1. An intelligent waste recycling background system, which is characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
the recovery pricing management module is used for pricing management of recovery of different types;
the intelligent recovery cabinet management module is used for monitoring the state of the intelligent recovery cabinet and issuing a control command to the intelligent recovery cabinet;
the operation and maintenance personnel management module is used for carrying out basic data management on operation and maintenance personnel and issuing control commands to the operation and maintenance personnel terminal;
the client management module is used for managing client information for providing recycled products;
the order management module is used for managing all order information recovered through the intelligent recovery cabinet;
the type of the recovery product comprises an identifiable recovery product and an unrecognizable recovery product, and the intelligent recovery cabinet comprises an identifiable recovery cabinet body and an unrecognizable recovery cabinet body;
the intelligent recovery cabinet management module comprises an intelligent recovery cabinet checking unit, an intelligent recovery cabinet adding unit, an intelligent recovery cabinet deleting unit, an intelligent recovery cabinet editing unit and an intelligent recovery cabinet control command issuing module;
the intelligent recovery cabinet unit is checked, added and edited, and the intelligent recovery cabinet unit comprises the processing of terminal numbers, mac addresses, terminal models, recovery types, actual addresses, working states and related descriptions; the working states comprise normal operation, stop operation and abnormal states;
the intelligent recovery cabinet control command issuing module is used for sending control commands including cabinet door control and data acquisition to the corresponding intelligent recovery cabinet;
the intelligent recycling bin management module further comprises an intelligent recycling bin registration management unit, wherein the intelligent recycling bin registration management unit is used for receiving external intelligent recycling bin registration information comprising types and IDs sent by registered/added intelligent recycling bins and sending intelligent recycling bin registration success information to corresponding intelligent recycling bins; the external intelligent recovery cabinet registration information including the type and the ID is acquired after the intelligent recovery cabinet receives the electric connection of the external intelligent recovery cabinet;
the recovery pricing management module comprises a checking pricing unit, an adding pricing unit, a deleting pricing unit and an editing pricing unit; and processing of names, pricing units, unit prices, and related descriptions is included for both the add pricing unit and the edit pricing unit;
the basic data management of the operation and maintenance personnel management module comprises the management of operation and maintenance personnel numbers, operation and maintenance personnel names, operation and maintenance personnel contact ways and login time;
the abnormal state also comprises full load of the intelligent recovery cabinet and unrecognizable recovery products to be checked; the step of issuing control commands to the operation and maintenance personnel terminal comprises issuing control commands to be recovered when the recovery intelligent control cabinet is fully loaded and issuing control commands to be checked for unrecognizable recovered products;
the client information of the client management module comprises client basic information including client numbers, client names, client contact ways and client rebates, and order information of corresponding clients in the order management module;
the order management module receives the actual order information sent by the identifiable recovery cabinet, the estimated order information sent by the unrecognizable recovery cabinet and the checked confirmation order information corresponding to the estimated order information sent by the operation and maintenance personnel terminal;
the order information comprises order numbers, terminal numbers, recovery types, customer basic information, weight/quantity, rebate states and order placing time;
the step of issuing control commands to the operation and maintenance personnel terminal further comprises the step of sending intelligent recovery cabinet adjustment information to the operation and maintenance personnel terminal according to actual order information and confirmation order information;
the intelligent recovery cabinet management module is also used for managing a printing bar code device of the unrecognizable recovery cabinet body, and comprises a rule of printing a winding code to the unrecognizable recovery cabinet body;
the predicted order information sent by the unidentifiable recovery cabinet body also comprises bar code information; the confirmation order information after the corresponding predicted order information sent by the operation and maintenance personnel terminal is checked also comprises bar code information;
the intelligent recovery cabinet comprises the following basic components of basic operation and data transmission:
the touch display screen is used for providing selection of the selection information and displaying related information;
the data communication module is used for providing information transmission with the server and/or the communication terminal;

the article detection and conveying device is used for identifying and detecting the articles to be recovered and conveying the articles to be recovered to the storage space after the articles to be recovered are detected to be qualified; wherein, identifying and detecting the object to be recovered comprises standard identification, quantity/weight/model identification of the object entering the identifiable recovery cabinet;
position detecting means for identifying entry and exit of the article to be recovered into and from the article detecting and conveying means;
the full load detection sensor is used for detecting the size of the internal space of the identifiable recovery cabinet body and generating full load notification information after full load;
the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature condition in the identifiable recovery cabinet body;
the compressing device is used for compressing the qualified to-be-recovered objects to reduce the volume and then transmitting the objects;
the data communication module is used for transmitting the control data and the detection data;
a control unit connected with the components for control;
for the unidentifiable recovery cabinet, the recovery cabinet further comprises the following components required by the recovery cabinet:
the electromagnetic lock and the door opening motor are used for controlling the opening and closing of the input cabinet door and the take-out cabinet door of the cabinet body;
the bar code printing device is used for printing identification code bars which can be placed on the object to be recovered; the bar code printing device can also be positioned on a cabinet body on which the basic component is installed;
the article weight detection and transmission device is used for carrying out weight recognition on the objects entering the unidentifiable recovery cabinet body and transmitting the objects to the storage space;
position detecting means for identifying entry and exit of the article to be recovered into and from the article detecting and conveying means;
the full load detection sensor is used for detecting the size of the internal space of the identifiable recovery cabinet body and generating full load notification information after full load;
the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature condition in the identifiable recovery cabinet body;
the data communication module is used for transmitting the control data and the detection data;
a control unit connected with the components for control;
for the identification code bar, the generation rule of the identification code bar is issued to the controller of the intelligent recovery cabinet for the server preferentially;
for identifiable and unidentifiable recovery cabinets, the operational flow is as follows:
when the identifiable recovery cabinet body is selected, namely, a user selects to recover the identifiable recovery object through the touch display screen, the controller controls the input cabinet door of the identifiable recovery cabinet body to be opened through controlling the electromagnetic lock and the door opening motor, the user puts the object to be put into the object detection and transmission device in the input cabinet door, when the identification result of the object to be put by the object detection and transmission device is identification failure, the user is prompted through the touch display screen and the object to be put is optionally moved out of the identifiable recovery cabinet body, otherwise, the number/weight/model of the identifiable recovery object is identified and then transmitted to the storage space, then the actual rebate amount is displayed through the touch display screen according to the actual identification result, and actual order information is sent to the server;
when the unidentifiable recovery cabinet is selected, namely, a user selects to recover the unidentifiable recovery object through a touch display screen, the controller controls the bar code printing device to print an identification code bar, simultaneously controls the corresponding unidentifiable recovery cabinet to be opened through controlling the electromagnetic lock and the door opening motor, the user places the identification code bar in the to-be-released object and then places the to-be-released object in the to-be-released cabinet, the object weight detection and transmission device performs weight recognition on the object entering the unidentifiable recovery cabinet and transmits the object to the storage space, the expected rebate amount is displayed, and expected order information is sent to the server, so that the operation and maintenance personnel is reminded to perform inspection;
