The invention is further described with reference to fig. 1 to 8:
as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a child safety seat includes a seat body and two belt tightening devices. The two belt tightening devices are arranged on the back surface of the chair back of the chair body.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a belt tightening device comprises a fixing seat 10, wherein one side of the fixing seat 10 is fixed to the back of a chair back, a first supporting plate 101, a second supporting plate 102 and a third supporting plate 2 are fixed to the other side of the fixing seat 10, a motor 1 is fixed to the third supporting plate 2, and a driving shaft hole for a driving shaft of the motor 1 to pass through is formed in the third supporting plate 2.
The driving shaft of the motor 1 is provided with a driving part 3, the driving part 3 is linked with a clutch part 5, the clutch part 5 is linked with one end of a driven rod 4, which is close to the motor 1, the outer ring of the connection side of the clutch part 5 and the driving part 3 is provided with external engagement teeth which are matched with each other, the driven rod 4 is provided with a meshing part, and the inner ring of the clutch part 5 and the meshing part are provided with internal engagement teeth which are matched with each other.
The driven rod 4 is fixed on the fixed seat 10 through a first supporting plate 101 far away from the motor 1 and a second supporting plate 102 close to the motor 1, the driven rod 4 passes through the second supporting plate 102 to be connected with a driven rod groove on the driving part 3, the clutch part 5 is sleeved on the part of the driven rod 4 extending out of the second supporting plate 102 and can slide back and forth along the driven rod 4, a pressure spring 9 is sleeved on the driven rod 4 between the clutch part 5 and the second supporting plate 102, the pressure spring 9 is used for pushing the clutch part 5 to the direction close to the motor 1 so that the clutch part 5 is in linkage with the driving part 3 and the driven rod 4, and a strip-shaped belt hole for fixing one end of a safety belt or an upper pull belt is formed in the driven rod 4 between the first supporting plate 101 and the second supporting plate 102. The driven rod 4 rotates to drive the safety belt or the upper pulling belt to be wound on the driven rod 4 so as to tighten the safety belt or the upper pulling belt.
The fixed seat 10 is provided with a deflector rod 6, the deflector rod 6 comprises an action end and a clamping end, the fixed seat 10 is provided with a deflector rod through hole, the action end passes through the deflector rod through hole and is in pin shaft connection with the pressing rod 11, the pressing rod 11 is horizontally arranged with the fixed seat 10, the action end inclines to one side close to the pressing rod 11, and the action end is hinged with the fixed seat 10; the clamping end is C-shaped matched with the outer ring of the clutch piece 5, the inner sides of the two end parts of the clamping end are provided with buckles, the clutch piece 5 is provided with matched annular grooves, the buckles are clamped in the annular grooves, and the action end of the poking rod 6 is poked so that the clamping end of the poking rod 6 moves to drive the clutch piece 5 to compress the pressure spring 9 to slide towards the direction close to the second support plate 102.
The fixed seat 10 is provided with a hollow supporting table, a pawl rotating shaft is arranged in the supporting table, the pawl 8 is L-shaped, the pawl 8 comprises a stop end and a reset end, the clutch piece 5 is provided with an annular ratchet, the stop end is in contact fit with the ratchet, the reset end is connected with one end of a tension spring 7 arranged on the fixed seat 10, a right-angle connecting part of the pawl 8 penetrates through the pawl rotating shaft, a through hole for the stop end and the reset end to penetrate through is formed in the supporting table, and the pawl 8 can reciprocate in the through hole by taking the pawl rotating shaft as an axle center.
The working principle of the belt tightening device of the invention is as follows:
starting the motor 1, driving the driving part 3 to rotate by the driving shaft, and meshing the clutch part 5 with the driving part 3 and the driven rod 4 under the action of the pressure spring 9, so as to drive the driven rod 4 to rotate by a constant rotating force to tighten the safety belt or the pull-up belt;
after the tightening of the safety belt or the pull-up belt, the clutch member 5 and the driven lever 4 are reversely stopped by the pawl 8.
When the safety belt or the upper pull belt needs to be quickly released, the pressing rod 11 is shifted, so that the clutch piece 5 slides towards the direction of the second supporting plate 102, the pressure spring 9 is contracted, the clutch piece 5 is separated from the meshing teeth on the driving piece 3 and the driven rod 4, the pawl 8 is separated from the ratchet wheel on the clutch piece 5 in a dislocation manner, and the safety belt or the upper pull belt is pulled, so that the safety belt or the upper pull belt can be quickly released.

the power mechanism is used for providing power for the safety belt tightening mechanism; the safety belt tightening mechanism is used for tightening a safety belt or a pull-up belt, the safety belt tightening mechanism is a rotatable driven rod (4), the driven rod (4) is fixed on the fixed seat (10), one end of the safety belt is fixed on the driven rod (4), and the driven rod (4) rotates to drive the safety belt to be wound on the driven rod (4) so as to tighten the safety belt; the clutch mechanism is used for connecting or disconnecting the power mechanism and the safety belt tightening mechanism; the clutch mechanism comprises a driving piece (3) and a clutch piece (5), the driving piece (3) is arranged on a driving shaft of the power mechanism, the driving piece (3) is linked with the clutch piece (5), the clutch piece (5) is sleeved on the driven rod (4) and can slide on the driven rod (4), and the clutch piece (5) is linked with the driven rod (4);
the safety belt tightening mechanism is used for locking the safety belt tightening mechanism reversely, so that the safety belt tightening mechanism moves unidirectionally;
the locking mechanism comprises a pawl (8) and a tension spring (7), the pawl (8) comprises a locking end and a resetting end, an annular ratchet wheel is arranged on the clutch piece (5), the locking end is matched with the ratchet wheel in a contact mode, one end of the tension spring (7) is connected with the resetting end, the other end of the tension spring (7) is connected with a fixing seat (10), a supporting table is arranged on the fixing seat (10), a pawl rotating shaft is arranged on the supporting table, and the middle part of the pawl (8) is connected with the pawl rotating shaft and can rotate around the pawl rotating shaft.
