Lithium ion batteries are widely used in electric vehicles and consumer electronics because of their advantages of high energy density, high output power, long cycle life, and low environmental pollution. The safety issues of lithium ion batteries have thus largely limited their application and popularity.
A large number of experimental results show that the short circuit in the battery is the root cause of the potential safety hazard of the lithium ion battery. In order to avoid the occurrence of short circuits in the battery, researchers have attempted to improve from many aspects, including studies on improving the safety performance of the lithium ion battery by using the characteristics of the PTC material. However, in this modification, the PTC material added to the active material layer may adversely affect the electrochemical performance of the battery.
There have also been studies to separately provide a PTC material layer (safety coating layer) between a current collector and an active material layer of a battery. When the temperature of the battery rises, the resistance of the PTC material layer is increased, so that the resistance between the current collector and the active material layer is increased, even the power is cut off, and the safety effect of preventing the electrochemical reaction from continuing is achieved. However, in this modification, when the active material slurry is applied to the surface of the PTC material layer, the solvent (e.g., NMP, etc.) in the slurry dissolves the PTC material in the PTC layer and enters the upper active material layer, which not only causes the PTC layer to lose the PTC effect, but also deteriorates the electrical properties. In a conventional coating layer having a PTC effect used in a battery, polyethylene, polypropylene, an ethylene-propylene copolymer, or the like is generally used as a PTC base material, and in this case, a binder is additionally added to the PTC base material and a conductive material, and if the binder content is too small, the adhesion between the coating layer and a current collector is poor, and if the binder content is too large, the properties such as the response temperature and the response speed of the PTC effect are affected. Polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride (e.g., PVDF) are one of the commonly used binders. When used as a binder, PVDF is used in much smaller amounts than the matrix material. PVDF binders, for example, in conventional PTC coatings are typically less than 15% or 10% or even lower relative to the total weight of the coating. Some documents (for example, CN105594019A, CN06558676A) also mention that PVDF itself may be used as a PTC matrix material, but most of the documents are based on theoretical guess and do not actually verify the use effect of PVDF as a PTC matrix material. Meanwhile, other documents (for example, paragraph [0071] of CN 104823313A) clearly suggest that PVDF is not suitable as a PTC matrix material.
In the present invention, the safety coating layer disposed between the current collector and the electrode active material layer may still function as a PTC thermistor layer using polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride as a polymer base material. The weight percentage of the polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride as the polymeric matrix material is 35 wt% -75 wt% relative to the total weight of the security coating. This amount is much higher than the amount of polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride (e.g., PVDF) typically used as a binder in prior art PTC thermistor layers.
In the present invention, the polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride materials serve two functions in practice, both as PTC matrix and as binder. Thus, the influence on the adhesiveness of the coating, the response temperature and the response speed of the PTC effect and the like caused by the difference between the adhesive and the PTC base material is avoided.

In addition, the polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride as the polymer matrix material of the safety coating can be used as the PTC matrix and the binder, thereby being beneficial to preparing thinner safety coatings without influencing the caking property of the safety coatings.
In addition, the solvent (e.g., NMP) or the electrolyte in the electrode active material layer on the top of the safety coating layer may have adverse effects such as dissolution and swelling on the polymer material in the safety coating layer, and the safety coating layer containing PVDF in an amount of the binder alone may be liable to cause deterioration in the adhesion; for the security coatings of the present application, however, this adverse effect is negligible due to the large content of polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride.
In the electrode sheet of the present invention, the weight percentage of the polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride polymer matrix is 35 wt% to 75 wt%, based on the total weight of the safety coating. If the content is too small, the PTC effect of the safety coating cannot be well ensured; if the content is too high, the content of the conductive material and the inorganic filler is too small, and the performance of the safety coating, such as response speed, is also affected. The weight percentage of the polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride polymer matrix is preferably 40 wt% to 75 wt%, and more preferably 50 wt% to 75 wt%.
