Abstract
The invention discloses a grouting sleeve with a detection tube and a grouting fullness detection and slurry supplementing method thereof, wherein the grouting sleeve comprises a plurality of detection tubes, and each detection tube comprises a longitudinal detection tube and a transverse detection tube; the longitudinal detection tube is the same as the cylinder in length, is longitudinally arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder and is flush with the top end and the bottom end of the cylinder, and a plurality of first transverse openings are formed in the side wall of the longitudinal detection tube, wherein the first transverse openings are required to be formed in the top end side wall and the bottom end side wall of the longitudinal detection tube; the transverse detection tube is communicated with the side wall of the longitudinal detection tube, and the outlet at the top end of the transverse detection tube is higher than the upper edge of the outer side of the pulp outlet tube; the cylinder is provided with second transverse openings which are in one-to-one correspondence with the first transverse openings, and the first transverse openings are communicated with the second transverse openings. The invention can nondestructively detect the compactness of the grouting sleeve on site and carry out slurry supplementing when the compactness of the sleeve is found to be inconsistent with the requirement.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of assembled buildings, in particular to a grouting sleeve with a detection pipe and a grouting fullness detection and slurry supplementing method.
Background
The assembled building structure is increasingly popularized and developed under the strong support of the state. The wall, floor, beam, column and other parts of the building can be prefabricated in a processing plant and then transported to the site for assembly and splicing. This means that existing cast-in-place structural connection means will not be suitable for use in fabricated structural constructions. At present, a grouting sleeve is mainly adopted for vertical steel bar connection in an assembled building, and the connection strength mainly depends on the grouting compactness of the grouting sleeve.
The leakage of grouting caused by site construction or component design defects can cause huge potential safety hazards. However, the grouting sleeve is installed in the concrete member, and it is difficult to perform nondestructive inspection on site. Meanwhile, after grouting is completed, even after the problem of grouting compactness is found, a temporary effective method for repairing the grouting is not available.
Therefore, the method can be used for quick nondestructive detection on site, and can be used for carrying out the supplementary grouting on the grouting sleeve with low grouting compactness, so that the overall quality and the safety of the assembled structure are greatly improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides the grouting sleeve with the detection pipe and the grouting fullness detection and slurry supplementing method thereof, the method can be completed on site, the detection speed is high, the detection channel can also be used as a slurry supplementing channel, and the slurry supplementing can be accurately carried out aiming at an uncompacted area.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the grouting sleeve with the detection tube comprises a cylinder body, wherein a grouting tube is arranged on the cylinder wall at the lower part of the cylinder body, and a slurry outlet tube is arranged on the cylinder wall at the upper part of the cylinder body; the system also comprises a plurality of detection pipes, wherein the detection pipes comprise a longitudinal detection pipe and a transverse detection pipe;

(5) If the water injection quantity is not greater than the volume in the corresponding detection pipe, the grouting is full; if the water injection quantity is larger than the volume of the corresponding detection channel, the grouting is not full, and the grouting is needed to be supplemented;
(6) When the slurry is needed to be replenished, the injection device is used for pumping out the injected water, and the residual water quantity in the sleeve is confirmed; and (3) injecting grouting into the detection pipe which is found to be not full in grouting by using an injection device according to the residual water quantity, and completing grouting.
Furthermore, the injection device is provided with scales, and the front end of the injection device is connected with a hose with the diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the detection tube.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can realize nondestructive detection of compaction of the grouting sleeve on site, and can immediately carry out slurry supplementing on site when the sleeve compaction degree is found to be inconsistent.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the invention provides a grouting sleeve with a detection pipe, which comprises a cylinder body 1, wherein a grouting pipe 2 is arranged on the cylinder wall at the lower part of the cylinder body 1, and a grouting pipe 3 is arranged on the cylinder wall at the upper part of the cylinder body 1; the device also comprises a plurality of detection pipes, wherein the detection pipes comprise a longitudinal detection pipe 4 and a transverse detection pipe 5;
The longitudinal detection tube 4 has the same length as the cylinder 1, is longitudinally arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder 1 and has the top end and the bottom end flush, and the side wall of the longitudinal detection tube 4 is provided with a plurality of first transverse openings 6, wherein the top end side wall and the bottom end side wall of the longitudinal detection tube 4 are required to be provided with the first transverse openings 6;

The longitudinal detection tube 4 has the same length as the cylinder 1, is longitudinally arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder 1 and has the top end and the bottom end flush, and the side wall of the longitudinal detection tube 4 is provided with a plurality of first transverse openings 6, wherein the top end side wall and the bottom end side wall of the longitudinal detection tube 4 are required to be provided with the first transverse openings 6;

(1) The outer end of the transverse detecting tube 5 is plugged by a rubber plug;
(2) Grouting the grouting pipe 2 until slurry flows out of the grouting pipe 3;
(3) Removing the rubber plug after the slurry in the sleeve is solidified;
(4) Injecting water into the transverse detecting tube 5 by an injection device;
(5) If the water injection quantity is not greater than the volume in the corresponding detection pipe, the grouting is full; if the water injection quantity is larger than the volume of the corresponding detection channel, the grouting is not full, and the grouting is needed to be supplemented;
(6) When the slurry is needed to be replenished, the injection device is used for pumping out the injected water, and the residual water quantity in the sleeve is confirmed; according to the residual water quantity, the water consumption for the grouting material allocation is regulated (the allocation of the water consumption is common knowledge in the field), and the grouting is injected into the detection pipe which is found to be not full in grouting by using an injection device, so that the grouting is completed.
Furthermore, the injection device is provided with scales, the front end of the injection device is connected with a hose with the diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the detection tube, the hose stretches into the bottommost end of the longitudinal detection tube 4, water is easy to fill, the injection volume is recorded, and if the injectable volume is smaller than the capacity of the detection tube (the capacity of the detection tube can be determined by adopting a mode of filling water by using a sample detection tube with the same specification), the grouting compactness is high; if the injectable volume is larger than the capacity of the detection pipe, the grouting compaction degree is low, and the grouting is needed to be carried out.
The detection tube is added on the grouting sleeve, so that on-site nondestructive detection and on-site slurry supplementing are possible. Unlike other detection modes, the detection tube designed in this way does not need to make large changes to the existing process and the grouting sleeve structure. The transverse opening of the longitudinal detection tube 4 can be communicated with the grouting sleeve when the grouting sleeve is provided with a cavity, and a channel is provided for the detection cavity. Preferably, two detection pipes are combined, one detection pipe is used for pulp supplementing, and the other detection pipe can be used for exhausting, so that the cavity caused by the fact that air cannot be discharged is avoided.
