Abstract

本发明提供一种轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其包括壳体、马达、驱动轮、推力轴承、定位柱及螺丝,壳体包括底座及保护罩,马达设置在壳体内,马达包括输出轴,驱动轮开设有中心孔,驱动轮通过中心孔套设在马达的输出轴上,推力轴承过盈配合在驱动轮与壳体之间,定位柱穿过驱动轮的中心孔后结合于马达的输出轴,螺丝结合于定位柱,且螺丝被壳体的底座及保护罩夹紧,通过推力轴承向驱动轮提供沿Y轴方向的轴向压紧力,且通过定位柱及螺丝来避免驱动轮沿X轴或Z轴方向径向偏移,从而保证驱动轮与马达的输出轴保持同轴。

轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及移动机器人,具体是一种轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置。
背景技术
移动机器人是具有移动性以有效率的代替人类工作的设备,移动机器人按移动方式分为轮式、腿式、履带式等,其中轮式移动机器人是通过驱动轮来达到移动的目的。然而,轮式移动机器人在移动时,常会发生驱动轮与马达的输出轴未能保持同轴,导致移动路径偏移,不仅影响工作效率,甚至会造成机械损坏。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,本发明提供一种轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其可保证驱动轮与马达的输出轴保持同轴。
本发明的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其包括壳体、马达、驱动轮、推力轴承、定位柱及螺丝,壳体包括底座及保护罩,保护罩罩设在底座上,底座与保护罩之间形成容置空间,马达设置在壳体的容置空间内,马达包括输出轴,驱动轮开设有中心孔,驱动轮通过中心孔套设在马达的输出轴上,推力轴承过盈配合在驱动轮与壳体之间,定位柱穿过驱动轮的中心孔后结合于马达的输出轴,螺丝结合于定位柱,且螺丝被壳体的底座及保护罩夹紧。
本发明的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置通过推力轴承向驱动轮提供沿Y轴方向的轴向压紧力,且通过定位柱及螺丝来避免驱动轮沿X轴或Z轴方向径向偏移,以确实限定驱动轮的位置,从而保证驱动轮与马达的输出轴保持同轴,使得轮式移动机器人在移动时不会发生移动路径偏移现象,因此轮式移动机器人得以维持稳定的工作效率,同时避免机械损坏。

具体实施方式
如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置包括壳体1、马达2、驱动轮3、推力轴承4、垫片5、定位柱6、螺丝7及密封胶8。
壳体1包括底座11及保护罩12,底座11呈椭圆形,底座11上开设有穿孔111,保护罩12固定罩设在底座11上,底座11与保护罩12之间形成容置空间13,保护罩12具有侧板121。
马达2固定设置在壳体1的容置空间13内,且马达2被壳体1的底座11及保护罩12夹紧,马达2包括输出轴21以输出动力。
配合图4所示,驱动轮3包括轮圈31及轮胎32,轮圈31上开设有中心孔311,轮胎32套设于轮圈31上,驱动轮3通过轮圈31的中心孔311套设在马达2的输出轴21上,马达2为驱动轮3提供动力,驱动轮3部分容置于壳体1的容置空间13内、部分穿过壳体1的底座11的穿孔111而突出于壳体1外。
推力轴承4过盈配合在驱动轮3与壳体1的保护罩12的侧板121之间,推力轴承4用于承受轴向力,推力轴承4具有轴圈41及座圈42,轴圈41抵靠于驱动轮3而随驱动轮3转动,座圈42抵靠于保护罩12的侧板121而不转动。
垫片5设置在驱动轮3的轮圈31的中心孔311处,定位柱6穿过驱动轮3的轮圈31的中心孔311后结合于马达2的输出轴21,且定位柱6抵靠于垫片5,使驱动轮3与马达2的输出轴21同轴连接,进一步,螺丝7结合于定位柱6,且螺丝7被壳体1的底座11及保护罩12夹紧,密封胶8填充在定位柱6与螺丝7之间,以加强驱动轮3与马达2的输出轴21的连接。优选的,定位柱6是铜柱并具有螺孔61,螺丝7是M2X7机械螺丝,也就是直径为2mm且螺纹长为7mm的机械螺丝,螺丝7结合于定位柱6的螺孔61中。
本发明的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置通过推力轴承4向驱动轮3提供沿Y轴方向的轴向压紧力,且通过垫片5、定位柱6、螺丝7及密封胶8来避免驱动轮3沿X轴或Z轴方向径向偏移,以确实限定驱动轮3的位置,从而保证驱动轮3与马达2的输出轴21保持同轴,使得轮式移动机器人在移动时不会发生移动路径偏移现象,因此轮式移动机器人得以维持稳定的工作效率,同时避免机械损坏。

Claims (10)

1.一种轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其包括壳体、马达及驱动轮,所述壳体包括底座及保护罩,所述保护罩罩设在所述底座上,所述底座与所述保护罩之间形成容置空间,所述马达设置在所述壳体的所述容置空间内,所述马达包括输出轴,所述驱动轮开设有中心孔,所述驱动轮通过所述中心孔套设在所述马达的所述输出轴上,其特征在于:所述轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置还包括推力轴承、定位柱及螺丝,所述推力轴承过盈配合在所述驱动轮与所述壳体之间,所述定位柱穿过所述驱动轮的所述中心孔后结合于所述马达的所述输出轴,所述螺丝结合于所述定位柱,且所述螺丝被所述壳体的所述底座及所述保护罩夹紧。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其特征在于:所述轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置还包括垫片,所述垫片设置在所述驱动轮的所述中心孔处,且所述定位柱抵靠于所述垫片。
3.如权利要求1所述的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其特征在于:所述轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置还包括密封胶,所述密封胶填充在所述定位柱与所述螺丝之间。
4.利要利要求2所述的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其特征在于:所述轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置还包括密封胶,所述密封胶填充在所述定位柱与所述螺丝之间。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其特征在于:所述马达被所述壳体的所述底座及所述保护罩夹紧。
6.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其特征在于:所述驱动轮包括轮圈及轮胎,所述轮圈上开设有所述中心孔,所述轮胎套设于所述轮圈上。
7.如权利要求5所述的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其特征在于:所述驱动轮包括轮圈及轮胎,所述轮圈上开设有所述中心孔,所述轮胎套设于所述轮圈上。
8.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其特征在于:所述定位柱是铜柱并具有螺孔,所述螺丝是机械螺丝并结合于所述定位柱的所述螺孔中。
9.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其特征在于:所述保护罩具有侧板,所述推力轴承过盈配合在所述驱动轮与所述保护罩的所述侧板之间,所述推力轴承具有轴圈及座圈,所述轴圈抵靠于所述驱动轮而随所述驱动轮转动,所述座圈抵靠于所述保护罩的所述侧板而不转动。
10.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的轮式移动机器人的驱动轮固定装置,其特征在于:所述底座上开设有穿孔,所述驱动轮部分容置于所述壳体的所述容置空间内、部分穿过所述底座的所述穿孔而突出于所述壳体外。
