The embodiment of the invention provides a control method for a multi-split air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1, the multi-split air conditioner comprises an outdoor unit 1 and a plurality of indoor units connected with the outdoor unit 1, wherein the number of the indoor units in fig. 1 is 3, the outdoor unit 1 comprises a controller 11, a compressor 12, a four-way valve 13, an external fan 14 and the like, the outdoor unit 1 is connected with the plurality of indoor units through refrigerant pipelines and control lines, each indoor unit is provided with an electronic expansion valve and an indoor unit controller, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted through the indoor unit controller, so that the flow of refrigerant input into the indoor unit pipelines is adjusted. During the multi-split operation, the outdoor unit controller 11 obtains a capacity demand coefficient of each indoor unit, where the capacity demand coefficient is determined by a difference value between a room temperature T1 where the indoor unit is located and a set temperature TS, and if the room temperature T1 is higher or the set temperature TS is lower, the difference value between the room temperature T1 and the set temperature TS is larger, the capacity demand coefficient corresponding to the indoor unit in the room is larger. The outdoor unit control 11 sums the capacity demand coefficients of all the indoor units to determine a total capacity demand coefficient, and determines the current operating frequency of the compressor according to the total capacity demand coefficient, so that the output capacity of the multi-split air conditioner meets the capacity demand of the room where each indoor unit is located, and the final cooling or heating demand of each room is achieved.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the multi-split air conditioner based on the above includes:
step S210, counting the number of times of reaching temperature and stopping operation within a preset time when the multi-split air conditioner operates, wherein the reaching temperature and stopping operation means that an electronic expansion valve of an indoor unit of the multi-split air conditioner is closed under the condition that the temperature of a room where the indoor unit is located reaches a set temperature;
step S220, correcting the running frequency of the compressor after the indoor unit is restarted according to the times of reaching the temperature and stopping the machine, wherein the restarting of the indoor unit means that the electronic expansion valve is restarted;
and step S230, controlling the compressor to operate according to the corrected operation frequency.
In the step S210, it is worth to be noted that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve in each indoor unit is adjusted and changed along with the start-up operation of the indoor unit, when the temperature of the room where the indoor unit is located reaches the preset temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit is smaller, when the room temperature reaches the preset temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is zero, that is, the electronic expansion valve is closed, that is, the indoor unit is closed, a refrigerant passage on a pipeline of the indoor unit is closed and is not circulated, the timing starts, when the room temperature rises to exceed the preset temperature, the electronic expansion valve is opened, that is, the indoor unit is started, so as to count the number of times of the indoor unit reaching the temperature and stopping within the preset time from the timing; at the moment, the capacity requirement of the indoor unit is reduced to zero, when the temperature of the room where all the indoor units are located reaches the set temperature, the total capacity requirement is zero, the total capacity requirement coefficient is zero, the compressor is closed, and if the temperature of the room where one indoor unit is located has the capacity requirement due to rising, the total capacity requirement coefficient is larger than zero, and the compressor is opened again.
In steps S220-S230, the running frequency of the compressor after the indoor unit is restarted is corrected according to the counted times of reaching the temperature and stopping the machine, and the compressor is controlled to operate according to the corrected operating frequency, so that when the temperature is reached and the shutdown times are relatively frequent, the operating frequency of the compressor after the indoor unit is restarted is corrected in a reducing way, so that the operating frequency of the compressor is relatively reduced, namely the total capacity output of the compressor is reduced, thereby reducing the actual cooling or heating capacity provided to each indoor unit, thus extending the time for the temperature of the room in which the indoor unit is located to reach the set temperature, the time for the indoor unit to stop again is prolonged, the up-and-down fluctuation speed of the indoor room temperature is finally delayed, and the problem of poor user experience comfort caused by large fluctuation of the room temperature due to frequent starting and stopping of the compressor in the prior art is solved.
The step of correcting the operating frequency of the compressor after the indoor unit is restarted specifically includes correcting the operating frequency of the compressor when the indoor unit is restarted and in the starting process.
It should be noted that, because the multi-split air conditioner generally has a plurality of indoor units, the above statistics on the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping the operation of one of the indoor units before correcting the operation frequency of the compressor is performed, and the same processing is performed on the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping the operation of other indoor units, so that the current operation frequency of the compressor can be corrected as long as the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping the operation of each indoor unit meets the conditions of the above steps, and thus the continuous correction is performed, and the fluctuation of the temperature of the room where each indoor unit is located meets the comfort requirement of the user.
Specifically, when the operation frequency of the compressor after the indoor unit is restarted is corrected through the counted number of times of reaching the temperature shutdown, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
correcting the operation frequency under the condition that the number of times of reaching the temperature shutdown is greater than the preset number of times;
when the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping the indoor unit counted in the preset time exceeds the preset value, if the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping the indoor unit counted in 1 hour exceeds 10 times, the number of times of starting and stopping the indoor unit is considered to be overlarge, so that the fluctuation of the room temperature is high, and therefore the operation frequency needs to be corrected. The preset times can be determined according to the temperature fluctuation condition during the previous experiment so as to influence the comfort of the user.
Further, the step of correcting the operating frequency specifically includes:
the operating frequency is reduced by a preset frequency.
And reducing the current running frequency F0 of the compressor by a preset frequency W to be used as the running frequency of the compressor when the indoor unit is started next time. The value of the preset frequency W can be determined through early-stage experiments, and is particularly related to the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping, when the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping is larger, the preset frequency W is larger, so that the correction amplitude of the operating frequency is larger, and the operating frequency needs to be reduced relatively greatly because the temperature fluctuation is relatively high at the moment.
