Background
The sedimentation tank is a structure for removing suspended matters in water by applying sedimentation and is equipment for purifying water. The suspended substances in the water are removed by utilizing the natural sedimentation or coagulating sedimentation of the water. The sedimentation tank is divided into a horizontal sedimentation tank and a vertical sedimentation tank according to the water flow direction. The settling effect is determined by the flow rate of the water in the settling tank and the residence time of the water in the tank. In order to improve the sedimentation effect and reduce the land area, a honeycomb inclined tube counter-current sedimentation tank, an accelerated clarification tank, a pulse clarification tank and the like are mostly adopted at present, and the sedimentation tank is widely used in wastewater treatment.
Traditional sedimentation tank adopts rabbling mechanism to make flocculation precipitant fully contact with sewage, but because sedimentation tank is bulky, flocculating agent and sewage contact efficiency are not high, cause the speed that the sediment generated flocculation conglobation slow, influence sewage treatment's efficiency.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the vertical water outlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe which are arranged oppositely, the mixing cylinder which is in a conical cylindrical structure, the stirring plate and the rotating central shaft are arranged, so that the front collision mixing of a precipitator and sewage is realized, and a rotational flow is formed under the stirring of the stirring plate, the efficiency of flocculation and precipitation is accelerated, the volume of a precipitation flocculation block is improved, and the subsequent precipitation is convenient to generate; through the vertical helical blade roller and the horizontal helical blade roller which are provided with linkage, the sludge is discharged outside, and the sludge is prevented from blocking the sludge outlet pipe.

This example differs from example 1 in that: the lower end of the sedimentation cavity 16 is communicated with a blanking pipe 17, the side edge of the blanking pipe 17 is communicated with a mud outlet pipe 19, the mud outlet pipe 19 is provided with a manual valve, a vertical helical blade roller 18 is arranged in the blanking pipe 17, a horizontal helical blade roller 20 is arranged in the mud outlet pipe 19, a rotating shaft of the vertical helical blade roller 18 and a rotating shaft of the horizontal helical blade roller 20 extend in opposite directions and are connected through a transmission gear set 21, and the transmission gear set 21 comprises a group of bevel gears which are mutually vertically meshed; the pivot of horizontal helical blade roller 20 has second driving motor 22 through the coupling joint, and second driving motor 22 and external power source electric connection, second driving motor 22 drive vertical helical blade roller 18 and horizontal helical blade roller 20 and rotate, clear up mud in the sedimentation chamber 16, and the clearance is effectual, avoids mud to block up out the mud pipe.
