技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器领域,特别涉及一种车载冰箱。
背景技术
现代越来越多家庭拥有一辆或者以上的汽车,供家庭服务,旅游出行之用。对于一般家庭,有时,野餐需要冷冻饮料和食物,或者要带需冷藏的物品药品,这时汽车上没有供需冷藏的地方,是十分不方便的。
市面上出现车载冰箱来解决上述问题,该车载冰箱依靠电来驱动。但是,汽车的发动机不可能老是在运转发电。一旦,汽车熄火,是不敢用汽车的电池来给车载冰箱供电的。因为,电用完了,发动机就没法启动了,导致车载冰箱不能持续性工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种车载冰箱,能够持续工作。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种车载冰箱,包括箱体、制冷***及驱动***;所述制冷***及所述驱动***均设置在所述箱体内;
所述箱体可拆卸安装在车辆的车尾箱中;
所述驱动***,用于驱动制冷***正常运行,包括点火器、气路及气源,所述点火器与所述气源之间通过气路连接;
所述制冷***用于对箱体的内腔进行冷却,设置有可气液变化的工质。
有益效果:单独为点火器进行供给,使点火器为制冷***中的所述工质提供能量,使所述工质在制冷***中进行运动,并进行气液变化,将箱体内的温度降低,不需要车辆的能源,在车辆停驶的情况下,仍能为冰箱供电,保证冰箱持续工作。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述制冷***包括发生器、冷凝器、蒸发器、换热器及吸收器;所述发生器、所述冷凝器、所述蒸发器、所述吸收器依次连通形成制冷回路;所述换热器分别与所述发生器、所述蒸发器及所述吸收器连通,所述点火器用于对所述发生器中的所述工质进行加热。
需要提及的是,所述工质包括氨、水及氢的混合物,在发生器中的氨水在点火器的加热下,氨被蒸馏出,并随管道进入冷凝器中进行液化,液化的液氨进入蒸发器中,与氢混合,气压降低,沸点降低,使液氨气化吸热,将箱体内的热量带走,氨气与水重新混合并流入发生器中进行循环,达到不断为箱体降低温度的效果。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述点火器与所述气源之间的所述气路设置有电磁阀,所述电磁阀电连接有压阻式传感器以及第二电源,所述压阻式传感器保持常闭,所述电磁阀在通电状态下保持通路。当汽车遇到意外碰撞时,压阻式传感器断开,使电磁阀封闭,阻断气源,第一点火器失去可燃气体的供给,使火焰逐渐熄火,防止二次事故的发生。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述箱体设置有储存腔、第一隔层及第二隔层,所述冷凝器、换热器及吸收器均设置在所述第一隔层中,所述蒸发器设置在所述储存腔中,所述发生器及所述驱动***设置在所述第二隔层中。将驱动***与制冷***分隔,防止热量影响其余零件的正常工作,同时,将蒸发器设置在储存腔中,更好地对储存腔进行冷却。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述第二隔层的底部设置有进气管及排烟管,车尾箱中设置有与所述进气管连通的管道,所述管道连通至外部环境中,所述点火器的外部包裹有烟囱,所述烟囱与所述排烟管及所述进气管连通,尾箱的底部设置有与外部连通的出气管,所述出气管与所述排烟管连通。
需要提及的是,管道中设置有抽风机,抽风机将氧气带入点火器中进行燃烧,而燃烧后产生的烟经过烟囱-排烟管-出气管排出车辆外。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述出气管与尾管连通。将出气管与尾管连通,可以将烟与车辆尾气一起排到环境中,便于集中处理。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述点火器包裹有网罩,所述网罩设置在所述烟囱与所述点火器之间。网罩能更进一步地防止热量扩散影响其余零件的正常工作。

参照图1,根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种车载冰箱,包括箱体10、制冷***20及驱动***30;所述制冷***20及所述驱动***30均设置在所述箱体10内;所述箱体10可拆卸安装在车辆的车尾箱40中;所述驱动***30,用于驱动制冷***20正常运行,包括点火器31、气路及气源32,所述点火器31、所述点火器31与所述气源32之间通过气路连接;所述制冷***20用于对箱体10的内腔进行冷却,所述制冷***20中设置有可气液变化的所述工质。
在实际工作的过程中,单独为点火器31进行供给,使点火器31为制冷***20中的所述工质提供能量,使所述工质在制冷***20中进行运动,并进行气液变化,将箱体10内的温度降低,不需要车辆的能源,在车辆停驶的情况下,仍能为冰箱供电,保证冰箱持续工作。
参照图2,在某种实施例中,所述制冷***20包括发生器21、冷凝器22、蒸发器23、换热器25及吸收器24;所述发生器21、所述冷凝器22、所述蒸发器23、所述吸收器24依次连通形成制冷回路;所述换热器25分别与所述发生器21、所述蒸发器23及所述吸收器24连通,所述点火器31用于对所述发生器21中的所述工质进行加热。