In the present invention, the safety coating layer, which is disposed between the current collector and the electrode active material layer, further includes a conductive material. The conductive material may be selected from at least one of a conductive carbon-based material, a conductive metal material, and a conductive polymer material, wherein the conductive carbon-based material is selected from at least one of conductive carbon black, acetylene black, graphite, graphene, carbon nanotubes, and carbon nanofibers; the conductive metal material is selected from at least one of Al powder, Ni powder and gold powder; the conductive polymer material is selected from at least one of conductive polythiophene, conductive polypyrrole and conductive polyaniline. The conductive material may be used singly or in combination of two or more.
The action principle of the safety coating of the invention is as follows: at normal temperature, the safety coating conducts electrons by means of a good conductive network formed among conductive materials; when the temperature rises, the volume of the polymer matrix material begins to expand, the space between the conductive material particles is increased, the conductive network is partially blocked, and the resistance of the safety coating is gradually increased; when a certain temperature (such as an actuating temperature) is reached, the conductive network is almost completely isolated, and the current approaches zero, so that an electrochemical device using the safety coating is protected. Therefore, the amount of conductive material used is important for the PTC layer to function properly. In the present invention, the weight percentage of the conductive material is 5 to 25 wt%, preferably 5 to 15 wt%, with respect to the total weight of the security coating.
The conductive material is generally used in the form of powder or granules. The particle size may be 5nm to 500nm, such as 10nm to 300nm, 15nm to 200nm, 15nm to 100nm, 20nm to 400nm, 20nm to 150nm, and the like, depending on the specific application environment.
In the present invention, the safety coating layer, which is disposed between the current collector and the electrode active material layer, further includes an inorganic filler. It has been found that when the safety coating layer does not contain an inorganic filler, a solvent (e.g., NMP, etc.) or an electrolyte in the electrode active material layer on the upper layer of the safety coating layer may adversely affect the dissolution, swelling, etc. of the polymer material in the safety coating layer, so that the safety coating layer may be damaged, affecting the performance of the PTC effect. The inventors have found that, when an inorganic filler is added to the security coating, the inorganic filler acts as a barrier material, which is advantageous in eliminating the above-mentioned adverse effects of dissolution, swelling, etc., and in stabilizing the security coating. In addition, the addition of the inorganic filler is also beneficial to ensuring that the safety coating is not easy to deform in the pole piece compaction process. Therefore, the addition of the inorganic filler can well ensure that the safety coating is stably positioned between the current collector and the electrode active material layer, prevent the current collector from being in direct contact with the electrode active material layer, and thus can improve the safety performance of the battery.
The inventors have also surprisingly found that inorganic fillers can also improve the response speed etc. properties of the security coating. However, in general, the conductive network is partially restored after a dynamic equilibrium has been reached inside the security coating, so that after a certain temperature (for example, the operating temperature) has been reached, the resistance of the security coating is not as great as desired and very little current still flows through it. The inventors have found that when an inorganic filler is added, the inorganic filler and the polymer matrix material with increased volume can both have the effect of blocking the conductive network after the volume of the polymer matrix material is expanded. Therefore, after the inorganic filler is added, the safety coating can better generate PTC effect in the range of the actuation temperature, namely the resistance value is increased more quickly at high temperature, and the PTC response speed is higher. So that the safety performance of the battery can be better improved.
The weight percentage of the inorganic filler is 10 wt% to 60 wt%, based on the total weight of the security coating. The content of the inorganic filler is too small, which is not enough to stabilize the safe coating; an excessively large content may affect the PTC performance of the safety coating layer. The weight percentage of the inorganic filler is preferably 15 wt% to 45 wt%.
The inorganic filler may function to stabilize the security coating from two aspects: (1) the solvent (such as NMP and the like) or the electrolyte in the electrode active material layer is prevented from generating adverse effects such as dissolution, swelling and the like on the high polymer material in the safety coating layer; (2) the pole piece compaction device is beneficial to ensuring that the safety coating is not easy to deform in the pole piece compaction process.

The thickness is too small, which is not enough to ensure the effect of improving the safety performance of the battery by the safety coating; too large will cause the internal resistance of the battery to increase seriously, thereby affecting the electrochemical performance of the battery when the battery works normally.
In the electrode plate, the safety coating is coated on the electrode current collector. For the current collector, materials commonly used in the art, such as metal foil or foil of stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, etc., may be used.
