS,所述第一输入轴IS1经由第一离合器C1能够选择性地连接至发动机E,并且具有固定在该第一输入轴上的奇数驱动齿轮;所述第二输入轴IS2与第一输入轴IS1同轴地设置,并且经由第二离合器C2能够选择性地连接至发动机E,以及具有固定在该第二输入轴上的偶数驱动齿轮;所述第一输出轴OS1和第二输出轴OS2与第一输入轴IS1和第二输入轴IS2平行设置,并且具有在输出轴上能够自由旋转的奇数从动齿轮和偶数从动齿轮,所述奇数从动齿轮和偶数从动齿轮分别与奇数驱动齿轮和偶数驱动齿轮啮合;所述电机轴MS与第一输出轴OS1和第二输出轴OS2平行设置,连接至电机M,以及具有在该电机轴上能够自由旋转的第一传递齿轮DG1和第二传递齿轮DG2,该电机轴MS具有固定在其上的第一双向向离合器和第二双向离合器,从而凭借致动器而第一双向离合器和第二双向离合器仅在预定方向上旋转时,分别将动力传递至第一传递齿轮DG1和第二传递齿轮DG2。第一传递齿轮DG1可以与奇数从动齿轮或者偶数从动齿轮中的任意一个接合,当第一传递齿轮DG1与奇数从动齿轮接合时,第二传递齿轮DG2可以与偶数驱动齿轮接合,当第一传递齿轮DG1与偶数从动齿轮接合时,第二传递齿轮DG2可以与奇数驱动齿轮接合。
根据各个示例性实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器的特点在于,在各个示例性实施方案中的第一单向离合器OWC1和第二单向离合器OWC2都由双向离合器替代。双向离合器能够获得单向模式、锁定模式和自由模式,在单向模式,凭借与双向离合器连接的致动器,仅当双向离合器在一个方向上旋转时,双向离合器传递动力;在锁定模式,双向离合器能够传递动力而不管其旋转方向如何,在自由模式,双向离合器不传递动力。
也就是说,第一双向离合器和第二双向离合器根据情况能够在相反的方向上传递扭矩,从而能够对电机M进行充电。
因此,当发动机E空转时,通过控制第一离合器和第二离合器以及第一双向离合器和第二双向离合器,在发动机E空转的条件下能够对电机M进行充电。例如,当第一离合器C1接合时,第一双向离合器被控制在自由模式,第二双向离合器被控制在锁定模式,来自发动机的动力经由第二双向离合器传递至电机M,从而对电机进行充电。由于双向离合器的结构和操作在本领域中是熟知的,因此不提供详细描述。
此外,当第二离合器C2接合时,第一双向离合器被控制在锁定模式,第二双向离合器被控制在自由模式,来自发动机的动力经由第一双向离合器传递至电机M,从而对电机M进行充电。
图5为示出了在根据各个示例性实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器的再生制动模式中,在换挡挡位的各个操作的操作图。
当车辆从山上向下行驶或者制动时,可以利用来自车轮的扭矩来对电机M进行充电,并且确保制动性能。为此,如图5所示,随着第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2分离,将同步器与期望从动齿轮接合,在锁定模式中操作连接至传递动力的传递齿轮的双向离合器,并且将其他的双向离合器控制在自由模式,从而能够获得车辆的再生制动。
但是,在当前方式中,没有必要通过当前接合的从动齿轮来执行再生制动。例如,当第一齿轮接合并需要再生制动时,通过将第二/第四同步器S24接合至第四从动齿轮4P并且将第一双向离合器和第二双向离合器分别控制在锁定模式和自由模式,可以获得再生制动。因此,缩短了动力传递路径,从而可以提高充电效率。
根据具有上述结构的用于混合动力车辆的多挡位双离合变速器,电机经由单向离合器或者双向离合器而能够选择性地连接至偶数齿轮或者奇数齿轮,因此即使不需要单独的发动机离合器,也能够在EV模式下驱动车辆,因此能够减小变速器的整体长度。
此外,当电机经由双向离合器连接至输出轴或者输入轴时,即使不需要发动机离合器,电机也可以经由选择性再生制动被充电。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“上面”、“下面”、“向上”、“向下”、“向上的”、“向下的”、“前”、“后”、“背面”、“内”、“外”、“内部”、“外部”、“内部的”、“外部的”、“内侧”、“外侧”、“向前”、“向后”被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方案的特征。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于车辆的多挡位双离合变速器装置,所述多挡位双离合变速器装置包括:
第一输入轴,其经由第一离合器能够选择性地连接至发动机,并且具有固定在所述第一输入轴上的奇数驱动齿轮;
第二输入轴,其与所述第一输入轴同轴地设置,其中,所述第二输入轴经由第二离合器能够选择性地连接至发动机,并且具有固定在所述第二输入轴上的偶数驱动齿轮;
第一输出轴和第二输出轴,其与所述第一输入轴和第二输入轴平行设置,并且具有在第一输出轴和第二输出轴上能够自由旋转且分别与所述奇数驱动齿轮和偶数驱动齿轮啮合的奇数从动齿轮和偶数从动齿轮;
电机轴,其配置为与所述第一输出轴和第二输出轴平行设置,连接至电机,具有在电机轴上能够自由旋转的第一传递齿轮和第二传递齿轮,并且具有用于将动力分别传递至第一传递齿轮和第二传递齿轮的第一单向离合器和第二单向离合器,其中,所述第一单向离合器和第二单向离合器中的每一个配置为,当所述第一单向离合器和第二单向离合器在预定方向上旋转时传递动力;
其中,所述第一传递齿轮与奇数从动齿轮或者偶数从动齿轮中的一个接合,
当第一传递齿轮与奇数从动齿轮中的一个奇数从动齿轮接合时,所述第二传递齿轮与偶数驱动齿轮中的一个偶数驱动齿轮接合,当第一传递齿轮与偶数从动齿轮中的一个偶数从动齿轮接合时,所述第二传递齿轮与奇数驱动齿轮中的一个奇数驱动齿轮接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多挡位双离合变速器装置,其中,用于将动力传递至第一传递齿轮的第一单向离合器的旋转方向与用于将动力传递至第二传递齿轮的第二单向离合器的旋转方向相反。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多挡位双离合变速器装置,进一步包括多个同步器,其设置在所述第一输出轴和第二输出轴上,以将所述奇数从动齿轮和偶数从动齿轮选择性地连接至第一输出轴和第二输出轴中的相应输出轴。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多挡位双离合变速器装置,进一步包括倒挡轴,其配置为使第一倒挡齿轮能够自由地旋转,所述第一倒挡齿轮与设置在第二输入轴上的一个偶数驱动齿轮啮合,以及使第二倒挡齿轮能够自由地旋转,所述第二倒挡齿轮与设置在第二输出轴上的倒挡从动齿轮啮合,其中,所述第二倒挡齿轮连接至第一倒挡齿轮并且与第一倒挡齿轮能够一起旋转。
5.根据权利要求2所述的多挡位双离合变速器装置,进一步包括倒挡齿轮,其设置为在所述电机轴上自由地旋转,并且同轴地连接至所述第一传递齿轮;
其中,所述第一传递齿轮与第二输入轴上的一个偶数驱动齿轮啮合;
所述第二传递齿轮与第一输出轴或者第二输出轴上的一个奇数从动齿轮啮合;
所述倒挡齿轮与设置在第二输出轴上的倒挡从动齿轮啮合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多挡位双离合变速器装置,进一步包括设置在第一输出轴上的驻车齿轮,其与所述奇数驱动齿轮中的一个啮合。
7.一种用于车辆的多挡位双离合变速器装置,所述多挡位双离合变速器装置包括:
第一输入轴,其经由第一离合器能够选择性地连接至发动机,并且具有固定在所述第一输入轴上的奇数驱动齿轮;
第二输入轴,其与所述第一输入轴同轴地设置,经由第二离合器能够选择性地连接至发动机,并且具有固定在所述第二输入轴上的偶数驱动齿轮;
第一输出轴和第二输出轴,其与所述第一输入轴和第二输入轴平行设置,并且具有在第一输出轴和第二输出轴上能够自由旋转且分别与所述奇数驱动齿轮和偶数驱动齿轮啮合的奇数从动齿轮和偶数从动齿轮;
电机轴,其配置为与所述第一输出轴和第二输出轴平行设置,连接至电机,具有在电机轴上能够自由旋转的第一传递齿轮和第二传递齿轮,并且具有固定在所述电机轴上的第一双向离合器和第二双向离合器,当凭借致动器使所述第一双向离合器和第二双向离合器在预定方向上旋转时,分别将动力传递至第一传递齿轮和第二传递齿轮;
其中,所述第一传递齿轮与奇数从动齿轮或者偶数从动齿轮中的一个接合,
当第一传递齿轮与奇数从动齿轮中的一个奇数从动齿轮接合时,所述第二传递齿轮与偶数驱动齿轮中的一个偶数驱动齿轮接合,当第一传递齿轮与偶数从动齿轮中的一个偶数从动齿轮啮合时,所述第二传递齿轮与奇数驱动齿轮中的一个奇数驱动齿轮啮合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的多挡位双离合变速器装置,进一步包括设置在第一输出轴上的驻车齿轮,其与所述奇数驱动齿轮中的一个啮合。
