The kelp cleaning equipment is compact in structure and has high cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect.
Further, the belt mechanism 2 is disposed on a mounting frame 23; the mounting bracket 23 is provided with a belt roller 24, and a first motor 25 for driving the belt roller 24. Further, the fixed frame 5 and the high-pressure nozzles 3 on the mounting frame 23 are distributed in rows; each row of high-pressure spray heads 3 are positioned at the same height; the fixed frame 5 and the high-pressure spray head 3 on the mounting frame 23 are staggered in height.
The high-pressure nozzles 3 distributed in rows can spray all areas on the surface of the kelp, so that cleaning dead corners are avoided. In addition, the high-pressure spray heads 3 on the two sides are staggered in height, so that the cleaning effect is better.
With further reference to fig. 1 and 4, the drying assembly 4 comprises a heating wire 41 and an air flow dryer 42;
the top of the mounting frame 23 is provided with a plurality of air holes 231, and the heating wire 41 is arranged in the air holes 231; the airflow dryer 42 is arranged above the mounting rack 23; when passing between the top of the mounting frame 23 and the air dryer 42, the kelp is dried by the heater wire 41 and the air dryer 42.
When the belt mechanism 2 drives the kelp to move from the bottom placing groove 1 to the upper side of the belt mechanism 2, the kelp is positioned between the mounting frame 23 and the airflow dryer 42, the heating wire 41 generates heat, and the lower surface of the kelp is dried through the air holes 231; the airflow dryer 42 dries the upper surface of the kelp. The airflow dryer 42 dries by a hot airflow flowing at a high speed. The air dryer 42 performs drying by air flow, and has advantages of large heat transfer area and short drying time.
With further reference to fig. 5 and 6, the fixing frame 5 and the mounting frame 23 are provided with an elastic sheet 51 in the gap at a position below the high pressure nozzle 3 for scraping and brushing the surface of the kelp when the kelp passes through. The elastic sheet 51 is used to brush off large attachments on the surface of the kelp before the spray-washing using the high-pressure spray head 3.
With further reference to fig. 1, the kelp washing apparatus also has a scraping and brushing mechanism 6; the scraping and brushing mechanism 6 is used for scraping and brushing the kelp which moves to the top of the mounting frame 23 in a reciprocating manner; the holder 5 has a horizontal mounting portion 52 on the upper side for mounting the wiper mechanism 6.

the horizontal mounting part 52 is provided with a sliding part 52 a; the sliding part 52a is provided with a guide groove for the sliding rod 61 to slide back and forth; the sliding rod 61 is provided with a sliding groove 61a in the left-right direction; an output shaft of the second motor 64 is connected to one end of a connecting rod 66 through a connecting shaft 65, and is used for driving the connecting rod 66 to rotate in a horizontal plane; the other end of the connecting rod 66 is provided with a sliding block 63; the sliding block 63 is slidably arranged in a sliding groove 61a on the sliding rod 61; one end of the sliding rod 61 extends to the top of the mounting frame 23, and an angularly adjustable brush piece 62 for scraping kelp is mounted at the end.

The movable arc buckle 223 on the lock catch 22 can be used for locking the kelp seedling rope, the rotating process of the movable arc buckle 223 is damped, the kelp is locked by the lock catch 22 at the bottom, the front side and the upper side of the belt mechanism 2, and when the kelp moves to the rear side position of the belt mechanism 2, the movable arc buckle 223 is pulled downwards by the kelp, so that the kelp falls off, and the cleaning and drying processes are completed.