In the electrode plate of the invention, the electrode active material layer is arranged outside the safety coating layer. For the positive electrode plate, a positive active material layer is used; for the negative electrode, a negative electrode active material layer is used.
The positive active material layer used in the present invention may be selected from various positive active material layers known in the art to be suitable for lithium batteries, and the constitution and preparation method thereof are known in the art. The positive electrode active material layer contains a positive electrode active material, and various positive electrode active materials known to those skilled in the art for producing a positive electrode of a lithium ion secondary battery, such as a lithium-containing composite metal oxide, and a specific material, such as LiCoO, can be used2、LiNiO2、LiMn2O4、LiFePO4One or more of lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide (such as LiNi)0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2) And lithium nickel manganese oxide.
When the positive electrode electrochemical active material (or the coating modified material thereof) is used as the inorganic filler of the safety coating of the positive electrode plate, the positive electrode electrochemical active material in the safety coating and the positive electrode active material used in the positive electrode active material layer can be the same or different.
The negative active material layer used in the present invention may be selected from various negative active material layers known in the art to be suitable for lithium batteries, and the constitution and preparation method thereof are known in the art. The negative electrode active material layer contains a negative electrode active material, and various negative electrode active materials for preparing a negative electrode of a lithium ion secondary battery, which are well known to those skilled In the art, may be used, for example, carbonaceous materials such as graphite (artificial graphite or natural graphite), conductive carbon black, carbon fibers, etc., metal or semi-metal materials such as Si, Sn, Ge, Bi, Sn, In, etc., or alloys thereof, lithium-containing nitride or lithium-containing oxide, lithium metal or lithium aluminum alloy, etc.
The application also discloses an electrochemical device, which comprises the electrode plate. The electrochemical device may be a capacitor, a primary battery, or a secondary battery. For example, a lithium ion capacitor, a lithium ion primary battery, or a lithium ion secondary battery may be used. The construction and preparation of these electrochemical devices are known per se, except for the use of the electrode pads (positive and/or negative electrode pads) according to the invention. The electrochemical device may have improved safety and electrical properties (e.g., cycle performance) due to the use of the electrode sheet of the present invention. The electrode sheet of the present invention is easy to process, so that the manufacturing cost of an electrochemical device using the electrode sheet of the present invention can be reduced.
Examples
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantageous technical effects of the present invention more clear, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples. However, it should be understood that the embodiments of the present invention are only for explaining the present invention and are not for limiting the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the embodiments given in the specification. The experimental conditions are not specified in the examples using conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the material supplier or the equipment supplier.
1. Preparation method
1.1 preparation of the Security coating
The PTC coating is prepared by adopting a polymer matrix material, a conductive material and an inorganic filler in a certain ratio, taking N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) as a solvent, uniformly stirring, coating on a current collector (an anode current collector aluminum foil or a cathode current collector copper foil), and drying to obtain a PTC layer (namely a safety coating).
The main materials used in the security coating of each embodiment are as follows:
polymer matrix material: PVDF, PVDC;
conductive material (conductive agent): Super-P (TM);
inorganic filler: alumina, lithium iron phosphate (LFP for short), carbon-coated modified lithium iron phosphate (LFP/C for short), carbon-coated modified lithium titanate (Li for short)4Ti5O12/C), lithium cobaltate (LCO for short), carbon-coated modified lithium cobaltate (LCO/C for short).
The above materials are common materials in the lithium battery industry, and can be conveniently obtained by corresponding suppliers through commercial approaches.
1.2 preparation of Positive and negative electrode plates with safety coating
Positive pole piece: a90 wt% ternary material NCM811 (LiNi) was used0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2) 5 wt% of SP and 5 wt% of PVDF, NMP is used as solvent, and after being uniformly stirred, the mixture is coated on the safety coating on the surface of the aluminum foil of the positive current collector prepared according to the step 1.1 to be used as a positive active material layer; drying at 85 ℃, cold pressing, then cutting edges, cutting pieces, slitting, drying for 4 hours at 85 ℃ under a vacuum condition, and welding tabs to prepare the secondary battery positive pole piece (namely the cathode pole piece) meeting the requirements.
