Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following describes the notification message response method, the processor, the driving chip and the display device in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a notification message response method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, where the notification message response method is implemented based on a display device and is applied to the display device in a screen-off state, where the display device includes a processor and a Driver IC (Driver IC), and the notification message response method includes:
and step 11, the processor receives the notification message.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the display device is a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone or a tablet. In the embodiment of the present invention, the processor may be a main processor of the display apparatus or the like that may be used as a host of the display apparatus.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the notification message is a notification message of an application APP installed on the display device, for example, a notification message of WeChat or QQ. In some embodiments, the notification message may also be a power alert message for the display device, an operating system push message, or the like.
In this step, the processor receives the notification message while the display device is in an off (lock) state. When the notification message is a notification message of an application APP installed on the display device, in this step, the processor receives the notification message sent by the application backend server when the display device is in a screen-off state.
And step 12, the processor sends a terminal screen awakening instruction to the drive chip.
In this step, when the processor receives the notification message in the screen-off state, a terminal screen wake-up instruction is sent to the driver chip.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processor and the driving chip are connected through a preset communication interface, for example, the preset communication interface is a GPIO Pin interface. In this step, the processor sends a terminal screen wake-up instruction to the driver chip through a preset communication interface.
And step 13, the driving chip awakens at least one display area of the terminal screen based on the terminal screen awakening instruction and the pre-stored graphic data, wherein the display area is at least used for displaying the graphic data.
In the step, under the action of a terminal screen awakening instruction, a driving chip enters a notification message response mode; in the notification message response mode, the driving chip wakes up at least one display area of the terminal screen according to the pre-stored graphic data, and the display area is at least used for displaying the graphic data so as to respond to the notification message received by the processor. Wherein the terminal screen includes a plurality of display areas.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal screen wake-up instruction is a first enable signal (EN signal) for responding to the notification message in the screen-off state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the driver chip has a normal mode and a notification message response mode. In the screen extinguishing state, when the processor does not receive the notification message, the processor sends a second enabling signal (EN signal) to the driving chip, and the driving chip enters a common mode under the action of the second enabling signal; or, in the case of normal display, the processor sends a second enable signal (EN signal) to the driver chip, and the driver chip enters the normal mode under the action of the second enable signal. Under the common mode, the driving chip can normally drive the terminal screen to display.
When the processor receives the notification message in the screen-off (screen-locking) state, the processor sends a first enabling signal to the driving chip, and the driving chip enters a notification message response mode under the action of the first enabling signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the embodiment, the first enable signal is "0", and the second enable signal is "1".
