The liquid injection port in the above embodiment may also be directly disposed on the insulating outer tube 5, and the liquid injection tube is inserted into the liquid injection port, and meanwhile, the liquid injection tee 16 is replaced by a connecting tube, and the structure of the outlets at the left and right ends of the connecting tube is the same as the structure of the outlets at the left and right ends of the liquid injection tee 16.
