The inner sticker equipment of the embodiment adopts PLC control to realize whole-course automation, and the initial state is as follows:
a. the supporting cylinder 522 and the pipe pressing cylinder 531 are in a contracted state, and the three cylinders are positioned on the surface of the pipe passing center line which is perpendicular to the ground;
b. the paper feed tube 331 is completely at the final position of compounding, and the locking cylinder 5151 is ejected to enable the shaft end pin 5152 to be positioned in an inner hole of the paper feed tube 331 facing one end of the paper feed tube 331 to the sticker compounding mechanism 5;
c. the paper supporting cylinder 322 is positioned at one end close to the gluing position, namely the starting point, and the paper supporting cylinder 322 is in a contracted state, and the negative pressure paper sucking square tube 321 has no negative pressure;
d. the horizontal movement cylinder 42 of the paper tape cutting mechanism 4 is in a contracted state, and the paper tape cutting cylinder 46 is in an extended state;
e. the paper loading belt cylinder 24 is in an extended state after loading paper, and is in a contracted state when not loading paper.
When the adhesive-coated paper tape is assembled, the paper tape cylinder 24 is in an extended state, the adhesive pressing wheel 23 is driven to press the paper tape, the adhesive coating motor 27 is started to convey the coated paper tape to the cutter fixing part 44, the paper tape cutting mechanism 4 is started, the horizontal moving cylinder 42 is extended, the adhesive coating motor 27 is stopped, the cutter moving part 45 cuts off part of paper heads which are not coated with adhesive under the action of the paper tape cutting cylinder 46, the paper tape cutting end is the paper tape cutting end, then the paper tape cutting mechanism 4 is reset, the adhesive coating motor 27 reversely rotates to pull back the paper tape, the pull back is due to the total thickness of the components of the front vertical plate 511 and the total value of the reserved space (namely, the cutting position of the paper tape is pulled back to the position of the end face of the paper supporting plate 327), and at the moment, the whole equipment is in an initial state of starting.
After the equipment is started, the specific process steps are as follows:
1. the paper supporting cylinder 322 is lifted, the negative pressure paper sucking square tube 321 generates negative pressure through the negative pressure pipe joint 3211, the negative pressure is absorbed on two sides of the gummed paper tape through the negative pressure small hole, then the paper feeding synchronous belt 311 drives the paper supporting component to move towards the end point direction under the action of the paper feeding motor 316, and meanwhile, the paper feeding component synchronously moves towards the starting point position, and at the moment, the paper supporting component reaches the end point position, the paper feeding component reaches the starting point position, namely, the paper feeding component is completely positioned below the gummed paper tape, and the paper feeding motor 316 stops; starting the paper tape cutting mechanism 4 to cut the gummed paper tape, after paper cutting is completed, reversing the gummed motor 27 to pull the paper tape cutting position back to be flush with the end surface of the paper supporting plate 327, then retracting the paper supporting cylinder 322 to a low position, and generating negative pressure in the paper feeding tube 331 to adsorb and attach the gummed paper tape on the circumference of the soft film 338;
2. the fiber pipe enters the high side of the guiding inclined plate 72 through the pipe inlet guide rod 61 (only one pipe is fed at a time), at the moment, the pipe supporting cylinder 522 is lifted, the fiber pipe automatically rolls into the space between the pipe supporting rods 521, and the fiber pipe is supported to a position concentric with the paper feeding pipe 331;
3. starting the paper feeding motor 316 to rotate reversely, driving the paper feeding component of the adhesive coated paper tape adsorbed on the paper feeding synchronous belt 311 to move towards the end point, simultaneously feeding the paper feeding component into the inner tube of the fiber pipe, stopping the paper feeding motor 316 after reaching the end point (when the paper feeding component is pulled to the starting point position), extending the locking cylinder 5151, locking the paper feeding pipe 331 by the shaft end pin 5152 to face the inner hole at one end of the paper pasting composite mechanism 5, putting down the hosting cylinder 522, pressing the pipe pressing cylinder 531 downwards, and naturally sleeving the fiber pipe on the adhesive coated paper tape of the soft film 338 outside the paper feeding pipe 331, so that the fiber pipe and the adhesive coated paper tape are partially tightly adhered at the upper cutting point; then the compound motor 5141 is started, the paper pasting compound driving gear transmission shaft 5144 drives the paper pasting compound driven gears 5145 at two ends, the paper pasting compound driven gears 5145 drive the paper pasting compound driven gears 5145, the paper pasting compound driven gears 5145 drive the rotary plate 513 and the pipe pressing cylinder 531 to rotate back and forth together, and the paper tape coated with glue in the pipe is compounded on the inner wall of the fiber pipe;
4. after one sheet of composite motor 5141 is compounded, the composite motor 5141 is continuously operated, the tube pressing air cylinder 531 rotates to face the ground (namely, the direction of 180 degrees of the initial position), the composite motor 5141 is stopped, the tube pressing air cylinder 531 contracts, the tube supporting air cylinder 522 is lifted up and supports the fiber tube, at the moment, the fiber tube reaches the purpose of turning to be ready for pasting another sheet of paper, and then the composite motor 5141 and the rotary plate 513 are reset to the initial position. Since the paper pulling assembly reaches the starting position and the paper pulling cylinder 322 is at the low position when the above process is completed, the steps 1 and 3 are repeatedly performed at this time, so that another piece of paper is combined into the inner tube surface of the fiber tube, and two times of combination of one tube are completed.
5. After the composite is completed, the composite motor 5141 is reset, the pipe pressing air cylinder 531 is contracted, the supporting air cylinder 522 is lifted up and supports the fiber pipe, the locking air cylinder 5151 is contracted, the paper feeding motor 316 returns the paper feeding component to the starting point, then the supporting air cylinder 522 supports the composite fiber pipe to be put down together, when the composite fiber pipe is quickly put down, the fiber pipe is blocked on an inclined plane by the guiding-out inclined plate 72 and is rolled into the guiding-out rod 71 to be guided out, and the whole process of pipe composite sticker or film is completed.