Negative pole piece: adding active substance graphite, a conductive agent Super-P, a thickening agent CMC and an adhesive SBR into solvent deionized water according to the mass ratio of 96.5:1.0:1.0:1.5, and uniformly mixing to prepare anode slurry; and (2) coating the anode slurry on the safe coating on the surface of the copper foil of the negative current collector prepared according to the step 1.1, drying at 85 ℃, then cutting edges, cutting pieces and dividing strips, drying for 4 hours at 110 ℃ under a vacuum condition, and welding tabs to prepare the secondary battery negative pole piece (namely the anode pole piece) meeting the requirements.
1.3 preparation of conventional Positive electrode sheet and conventional negative electrode sheet
Conventional positive electrode piece: the same preparation method as the step 1.2, except that the surface of the aluminum foil of the positive current collector has no safe coating.
Conventional negative pole pieces: the same preparation method as the step 1.2, except that the surface of the aluminum copper foil of the negative current collector has no safe coating.
1.4 preparation of electrolyte
Mixing Ethylene Carbonate (EC), Ethyl Methyl Carbonate (EMC) and diethyl carbonate (DEC) according to a volume ratio of 3: 5: 2 to obtain an EC/EMC/DEC mixed solvent, and then fully drying lithium salt LiPF6Dissolving in mixed solvent to obtain 1M solution, and obtaining the electrolyte.
1.5 preparation of the Battery
A polypropylene film with the thickness of 12 mu m is used as an isolating film, the positive pole piece, the isolating film and the negative pole piece are sequentially stacked, the isolating film is positioned between the positive pole piece and the negative pole piece to play an isolating role, and then the battery cell is wound into a naked battery cell. Vacuum baking at 75 deg.C for 10h, injecting electrolyte (prepared as described in the above "preparation of 1.4 electrolyte"), vacuum packaging, standing for 24h, charging to 4.2V with constant current of 0.1C, then charging with constant voltage of 4.2V until the current drops to 0.05C, discharging to 3.0V with constant current of 0.1C, repeating charging and discharging for 2 times, and finally charging to 3.8V with constant current of 0.1C, to complete the preparation of secondary battery.
2. Testing of Material Properties
In each of examples and comparative examples, physical properties of each material (mainly, inorganic filler) constituting the security coating layer were respectively tested by the following methods, unless otherwise specified.
2.1 conductivity
The conductivity of the samples was measured using a RTS-4 type four-probe tester, and 5 measurements were averaged in S/m.
3. Performance testing of batteries
The safety of the secondary batteries of the respective examples and comparative examples was evaluated by GBT31485-2015 "safety requirement and test method for Power storage batteries for electric vehicles", and the test results were recorded.
3.1 needling test:
fully charging the secondary battery to the charge cut-off voltage with the current of 1C, then charging the secondary battery at constant voltage until the current is reduced to 0.05C, and stopping charging. By using

The high temperature resistant steel needle (the conical angle of the needle tip is 45 degrees) penetrates through the battery from the direction vertical to the polar plate of the battery at the speed of 25mm/s, the penetrating position is preferably close to the geometric center of the punctured surface, the steel needle stays in the battery, and whether the battery has the phenomena of combustion and explosion or not is observed.
3.2 overcharge test:
fully charging the secondary battery to the charge cut-off voltage with the current of 1C, then charging the secondary battery at constant voltage until the current is reduced to 0.05C, and stopping charging. Then, the charging was stopped after the constant current of 1C was constant to 1.5 times the charging termination voltage or the charging was 1 h.
3.3 cycle performance test:
the cycle number test conditions were: and (3) carrying out 1C/1C cycle test on the secondary battery at 25 ℃, wherein the charging and discharging voltage range is 2.8-4.2V, and the test is stopped when the capacity is attenuated to 80% of the first discharging specific capacity.
3.4PTC Effect test
Fully charging the secondary battery to the charging cut-off voltage at the current of 1C, then charging at a constant voltage until the current is reduced to 0.05C, stopping charging, and testing the direct current resistance of the battery core (discharging for 10s at the current of 4C). Then placing the battery core at the constant temperature of 130 ℃ for 1h, testing the direct current resistance, and calculating the increase rate of the direct current resistance; and then placing the battery core at the constant temperature of 130 ℃ for 2h, testing the direct current resistance, and calculating the increase rate of the direct current resistance.
