Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the problems and overcomes at least one defect, and provides a garbage bin type dust collector which not only increases the function of storing garbage, but also keeps the characteristics of flexibility and convenience in operation of dust collection of the dust collector.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a trash can cleaner comprising: the garbage can comprises a shell, a garbage can, a dust collection assembly and a motor assembly;
the shell comprises a shell body and a top cover which is arranged on the top of the shell body in a turnover and opening and closing manner, and the shell body is provided with an accommodating cavity;
the garbage can is detachably arranged in the accommodating cavity of the shell and is provided with a garbage accommodating groove with an opening at the top; when the top cover covers the shell body, a closed space is formed inside the shell;
an air draft channel and an air outlet communicated with the outside are arranged in the shell body, the motor assembly is arranged between the air draft channel and the air outlet, one end of the air draft channel is communicated with the top opening of the garbage containing groove, the other end of the air draft channel faces the motor assembly, and air in the garbage containing groove is sucked through the motor assembly and is discharged from the air outlet, so that low pressure is formed in the garbage containing groove;
the dust collection assembly comprises a dust collection suction nozzle, a telescopic hose and a fixed pipe; one end of the flexible hose is detachably connected with the dust absorption suction nozzle, and the other end of the flexible hose is connected with the fixed pipe; the fixed pipe is fixed on the shell body, and the other end of the fixed pipe penetrates through the side wall of the shell body to extend into the upper part of the garbage can and is communicated with the opening at the top of the garbage accommodating groove; when low pressure is formed in the garbage containing groove, dust is sucked into the garbage containing groove through the dust suction nozzle.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a dust collecting assembly receiving groove and a side cover are disposed on one side of the housing body, the side cover can cover the dust collecting assembly receiving groove in a reversible manner, and the dust collecting assembly is received in the dust collecting assembly receiving groove; the fixed pipe extends into one end of the shell body, and the opening faces downwards.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dust collecting assembly further comprises at least one extension pipe and/or a spare suction nozzle, the extension pipe is used for connecting between the flexible hose and the dust collecting suction nozzle, and the spare suction nozzle is used for replacing the dust collecting suction nozzle; the types of the standby suction nozzle and the dust suction nozzle are the same or different; the dust collection assembly storage groove is divided into a plurality of subareas by the partition plates, the dust collection suction nozzle, the telescopic hose and the fixed pipe are placed in the same subarea, and the extension pipe and/or the standby suction nozzle are/is placed in other subareas.
In an embodiment of the invention, a mounting opening communicated with the accommodating cavity is formed in one side of the shell body, the garbage can is loaded into the accommodating cavity from the mounting opening, the shell further comprises a can shell arranged on the outer side of the garbage can, and the can shell and the shell body are matched to form a complete shell structure.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a baffle is disposed in the housing to divide the accommodating cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity, the first cavity is located above the baffle, and the second cavity is located below the baffle; the garbage can is arranged in the first cavity, and the motor assembly is arranged in the second cavity; the air outlet is positioned below the baffle and communicated with the second cavity.
In one embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises a limiting assembly arranged below the baffle, wherein the limiting assembly comprises a guide post, a limiting block and a return spring, the guide post is arranged at the bottom of the shell body, the limiting block is movably arranged on the guide post up and down and guided by the guide post, and the return spring is arranged in the guide post and abuts against the bottom of the shell body and the limiting block to provide upward moving force for the limiting block; the limiting block is in a step shape and comprises a limiting part, a stopping part and a pressing part which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the limiting part penetrates through the baffle plate, and the stopping part is abutted against the lower part of the baffle plate so as to keep the return spring in a compressed state; the pressing part extends out of the side wall of the shell body so as to press the limiting block through the pressing part;
the bottom of the garbage can is provided with a limiting groove, and a limiting part of the limiting block extends into the limiting groove to limit the garbage can; when the limiting block is pressed downwards, the limiting block is pressed to the top to be flush with the baffle, and the garbage can be pulled out from one side of the mounting opening; when the limiting block is loosened, the limiting block resets under the elastic force of the reset spring and extends into the limiting groove of the garbage can, and the garbage can cannot be pulled out from one side of the mounting opening.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting opening extends to three side surfaces of the shell body, the shape of the barrel shell is adapted to the shape of the mounting opening, and the matching positions of the left side and the right side of the barrel shell and the left side and the right side of the shell body are bevel edges.
In an embodiment of the invention, the dust collection assembly and the air draft channel are located on the same side of the shell body, and the mounting port and the air exhaust port are located on the opposite side of the shell body from the dust collection assembly.
