The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is for storing tenant application processing data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of processing a tenant application.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor that when executing the computer program performs the steps of: receiving a renting application, wherein the renting application comprises a user terminal identifier and product information of a product to be rented; checking whether the product information is contained in the vending warehouse; when the product information is contained in the vending library, judging whether a payment mode corresponding to the product information exists, and when the payment mode does not exist, acquiring a nonstandard formula corresponding to the product information, wherein the nonstandard formula is generated according to the historical product information and the income corresponding to the historical product information; calculating the benefits of the product to be rented according to the nonstandard formula and the product information, and obtaining the payment mode of the calculated benefits; and checking the payment mode, and if the check passes, transmitting the payment mode to the user terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, after the processor determines whether the payment method corresponding to the product information exists when executing the computer program, the method further includes: when a payment mode corresponding to the product information exists, acquiring the payment mode corresponding to the product information; and continuing to send the payment mode to the terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, after the processor executes the computer program to send the payment method to the user terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier, the method further includes: when receiving the renting confirmation message sent by the user terminal, identifying a renting mode corresponding to the renting application according to the product information of the renting application; and when the renting mode is to purchase with a renting agent, checking whether the product to be rented meets the delivery requirement, and if so, establishing an association relation between the product to be rented and the renting application which meets the delivery requirement.
In one embodiment, after identifying the corresponding tenant mode of the tenant application according to the product information of the tenant application, the processor when executing the computer program further includes: when the renting mode of the renting application is renting, generating a purchase request corresponding to the product information; judging whether a product corresponding to the purchase request exists in the product library, and if so, taking the product corresponding to the purchase request as a product to be rented; and continuously checking whether the product to be rented meets the delivery requirements.
In one embodiment, after the association relationship between the product to be rented and the renting application, which is realized when the processor executes the computer program and meets the factory requirement, the method further comprises: receiving the transaction information sent by the user terminal, wherein the transaction information carries the product renting period; generating a purchase request corresponding to the product information when the product lease expires according to the product; and sending the purchase request to the terminal corresponding to the user identifier.
In one embodiment, a method for receiving a lease application implemented when a processor executes a computer program includes: receiving user information and product information of a product to be rented; detecting whether an application history exists according to the user information, and if so, acquiring application information corresponding to the user information according to the application history; and generating a renting application according to the application information and the product information.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving a renting application, wherein the renting application comprises a user terminal identifier and product information of a product to be rented; checking whether the product information is contained in the vending warehouse; when the product information is contained in the vending library, judging whether a payment mode corresponding to the product information exists, and when the payment mode does not exist, acquiring a nonstandard formula corresponding to the product information, wherein the nonstandard formula is generated according to the historical product information and the income corresponding to the historical product information; calculating the benefits of the product to be rented according to the nonstandard formula and the product information, and obtaining the payment mode of the calculated benefits; and checking the payment mode, and if the check passes, transmitting the payment mode to the user terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, after the computer program is executed by the processor to determine whether a payment method corresponding to the product information exists, the method further comprises: when a payment mode corresponding to the product information exists, acquiring the payment mode corresponding to the product information; and continuing to send the payment mode to the terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, after the computer program is executed by the processor to send the payment method to the user terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier, the method further includes: when receiving the renting confirmation message sent by the user terminal, identifying a renting mode corresponding to the renting application according to the product information of the renting application; and when the renting mode is to purchase with a renting agent, checking whether the product to be rented meets the delivery requirement, and if so, establishing an association relation between the product to be rented and the renting application which meets the delivery requirement.
In one embodiment, after identifying the corresponding tenant mode of the tenant application according to the product information of the tenant application, the computer program when executed by the processor further includes: when the renting mode of the renting application is renting, generating a purchase request corresponding to the product information; judging whether a product corresponding to the purchase request exists in the product library, and if so, taking the product corresponding to the purchase request as a product to be rented; and continuously checking whether the product to be rented meets the delivery requirements.
In one embodiment, after the association between the product to be rented and the application to be rented, which is realized when the computer program is executed by the processor, and the factory requirements are met, the method further comprises: receiving the transaction information sent by the user terminal, wherein the transaction information carries the product renting period; generating a purchase request corresponding to the product information when the product lease expires according to the product; and sending the purchase request to the terminal corresponding to the user identifier.
In one embodiment, a computer program, when executed by a processor, receives a lease application, comprising: receiving user information and product information of a product to be rented; detecting whether an application history exists according to the user information, and if so, acquiring application information corresponding to the user information according to the application history; and generating a renting application according to the application information and the product information.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. A method of processing a tenant application, the method comprising:
receiving a renting application, wherein the renting application comprises a user terminal identifier and product information of a product to be rented;
checking whether the product information is contained in a vending warehouse;
judging whether a payment mode corresponding to the product information exists or not when the product information is contained in the vending library, and acquiring a nonstandard formula corresponding to the product information when the payment mode does not exist, wherein the nonstandard formula is generated according to historical product information and income corresponding to the historical product information;
Calculating the benefits of the product to be rented according to the nonstandard formula and the product information, and obtaining a payment mode of the calculated benefits;
checking the payment mode, and if the check is passed, transmitting the payment mode to a user terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier;
after the judging whether the payment mode corresponding to the product information exists, the method further comprises the following steps:
when a payment mode corresponding to the product information exists, acquiring the payment mode corresponding to the product information;
continuing to send the payment mode to the user terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier;
after the payment method is sent to the user terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier, the method further comprises:
when receiving the renting confirmation message sent by the user terminal, identifying a renting mode corresponding to the renting application according to the product information of the renting application;
when the renting mode is to purchase with a renting agent, checking whether the product to be rented meets the delivery requirement, and if so, establishing an association relationship between the product to be rented meeting the delivery requirement and the renting application;
after identifying the renting mode corresponding to the renting application according to the product information of the renting application, the method further comprises the following steps:
When the renting mode of the renting application is rented, generating a purchase request corresponding to the product information;
judging whether a product corresponding to the purchase request exists in a product library, and if so, taking the product corresponding to the purchase request as the product to be rented;
and continuing to check whether the product to be rented meets the factory requirements.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the associating the rented product satisfying the factory requirement with the renting application, further comprising:
receiving the deal information sent by the user terminal, wherein the deal information carries a product renting period;
when the product renting period expires, generating a vehicle purchase request corresponding to the product information;
and sending the vehicle purchase request to a user terminal corresponding to the user identifier.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the tenant application comprises:
receiving user information and product information of a product to be rented;
detecting whether an application history exists according to the user information, and if so, acquiring application information corresponding to the user information according to the application history;
And generating a renting application according to the application information and the product information.
4. A tenant application processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a renting application, wherein the renting application comprises a user terminal identifier and product information of a product to be rented;

the second payment mode acquisition module is used for acquiring the payment mode corresponding to the product information when the payment mode corresponding to the product information exists;
A continuing execution module, configured to continue sending the payment method to a user terminal corresponding to the user terminal identifier;
the mode identification module is used for identifying a renting mode corresponding to the renting application according to the product information of the renting application when receiving the renting confirmation message sent by the user terminal;