Further, after the operating frequency is corrected, the method further comprises the following steps:
and taking the minimum value of the preset frequency as the corrected operation frequency under the condition that the corrected operation frequency is smaller than the minimum value of the preset frequency.
In order to avoid overlarge correction amplitude of the operating frequency, a preset minimum value of the operating frequency is set, and if the corrected operating frequency is smaller than the minimum value, the minimum value is used as the corrected operating frequency. Since the corrected operating frequency is already at the preset frequency minimum value, the operating frequency of the compressor is not corrected any more, and the compressor is always operated according to the preset frequency minimum value.
Further, after the operating frequency is corrected, the method further comprises the following steps:
and under the condition that the corrected running frequency is not less than the minimum value of the preset frequency, counting the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping within the preset time again. And resetting the counted number of the temperature reaching shutdown, and restarting the counting of the number of the temperature reaching shutdown within the preset time.
The control method for the multi-split air conditioner comprises the steps of counting the number of times of reaching temperature and stopping the multi-split air conditioner within a preset time when the multi-split air conditioner operates, wherein the reaching temperature and stopping is that an electronic expansion valve of an indoor unit of the multi-split air conditioner is closed under the condition that the temperature of a room where the indoor unit is located reaches a set temperature, then correcting the operation frequency of a compressor after the indoor unit is restarted according to the number of times of reaching temperature and stopping, wherein the step of restarting the indoor unit means that the electronic expansion valve is restarted, and finally controlling the compressor to operate according to the corrected operation frequency. Therefore, the temperature fluctuation of the room where the multi-split air conditioner is located meets the requirement of comfort, and the problem of comfort caused by large room temperature fluctuation due to frequent starting and stopping of the indoor unit in the prior art is solved.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides a control device for a multi-split air conditioner, the control device being provided in an outdoor unit of the multi-split air conditioner, the multi-split air conditioner being the same as the multi-split air conditioner described in the above-mentioned control method embodiment for the multi-split air conditioner, the control device being configured to:
counting the number of times of reaching temperature and stopping the multi-split air conditioner within a preset time during operation, wherein the reaching temperature and stopping is to close an electronic expansion valve of an indoor unit of the multi-split air conditioner under the condition that the temperature of a room where the indoor unit is located reaches a set temperature;
correcting the running frequency of the compressor after the indoor unit is restarted according to the times of reaching the temperature and stopping, wherein the restarting of the indoor unit means that the electronic expansion valve is restarted;
and controlling the compressor to operate according to the corrected operating frequency.
In the above configuration step, it is worth to be noted that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve in each indoor unit is adjusted and changed along with the start-up operation of the indoor unit, when the temperature of the room where the indoor unit is located reaches the preset temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit is smaller, when the room temperature reaches the preset temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is zero, namely the electronic expansion valve is closed, namely the indoor unit is closed, a refrigerant passage on a pipeline of the indoor unit is closed and is not circulated, the timing is started, when the room temperature rises to exceed the preset temperature, the electronic expansion valve is opened, namely the indoor unit is started, so as to count the number of times of the indoor unit reaching the temperature and stopping within the preset time from the timing; at the moment, the capacity requirement of the indoor unit is reduced to zero, when the temperature of the room where all the indoor units are located reaches the set temperature, the total capacity requirement is zero, the total capacity requirement coefficient is zero, the compressor is closed, and if the temperature of the room where one indoor unit is located has the capacity requirement due to rising, the total capacity requirement coefficient is larger than zero, and the compressor is opened again.
Correcting the running frequency of the compressor after the indoor unit is started up again through the counted up-to-temperature shutdown times, and the compressor is controlled to operate according to the corrected operating frequency, so that when the temperature is reached and the shutdown times are relatively frequent, the operating frequency of the compressor when the indoor unit is restarted is corrected in a decreasing manner, so that the operating frequency of the compressor is relatively decreased, namely the total capacity output of the compressor is decreased, thereby reducing the actual cooling or heating capacity provided to each indoor unit, thus extending the time for the temperature of the room in which the indoor unit is located to reach the set temperature, the time for the indoor unit to stop again is prolonged, the up-and-down fluctuation speed of the indoor room temperature is finally delayed, and the problem of poor user experience comfort caused by large fluctuation of the room temperature due to frequent starting and stopping of the compressor in the prior art is solved.
The step of correcting the operating frequency of the compressor after the indoor unit is restarted specifically includes correcting the operating frequency of the compressor when the indoor unit is restarted and in the next starting process.
Specifically, when the operation frequency of the compressor after the indoor unit is restarted is corrected through the counted number of times of reaching the temperature shutdown, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
correcting the operation frequency under the condition that the number of times of reaching the temperature shutdown is greater than the preset number of times;
when the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping the indoor unit counted in the preset time exceeds the preset value, if the number of times of reaching the temperature and stopping the indoor unit counted in 1 hour exceeds 10 times, the number of times of starting and stopping the indoor unit is considered to be overlarge, so that the fluctuation of the room temperature is high, and therefore the operation frequency needs to be corrected.
The control device for the multi-split air conditioner comprises a temperature-reaching shutdown device, a temperature-reaching shutdown device and a control device, wherein the temperature-reaching shutdown device is used for closing an electronic expansion valve of an indoor unit of the multi-split air conditioner when the temperature of a room where the indoor unit is located reaches a set temperature, then correcting the operation frequency of a compressor after the indoor unit is restarted according to the temperature-reaching shutdown frequency, the restarting of the indoor unit means that the electronic expansion valve is restarted, and finally controlling the compressor to operate according to the corrected operation frequency. Therefore, the temperature fluctuation of the room where the multi-split air conditioner is located meets the requirement of comfort, and the problem of comfort caused by large room temperature fluctuation due to frequent starting and stopping of the indoor unit in the prior art is solved.