In an embodiment of the invention, a filtering component is arranged at one end of the air draft channel communicated with the garbage accommodating groove and used for filtering air entering the air draft channel.
In an embodiment of the invention, a hook mounting groove is formed at the upper end of one side of the housing body, a retractable power cord hook is mounted in the hook mounting groove, and the power cord hook can be completely accommodated in the hook mounting groove or partially extends out of the hook mounting groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: this garbage bin formula dust catcher has not only increased the function of storing rubbish, simultaneously, because the dust absorption suction nozzle passes through the fixed pipe of bellows connection, in inhaling absorptive debris such as dust, fines into the garbage bin through fixed pipe, and the bellows can rotate wantonly or remove, and is very nimble when the dust absorption is used, and the operation is very convenient.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, the present invention provides a garbage can type vacuum cleaner, including: the garbage can comprises a shell 1, a garbage can 2, a dust collection assembly 3 and a motor assembly 4.
The shell 1 comprises a shell body 11 and a top cover 12 which is arranged on the top of the shell body 11 in a turnover and opening mode, wherein the shell body 11 is provided with a containing cavity 101.
The trash can 2 is detachably installed in the receiving cavity 101 of the housing 1, and the trash can 2 has a trash receiving groove 201 with an open top. When the top cover 12 covers the housing body 11, a closed space is formed inside the housing 1.
Be equipped with convulsions passageway 102 in the shell body 11 and with the air exit 103 of external intercommunication, motor element 4 locates between convulsions passageway 102 and the air exit 103, the open-top of the one end intercommunication rubbish of convulsions passageway 102 holding groove 201, the other end is towards motor element 4, draws the air in the rubbish holding groove 201 and discharges from air exit 103 through motor element 4 for form the low pressure in the rubbish holding groove 201.
The dust suction assembly 3 comprises a dust suction nozzle 31, a telescopic hose 32 and a fixed pipe 33; one end of the flexible hose 32 is detachably connected with the dust suction nozzle 31, and the other end is connected with the fixed pipe 33; the fixed pipe 33 is fixed on the shell body 11, and the other end of the fixed pipe 33 penetrates through the side wall of the shell body 11, extends into the upper part of the garbage can 2 and is communicated with the opening at the top of the garbage accommodating groove 201; when a low pressure is formed in the garbage collection tub 201, dust is sucked into the garbage collection tub 201 by the dust suction nozzle 31.
According to the garbage bin type dust collector, the top cover 12 is opened, and garbage can 2 can be thrown into the garbage bin from the upper part directly; when the top cover 12 is closed, a sealed space is formed inside the housing 1, the motor assembly 4 is opened, and then air in the garbage accommodating groove 201 is sucked, passes through the air draft channel 102 and the motor assembly 4, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the air outlet 103. The air in the garbage storage groove 201 is sucked to form a low pressure state, so that the dust or the fine dusts and other foreign matters pass through the dust suction nozzle 31, the flexible hose 32 and the fixed pipe 33 in sequence and finally fall into the garbage storage groove 201. Therefore, the garbage bin formula dust catcher combines the function of garbage bin and dust catcher, both can be used to store rubbish, also can regard as the dust catcher to use.
The garbage bin formula dust catcher has not only increased the function of storing rubbish, simultaneously, because dust absorption suction nozzle 31 passes through flexible hose 32 and connects fixed pipe 33, in can 2 with debris such as absorptive dust, fines through fixed pipe 33 suction, and flexible hose 32 can rotate or remove wantonly, and the dust absorption is very nimble when using, and the operation is very convenient.
In addition, plastic garbage bag 2011 can be packed into in the garbage storage groove 201, and then rubbish can be directly thrown into the garbage bag 2011, and during the dust absorption use, debris such as dust also can be directly inhaled in the garbage bag 2011, make things convenient for the centralized processing of rubbish to the situation of garbage bin 2 has been avoided to rubbish pollution.
The motor assembly 4 can adopt the existing motor structure of the dust collector, and details are not described.
Further, a dust suction assembly receiving groove 104 and a side cover 14 are disposed on one side of the housing 11, the side cover 14 can cover the dust suction assembly receiving groove 104 in a reversible manner, and the dust suction assembly 3 is received in the dust suction assembly receiving groove 104. The dust collection component 3 is collected in the dust collection component collecting groove 104 in a centralized way, has compact structure, is equivalent to the size of a common garbage can 2, occupies small space and is convenient to use. The end of the fixed pipe 33 extending into the housing 11 is open downward so that the dust suction assembly 3 sucks dust directly into the trash can 2.
