The temperature control heating device of the eyelash curler comprises a heating component for heating and is characterized by further comprising a temperature measuring element for detecting the heating temperature of the heating component, wherein the heating component comprises a heating wire, a heating wire fixing rod and a power wire, the heating wire is hollow-out and is sleeved on the heating wire fixing rod, one end of the heating wire is connected with one end of the power wire, a through groove and a mounting hole are formed in the side wall of the heating wire fixing rod, the temperature measuring element penetrates through the mounting hole, extends out of the outer side of the heating wire fixing rod and is in contact with the heating wire, data wires of the power wire and the temperature measuring element are located in the through groove, and the power wire is located at the outer side of the data wire;
the tube wall of the heating wire is axially provided with a plurality of circles of adjacent empty slot parts, each annular tube wall on two sides of each empty slot part forms a circle of heating wire, the width of each circle of heating wire is 0.5-3mm, each circle of empty slot part comprises at least one annular empty slot and at least one connecting strip which is arranged in the annular empty slot and is used for connecting two adjacent heating wires, and the connecting strips of the two adjacent circles of empty slot parts are arranged in a staggered mode.
2. The temperature-controlled heating apparatus of claim 1, wherein each ring of the hollow portion comprises an arc-shaped hollow portion and connecting strips connecting two adjacent heating wires, and the connecting strips of the adjacent hollow portions are staggered by 180 degrees.

The temperature-controlled heating apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a temperature control circuit for obtaining temperature data of the temperature measuring element to control a heating temperature of the heating element, wherein the temperature measuring element and the heating element are both electrically connected to the temperature control circuit.
4. A temperature-controlled heating apparatus of a mascara according to claim 3, further comprising a display module for displaying the temperature of the heating element, the display module being electrically connected to the temperature-controlled circuit.

The temperature-controlled heating apparatus of claim 3, wherein the temperature-controlled circuit comprises a charge management module, a control module, a temperature detection module, and a display interface module, the charge management module charging a battery of the mascara when an external power source is connected; when a heating instruction is received, the control module controls the heating wire to heat, the real-time temperature of the heating wire is detected by the temperature measuring element and fed back to the control module, and the control module controls the heating power of the heating wire according to the detected real-time temperature and controls the display module to display temperature data through the display interface module.