需要提及的是,所述工质包括氨、水及氢的混合物,在发生器21中的氨水在点火器31的加热下,氨被蒸馏出,并随管道3141进入冷凝器22中进行液化,液化的液氨进入蒸发器23中,与氢混合,气压降低,沸点降低,使液氨气化吸热,将箱体10内的热量带走,氨气与水重新混合并流入发生器21中进行循环,达到不断为箱体10降低温度的效果。
在循环的过程中,氨气从发生器21进入冷凝器22时,氨水的浓度降低,液体将进入吸收器24中等待从蒸发器23中流入吸收器24的氨气并再次溶解氨气,形成浓氨水,并返回到发生器21中,在发射器与吸收器24之间设置换热器25,能对吸收器24中的液体进行预热,预热后的浓氨水进入发生器21后,能降低加热的时间,提高反应的速度。
另一方面,由于氢气不溶于水,因此,重新进入蒸发器23,而进入蒸发器23前经过换热器25的热交换,使热的氢气冷却,降低对蒸发器23的降温效果的影响。
参照图3,根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述点火器31与所述气源32之间的所述气路设置有电磁阀315,所述电磁阀315电连接有压阻式传感器316以及第二电源,所述压阻式传感器316保持常闭,所述电磁阀315在通电状态下保持通路。
在实际使用的过程中,当汽车遇到意外碰撞时,若持续为点火器31供给可燃气体,容易造成***导致二次伤害,参照图4,当汽车遇到碰撞时,压阻式传感器316断开,使电磁阀315封闭,阻断气源32,第一点火器31失去可燃气体供给,使火焰逐渐熄火,防止二次事故的发生。优选地,该可燃气体可以是天然气或石油气。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述箱体10设置有储存腔11、第一隔层12及第二隔层13,所述冷凝器22、换热器25及吸收器24均设置在所述第一隔层12中,所述蒸发器23设置在所述储存腔11中,所述发生器21及所述驱动***30设置在所述第二隔层13中。将驱动***30与制冷***20分隔,防止热量影响其余零件的正常工作,同时,将蒸发器23设置在储存腔11中,更好地对储存腔11进行冷却。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述第二隔层13的底部设置有进气管314及排烟管313,车尾箱中设置有与所述进气管314连通的管道3141,所述管道3141连通至外部环境中,所述点火器31的外部包裹有烟囱312,所述烟囱312与所述排烟管313及所述进气管314连通,尾箱的底部设置有与外部连通的出气管3131,所述出气管3131与所述排烟管313连通。
优选地,所述进气管314的气孔的设置位置低于所述排烟管313的设置位置,由于氧气重于二氧化碳,因此,在氧气进入烟囱312时,能促进烟的排放,
需要提及的是,管道3141中设置有抽风机,抽风机将氧气带入点火器31中进行燃烧,而燃烧后产生的烟经过烟囱312-排烟管313-出气管3131排出车辆外。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述出气管3131与尾管连通。将出气管3131与尾管连通,可以将烟与车辆尾气一起排到环境中,便于集中处理。
根据本发明第一方面所述的车载冰箱,所述点火器31包裹有网罩313,所述网罩313设置在所述烟囱312与所述点火器31之间。网罩313能更进一步地防止热量扩散影响其余零件的正常工作。

2.根据权利要求1所述的车载冰箱,其特征在于,所述制冷***包括发生器、冷凝器、蒸发器、换热器及吸收器;所述发生器、所述冷凝器、所述蒸发器、所述吸收器依次连通形成制冷回路;所述换热器分别与所述发生器、所述蒸发器及所述吸收器连通,所述点火器用于对所述发生器中的所述工质进行加热。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车载冰箱,其特征在于,所述点火器与所述气源之间的所述气路设置有电磁阀,所述电磁阀电连接有压阻式传感器以及第二电源,所述压阻式传感器保持常闭,所述电磁阀在通电状态下保持通路。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车载冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体设置有储存腔、第一隔层及第二隔层,所述冷凝器、换热器及吸收器均设置在所述第一隔层中,所述蒸发器设置在所述储存腔中,所述发生器及所述驱动***设置在所述第二隔层中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车载冰箱,其特征在于,所述第二隔层的底部设置有进气管及排烟管,车尾箱中设置有与所述进气管连通的管道,所述管道连通至外部环境中,所述点火器的外部包裹有烟囱,所述烟囱与所述排烟管及所述进气管连通,尾箱的底部设置有与外部连通的出气管,所述出气管与所述排烟管连通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车载冰箱,其特征在于,所述出气管与尾管连通。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的车载冰箱,其特征在于,所述点火器包裹有网罩,所述网罩设置在所述烟囱与所述点火器之间。