4. Results of Performance testing
4.1 protective effect (PTC Effect) of the safety coating and Effect on Battery Performance
In order to verify the protection effect of the invention, the following specific materials and amounts listed in tables 1-1 were prepared into the corresponding safety coating, positive electrode sheet, negative electrode sheet and battery according to the methods and procedures described in "1, preparation method", and then tested according to the method specified in "3, performance test of battery". To ensure that the data was accurate, 4 cells (10 cells for the needle punch test) were prepared and tested independently, and the final test results were averaged and shown in tables 1-2 and tables 1-3.
The conventional pole piece P and the conventional pole piece N are prepared according to the method of '1.3 preparation of conventional positive pole piece and conventional negative pole piece'; the other pole pieces were prepared according to the method described in "1.2 preparation of positive and negative pole pieces with safety coating" with the safety coating material composition specified in the table.

The data in tables 1-1, 1-2 and 1-3 indicate that: the electrode plate can greatly improve the needling safety performance of the battery, and the addition of the inorganic filler can obviously improve the direct current resistance increase rate of the battery at high temperature, thereby improving the passing rate of the battery needling safety performance test.
4.2 Effect of the content of Components in the Security coating
In order to further study the influence of the component content in the safety coating, the following specific materials and amounts listed in tables 2-1 were prepared into the corresponding safety coating, positive electrode sheet, negative electrode sheet and battery according to the methods and procedures described in "1, preparation method", and then tested according to the method specified in "3, performance test of battery". To ensure that the data was accurate, 4 cells (10 cells for the needle punch test) were prepared and tested independently, and the final test results were averaged and summarized in tables 2-2.

The data in tables 2-1 and 2-2 indicate that: (1) if the content of the inorganic filler is too low, the PTC effect of the safety coating cannot be exerted in a hundred percent, so that the safety performance of the battery cannot be fully improved; if the content of the inorganic filler is too high, the content of the polymer matrix is too low, and the safety coating cannot be guaranteed to normally exert the PTC effect; (2) the conductive material has a large influence on the internal resistance and polarization of the battery, so that the cycle life of the battery is influenced.
Experiments have found that suitable ranges of the contents of the components of the security coating are as follows:
the weight percentage of the polymer matrix is 35 wt% -75 wt%;
the weight percentage of the conductive material is 5-25 wt%;
the weight percentage of the inorganic filler is 10-60 wt%.
4.3 Effect of inorganic Filler conductivity on Battery Performance
In order to further study the influence of the material properties of the safety coating on the performance of the pole piece and the battery, the corresponding safety coating, the positive pole piece, the negative pole piece and the battery were prepared according to the method and the steps described in "1 and preparation method" with the specific materials and the amounts listed in the following table 3-1, and then tested according to the method specified in "3 and battery performance test". To ensure that the data was accurate, 4 cells (10 cells for the needle punch test) were prepared and tested independently, and the final test results were averaged and summarized in tables 3-2.

The data in tables 3-1 and 3-2 show that the conductivity of the inorganic filler has a certain influence on the internal resistance of the electrode plate and the battery, and the higher the conductivity is, the smaller the internal resistance and polarization are, and the better the cycle performance of the battery is. Further tests have found that when the conductivity σ satisfies 10-3S/m≤σ≤102And when the ratio of S to m is less, the safety and the electrical property of the battery are very good, and the comprehensive performance of the battery is optimal. When the conductivity of the filler is less than 10-3S/m or greater than 102At S/m, the cell safety or electrical performance may be reduced.
Those skilled in the art will understand that: the application example of the safety coating of the present invention is illustrated above only with a lithium battery as an example, but the safety coating of the present invention can be equally applied to other types of batteries or electrochemical devices while still obtaining the excellent technical effects of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will understand that: in a battery or an electrochemical device, the safety coating can be used for a positive pole piece, a negative pole piece or both the positive pole piece and the negative pole piece, and can play an effective protection role.
