Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the press hook 85 is positioned above the V-shaped block 8, and in the actual use process, after the connecting nut 88 is unscrewed, the press hook 85 is rotated to a certain position around the axis of the stud 87, so that the press hook 85 avoids the mounting and dismounting position of the insert 3 on the V-shaped groove 81, and the insert 3 can be conveniently taken and placed.
In order to enable the insert 3 and the shielding ring 2 to abut against each other, in this embodiment, a radially extending accommodating groove 42 is formed on the outer side groove wall of the annular positioning groove 41 corresponding to the welding position of the insert 3, and the insert 3 can penetrate through the accommodating groove 42 and then abut against the outer side wall of the shielding ring 2.

After a workpiece is welded, the workpiece can be taken out only by loosening the connecting nut 88 and the compression nut 71 and pulling the pressing plate 5 and the rotating pressing hook 85, so that the operation is simple, the clamping is convenient, the labor intensity is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
In other embodiments, the cross section of the annular positioning groove can also be in a V-shaped groove, a U-shaped groove and other structures; the locating ring and the bottom plate can be integrally formed in a die-casting mode and the like.
In other embodiments, the pressing mechanism and the stopping positioning element can be respectively arranged on two radially opposite sides of the annular positioning groove, and at the moment, the pressing mechanism presses downwards, the stopping positioning element stops downwards from the pressing plate, so that the pressing contact part is used as a fulcrum, and the pressing mechanism and the stopping positioning element apply reverse torque to the pressing plate.

The positioning tool for welding the shielding ring and the insert according to claim 2, wherein an avoiding groove for avoiding a welding space is formed in a position, corresponding to the insert welding, of the pressing plate, and the pressing plate is in press contact with the shielding ring.

The positioning tool for welding the shielding ring and the insert according to claim 3, wherein the avoiding groove is a T-shaped through groove with a notch facing the radial outer side of the positioning groove, the T-shaped through groove comprises an inner small-diameter section groove and an outer large-diameter section groove, the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing member which is inserted into the small-diameter section groove of the pressing plate and is fixedly connected with the supporting seat, the pressing plate can move in a direction opposite to the direction of the notch facing the avoiding groove to move the pressing member from the small-diameter section groove to the large-diameter section groove, and when the pressing member is located in the large-diameter section groove, the pressing contact surface of the pressing plate moves to the radial inner side of the positioning groove to avoid the taking and placing path of the shielding ring.
