a sorting mechanism is arranged below each blanking device, and a plurality of sorting outlets are arranged at the lower part of each sorting mechanism; a conveying mechanism is arranged below the sorting mechanism, one end of the conveying mechanism is provided with a packing box conveying mechanism, and the other end of the conveying mechanism is provided with a packing mechanism;
the sorting mechanism is provided with sorting inlets, each sorting inlet is connected with a plurality of sorting boxes, the sorting boxes are arranged in parallel, the sorting inlets are arranged at the upper ends of the sorting boxes on the outermost side, and the bottom of each sorting box is provided with the sorting outlet;

The sorting and packaging device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein each conveyor belt is provided with a detection mechanism above the position of the output port of the storage box, the detection mechanism is used for acquiring surface images of the fruits and vegetables passing through the detection mechanism, performing color analysis on the surface images, and determining the maturity of the current fruits and vegetables according to the ratio of the number of pixels with preset colors;
the fruit and vegetable cropping device further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is used for controlling the movement of the cropping device according to the current maturity of fruits and vegetables.
7. A sorting and packaging arrangement according to claim 6, characterised in that each sorting outlet is provided with a valve which is connected to the controller for controlling the opening and closing of the valves.
