A device for preparing dye from natural raw materials comprises a preparation box, wherein a preparation cavity is fixedly arranged in the preparation box, the upper end wall of the preparation cavity is communicated with a moving cavity with a forward opening, a moving assembly is arranged in the moving cavity and is connected with a fixing assembly, the moving assembly and the fixing assembly transfer waste residues, the working efficiency of equipment is improved, an opening cavity with a downward opening is fixedly arranged on the lower end wall of the preparation cavity, a rear wall motor is fixedly arranged on the rear end wall of the opening cavity, an output shaft of the rear wall motor is rotatably connected with the front end wall of the opening cavity, sliding blocks which are slidably connected with the upper end wall of the opening cavity are arranged on the outer surface of the output shaft of the rear wall motor in a threaded manner, cylinders which are bilaterally symmetrical are fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of each sliding block, a rotating assembly is arranged on the upper end wall of the preparation cavity and is connected with a rolling assembly, and the raw materials are crushed by the rolling assembly, the working efficiency is improved, a moving cavity is communicated with the lower end wall of the preparation cavity, a moving motor is fixedly arranged on the lower end wall of the moving cavity, a moving rod is arranged on an output shaft of the moving motor in a threaded manner, a moving block which is slidably connected with the left end wall and the right end wall of the moving cavity is fixedly arranged on the end face of the moving rod, a through groove is communicated with the right end wall of the moving cavity, an open cavity with an upward opening is fixedly arranged in the moving block, a water pipe is communicated with the right end wall of the open cavity, a water valve is communicated with the water pipe, a dye solution storage cavity is arranged on the lower end wall of the open cavity, a dye solution circulating pipe is communicated with the upper end wall of the dye solution storage cavity, a dye solution circulating valve is communicated with the dye solution circulating pipe, a liquid passing valve is communicated with the right end wall of the dye solution storage cavity, a filtering component is arranged in the open cavity, and a raw material box positioned in the filtering cavity is fixedly arranged on a cylinder push rod, the raw materials incasement sets firmly the former feed chamber of opening up, former feed chamber lower extreme wall intercommunication is equipped with a plurality of material chambeies, grind the briquetting with the material chamber offsets, preparation chamber lower extreme wall intercommunication is provided with and is located remove the left and opening transport chamber towards the left in chamber, transport chamber lower extreme wall sets firmly the conveyer.

The apparatus for preparing dye from natural material according to claim 1, wherein the moving assembly comprises a moving motor fixed on the right end wall of the moving chamber, the output shaft of the moving motor is rotatably connected with the end wall of the moving chamber, a moving block slidably connected with the upper and lower end walls of the moving chamber is provided on the outer surface of the output shaft of the moving motor in a threaded connection manner, an inner chamber is fixedly provided in the moving block, a rotating motor is fixedly provided on the end wall of the inner chamber, sliding chambers with left and right symmetrical left and forward openings are fixedly provided in the moving block, the left and right output shafts of the rotating motor penetrate through the inner chamber and are rotatably connected with the end wall of the sliding chamber, a sliding block slidably provided on the end wall of the sliding chamber is provided on the outer surface of the output shaft of the rotating motor in an opposite threaded connection manner, a connecting rod is rotatably provided on the end surface of the sliding block, and a linkage rod rotatably connected with the moving block is rotatably provided on the connecting rod, the linkage rod is rotatably connected with a fixed block.

The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the fixing member comprises a threaded sliding cavity fixed in the fixing block and having an outward opening, a fixed motor is fixed on an upper end wall of the threaded sliding cavity, an output shaft of the fixed motor is rotatably connected to an end wall of the threaded sliding cavity, a threaded slider slidably connected to the end wall of the threaded sliding cavity close to the rotating motor is threadedly disposed on an outer surface of the output shaft of the fixed motor, a rotating block is rotatably disposed on the fixing block, a fixing block is fixed on the rotating block, the fixing block is rotatably connected to the threaded slider through a connecting rod, and a coupling block is fixedly disposed on a lower end surface of the rotating block.

The apparatus for preparing dye from natural raw material according to claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a fixed block fixed on the upper end wall of the preparation chamber, a fixed inner chamber with a downward opening is fixed in the fixed block, a fixed rod fixed on the lower end wall of the preparation chamber is fixed on the upper end wall of the fixed inner chamber, a fixed gear is fixed on the outer surface of the fixed block, a rotating block slidably connected with the lower end surface of the fixed block is rotatably arranged on the outer surface of the fixed rod, a steering motor is fixed in the upper end surface of the rotating block, a rotating gear engaged with the fixed gear is fixed on the output shaft of the steering motor, a rolling motor and a guide rod are fixed on the lower end surface of the rotating block, and a rolling box slidably connected with the guide rod is threadedly arranged on the output shaft of the rolling motor.

The apparatus for preparing dye from natural raw material according to claim 4, wherein the rolling component comprises a through cavity fixed in the rolling box, a rotating rod is arranged on the rear end wall of the through cavity in a rotating manner, the rotating rod is driven by a motor fixed on the rear end wall of the through cavity, racks are arranged on the left and right end walls of the through cavity in a sliding manner, a driving rod is arranged in the rack rotating manner, a driving cavity is fixed on the driving rod, a driving motor is fixed on the end wall of the driving cavity, the output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the end wall of the driving cavity in a rotating manner, the outer surface thread of the output shaft of the driving motor is provided with a rotating shaft penetrating through the driving cavity in a sliding manner, the rotating shaft is connected with the rotating rod in a rotating manner, a driving gear connected with the front and rear end walls of the through cavity is arranged in a meshing manner, a moving rod is arranged on the front and rear end walls of the through cavity in a rotating manner, the outer surface of the moving rod is fixedly provided with a swinging block and a swinging gear meshed with the driving gear, and the lower end face of the swinging block is fixedly provided with a grinding block.