The lower end of the side cover 14 is provided with a side cover opening 141 corresponding to the dust suction nozzle 31, so that the dust suction nozzle 31 exposes the side cover 14 when the side cover 14 is closed, that is, dust can be sucked through the side cover opening 141 when the side cover 14 is closed.
Further, the suction assembly 3 further comprises at least one extension tube 34 for connecting between the extension hose 32 and the suction nozzle 31 and/or a spare nozzle 35 for replacing the suction nozzle 31. The spare nozzle 35 and the suction nozzle 31 are of the same type or of different types. The dust collection assembly storage tank 104 is divided into a plurality of subareas 1041 by the partition plate 141, the dust collection nozzles 31, the telescopic hoses 32 and the fixed pipes 33 are arranged in the same subarea 1041, and the extension pipes 34 and/or the spare nozzles 35 are arranged in other subareas 1041.
When the dust collector is used for dust collection, the extension pipe 34 can be added between the telescopic hose 32 and the dust collection nozzle 31, as shown in fig. 11, the length of the dust collection assembly 3 can be increased by adding the extension pipe, and when the extension pipe 34 is held by hand, the garbage can type dust collector can be used as a handheld type dust collector on the market, so that the garbage can type dust collector is very convenient. Further, the extension pipe 34 may be made of a hard plastic pipe or a metal pipe, which is not limited in the present invention. In this embodiment, the dust collection assembly 3 includes two extension tubes 34, and the two extension tubes 34 may be connected at the same time as required, or only one of the extension tubes 34 may be connected, or the extension tube 34 may not be connected, which is not limited in the present invention.
In this embodiment, the suction assembly 3 comprises a spare suction nozzle 35. The spare suction nozzle 35 is a different type of suction nozzle from the suction nozzle 31, the suction nozzle 31 being a floor brush nozzle and the spare suction nozzle 35 being a flat suction nozzle. Different suction nozzles can be selected for dust collection according to different environments, and the dust collection device is very convenient.
The suction nozzle 31, the telescopic hose 32 and the fixed pipe 33 are stored in the middle partition 1041 of the suction module storage tank 104, the two extension pipes 34 are stored in the two longer partitions 1041 on both sides, and the spare nozzle 35 is stored in the shorter partition 1041. The dust collection assembly storage groove 104 is reasonable in layout, and is convenient for storing, replacing and using parts.
Further, a mounting opening 105 communicated with the accommodating cavity 101 is formed in one side of the shell body 11, the garbage can 2 is loaded into the accommodating cavity 101 from the mounting opening 105, the shell 1 further comprises a can shell 13 arranged on the outer side of the garbage can 2, and the can shell 13 and the shell body 11 are matched to form a complete shell structure. The barrel shell 13 may be fixed to the outer side of the trash barrel 2 by a snap, or may be directly adhered to the outer side of the trash barrel 2, which is not limited in the present invention. This embodiment allows the receptacle 2 to be pulled out sideways, facilitating disposal of the waste. When the trash can 2 is internally sleeved with the trash bag 2011, the trash can 2 is firstly pulled out from the side surface of the shell body 11, then the trash bag 2011 is sleeved in the trash containing groove 201 of the trash can 2, and finally the trash can 2 is installed from the side surface of the shell body 11, so that the trash can is quite convenient.
Furthermore, one side of the garbage can 2 is provided with a garbage can handle 21, and the garbage can 2 can be pulled out from the side face by holding the garbage can handle 21, so that the garbage can is very convenient. The outer surface of garbage bin handle 21 and the surface parallel and level of bucket shell 13 or be less than the surface of bucket shell 13, avoid garbage bin handle 21 to bulge shell 1 and occupation space, be convenient for place and handsome in appearance.
The mounting port 105 extends to three side surfaces of the shell body 11, the shape of the barrel shell 13 is adapted to the shape of the mounting port 105, and the matching positions of the left side and the right side of the barrel shell 13 and the left side and the right side of the shell body 11 are bevel edges 131; the movable garbage can 2 is smoother, is convenient to pull out from the mounting opening 105 or put into the garbage can 2, and has attractive appearance.
A baffle 15 is arranged in the shell 11 to divide the accommodating cavity 101 into a first cavity 1011 and a second cavity 1012, wherein the first cavity 1011 is located above the baffle 15, and the second cavity 1012 is located below the baffle 15. The garbage can 2 is arranged in a first cavity 1011 above the baffle 15, and the motor assembly 4 is arranged in a second cavity 1012 below the baffle 15, so that the garbage can is reasonable in structural arrangement and compact in whole. The exhaust vent 103 is located below the baffle 15 and communicates with the second cavity 1012. The air sucked by the motor assembly 4 enters the second cavity 1012 through the suction passage and is finally discharged from the air outlet 103.