Appropriate changes and modifications to the embodiments described above will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure and teachings of the foregoing description. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, and some modifications and variations of the present invention should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention. Claims (11)

1. An electrode plate comprises a current collector, an electrode active material layer and a safety coating arranged between the current collector and the electrode active material layer, wherein the safety coating comprises a polymer matrix, a conductive material and an inorganic filler, the polymer matrix is a polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride polymer matrix, based on the total weight of the safety coating,
the weight percentage of the polymer matrix is 35 wt% -75 wt%;
the weight percentage of the conductive material is 5 wt% -25 wt%;
the weight percentage of the inorganic filler is 10-60 wt%;
and the electrical conductivity σ of the inorganic filler satisfies: 10-3S/m≤σ≤102S/m, and
the conductive material is selected from at least one of a conductive carbon-based material, a conductive metal material and a conductive polymer material,
wherein the conductive carbon-based material is selected from at least one of conductive carbon black, graphite, graphene, carbon nanotubes and carbon nanofibers;
the conductive metal material is selected from at least one of Al powder, Ni powder and gold powder;
the conductive polymer material is selected from at least one of conductive polythiophene, conductive polypyrrole and conductive polyaniline.
2. The electrode sheet of claim 1, wherein the polymer matrix is at least one selected from polyvinylidene fluoride, carboxylic acid modified polyvinylidene fluoride, acrylic acid modified polyvinylidene fluoride, polyvinylidene chloride, carboxylic acid modified polyvinylidene chloride, acrylic acid modified polyvinylidene chloride, polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer, and polyvinylidene chloride copolymer.
3. The electrode sheet according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic filler is at least one selected from metal oxides, non-metal oxides, metal carbides, non-metal carbides, inorganic salts, or at least one of conductive carbon coated modified, conductive metal coated modified or conductive polymer coated modified materials thereof.
4. The electrode sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the weight percentage of the polymer matrix is 50 wt% to 75 wt%, the weight percentage of the conductive material is 5 wt% to 15 wt%, and the weight percentage of the inorganic filler is 15 wt% to 45 wt%.
5. The electrode sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the thickness H of the safety coating is 1 μm or less and H or less and 20 μm or less.
6. The electrode piece according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the thickness H of the safety coating is 3 μm or less and H or less and 10 μm or less.
7. The electrode pad according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which is a positive electrode pad.

The electrode sheet according to claim 7, wherein the inorganic filler is selected from at least one of conductive carbon-coated modified lithium cobaltate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium nickel manganese aluminate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium iron phosphate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium vanadium phosphate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium cobalt phosphate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium manganese phosphate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium iron silicate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium vanadium silicate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium cobalt silicate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium manganese silicate, conductive carbon-coated modified spinel-type lithium manganese manganate, conductive carbon-coated modified lithium nickel manganese manganate, and conductive carbon-coated modified lithium titanate.
9. An electrochemical device comprising a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, wherein the positive electrode plate and/or the negative electrode plate is the electrode plate of any one of claims 1 to 6, and the electrochemical device is a capacitor, a primary battery or a secondary battery.

A safety coating for an electrode sheet, comprising a polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride polymeric matrix, a conductive material and an inorganic filler, the polymeric matrix being a polyvinylidene fluoride and/or polyvinylidene chloride polymeric matrix, based on the total weight of the safety coating,
the weight percentage of the polymer matrix is 35 wt% -75 wt%;
the weight percentage of the conductive material is 5 wt% -25 wt%;
the weight percentage of the inorganic filler is 10-60 wt%;
and the electrical conductivity σ of the inorganic filler satisfies: 10-3S/m≤σ≤102S/m, and
the conductive material is selected from at least one of a conductive carbon-based material, a conductive metal material and a conductive polymer material,
wherein the conductive carbon-based material is selected from at least one of conductive carbon black, graphite, graphene, carbon nanotubes and carbon nanofibers;
the conductive metal material is selected from at least one of Al powder, Ni powder and gold powder;
the conductive polymer material is selected from at least one of conductive polythiophene, conductive polypyrrole and conductive polyaniline.
11. The safety coating for an electrode tab according to claim 10, wherein the weight percentage of the polymer matrix is 50 wt% to 75 wt%, the weight percentage of the conductive material is 5 wt% to 15 wt%, and the weight percentage of the inorganic filler is 15 wt% to 45 wt%.