The garbage bin formula dust catcher still includes locating the spacing subassembly 5 below the baffle 15, the said spacing subassembly 5 includes guide post 51, stopper 52 and reset spring 53, the said guide post 51 locates the bottom of the body 11, the said stopper 52 can locate guide post 51 and guided by guide post 51 up and down movably, the said reset spring 53 locates in the said guide post 51 and supports between body 11 bottom and stopper 52, provide the force moving upwards for stopper 52; the limiting block 52 is in a step shape, and includes a limiting portion 521, a stopping portion 522 and a pressing portion 523 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the limiting part 521 penetrates through the baffle 15, and the stopping part 522 abuts against the lower part of the baffle 15 to keep the return spring 53 in a compressed state; the pressing portion 523 protrudes from the sidewall of the housing 11 to press the stopper 52 through the pressing portion 523.
The bottom of the garbage can 2 is provided with a limiting groove 202, and a limiting part 521 of the limiting block 52 extends into the limiting groove 202 to limit the garbage can 2; when the limiting block 52 is pressed downwards, the limiting block 52 is pressed to the top to be flush with the baffle 15, and the garbage can 2 can be pulled out from one side of the mounting opening 105; when the limiting block 52 is released, the limiting block 52 is reset under the elastic force of the reset spring 53 and extends into the limiting groove 202 of the garbage can 2, and the garbage can 2 cannot be pulled out from one side of the mounting opening 105.
Set up spacing subassembly 5 and can carry on spacingly to garbage bin 2, garbage bin 2 falls out from shell 1 when having avoided colliding garbage bin 2 unintentionally. After the garbage can 2 is taken out, the pressing part 523 of the limiting block 52 is released, the limiting block 52 is jacked upwards due to the elastic action of the return spring 53, and at the moment, the limiting part 521 of the limiting block 52 penetrates through the baffle 15 and is exposed above the baffle 15.
Further, the stopper 521 has an inclined surface 5211 facing outward. When the garbage can 2 is loaded into the garbage can, the pressing part 523 of the limiting block 52 does not need to be pressed, the garbage can 2 is directly pushed into the housing 1, the garbage can 2 presses the inclined surface 5211 of the limiting part 521, the limiting block 52 moves downwards, the garbage can 2 is continuously pushed into the housing 1 until the limiting groove 202 of the garbage can 2 aligns with the limiting part 521, the limiting part 521 is inserted into the limiting groove 202 under the elastic action of the reset spring 53, the pressing part 523 of the limiting block 52 is not pressed at this time, and the garbage can 2 cannot be taken out. In other words, the garbage can 2 can be put into the shell 1 only by pushing the garbage can 2 inwards, which is very convenient.
Further, the dust suction assembly 3 and the draft passage 102 are located on the same side of the housing 11, and the mounting opening 105 and the air discharge opening 103 are located on the opposite side of the housing 11 from the dust suction assembly 3. Such structural design is very reasonable for garbage bin 2 can carry out the pull from the side, and the structure is very compact, and space utilization in the shell 1 is higher. Furthermore, the housing 1 is a cuboid, and the air outlets 103 are disposed at two corners below the cuboid.
Further, one end of the air draft channel 102, which is communicated with the garbage accommodating groove 201, is provided with a filtering component 6 for filtering air entering the air draft channel 102, so that dust or fine impurities in the garbage can 2 are prevented from being sucked into the air draft channel 102 to cause blockage.
Further, a hook mounting groove 106 is formed at an upper end of one side of the housing 11, a retractable power cord hook 16 is mounted in the hook mounting groove 106, and the power cord hook 16 can be completely accommodated in the hook mounting groove 106 or partially extend out of the hook mounting groove 106. When the power line needs to be hung, the power line hook 16 is pulled out, and the power line is hung on the power line hook 16, so that the hanging is very convenient; when the power cord is not required to be hung, the power cord hook 16 is pressed into the hook mounting groove 106, so that the overall appearance is attractive.
The bottom of the housing 11 is provided with a power line slot 107, and a power line can be wound in the power line slot 107 for storage. And a power switch 17 for controlling the motor assembly 4 is arranged on one side of the shell body 11, so that the operation is convenient.
The upper ends of both sides of the housing body 11 are provided with handle grooves 108, and the entire garbage can type dust collector can be lifted by holding the handle grooves 108.
