Secondly, the moving process of the sealing machine in the horizontal direction is completed by the rotation of the rotary sleeve 7 and the sliding of the T-shaped sliding block 25 in the T-shaped sliding groove 22 of the sliding rod. The T-shaped sliding block 25 slides freely in the T-shaped sliding groove 22 of the sliding rod, the sliding rod is kept horizontal and not bent by the sliding rod tensioning rope 5, and the rotating sleeve 7 with the rotating sleeve sliding rod is buckled at the upper end of the lifting rod and can freely swing along the horizontal direction.

the plate moisture-proof packaging bag comprises a bag body, wherein the periphery and the bottom end of the bag body are closed, the top end of the bag body is open, the bag body is in a cuboid shape after being unfolded, and the bottom surface of the bag body is in a rectangle shape; the bag body sequentially comprises a protective layer, a blocking layer and a heat sealing layer from outside to inside, and all the layers are bonded together through an adhesive; a drying and dehumidifying agent bag is arranged in the bag body, a drying and dehumidifying agent is arranged in the drying and dehumidifying agent bag, and the drying and dehumidifying agent is a mineral drying agent and/or a silica gel drying agent; a bracket is arranged at the bottom of the bag body; the method is characterized in that:
the movable plastic film sealing machine comprises a sealing machine body, a lifting controller, a vertical lifting adjusting rod, a horizontal sliding adjusting rod and a fixed base; the vertical lifting adjusting rod comprises an upper lifting rod and a lower fixing rod, the bottom end of the lower fixing rod is fixedly connected with the fixing base, the bottom end of the upper lifting rod is inserted from the top end of the lower fixing rod, positioning holes are formed in the upper lifting rod and the lower fixing rod at intervals and are provided with fixing bolts, the height size of the vertical lifting rod is adjusted by inserting the fixing bolts into different positioning holes, and a rotating sleeve is arranged at the top end of the upper lifting rod; the horizontal sliding adjusting rod comprises a horizontal rod body, one end of the horizontal rod body is connected with the rotating sleeve, a T-shaped sliding groove is formed in the bottom of the horizontal rod body along the length direction of the horizontal rod body, and a T-shaped sliding block capable of sliding back and forth along the T-shaped sliding groove is embedded in the T-shaped sliding groove; the lifting controller comprises a lifting control box, the lifting control box is connected with a T-shaped sliding block through a lifting rope, a lifting motor is arranged inside the lifting control box and connected with a rope winding wheel through a transmission shaft, one end of the lifting rope is guided by a guide wheel and then wound on the rope winding wheel, the other end of the lifting rope is connected with the T-shaped sliding block, and an ascending control button and a descending control button for controlling the forward or reverse rotation of the lifting motor are arranged on the lifting control box; the bottom of the lifting control box is connected with a sealing machine body, the sealing machine body comprises two heating blocks which are matched with each other, the two heating blocks are connected with a handle for controlling the sealing machine body to clamp or unfold, and the heating blocks are arranged on a handle frame;
the packaging method comprises the following steps:
(1) putting a bracket for placing a finished product at a position where the finished product is produced on a production line, then putting a paperboard on the bracket, putting a plate moisture-proof packaging bag on the paperboard, putting a packaged object into the bag, putting paperboard corner protectors at corners of the stacked object for protection treatment, and putting a drying and dehumidifying agent bag into the bag;
(2) placing a movable plastic film sealing machine at the edge of an object to be sealed, adjusting the height of the sealing machine through lifting, adjusting the heat sealing temperature, aligning the packaging bag opening, and adjusting the position of the sealing machine to thermally seal the packaging bag opening;
(3) fixing the object with a strapping tape, and performing protection treatment at the position where the strapping tape is in pressing contact with the packaging bag;
the step (2) is specifically carried out according to the following steps:
(2.1) adjusting the large-size height of the sealing machine by lifting adjustment of a vertical lifting adjusting rod, and adjusting the small-size height of the sealing machine by lifting of a lifting controller; the lifting rod fixing bolt changes the height of the adjusting rod by changing different adjusting positioning holes on the upper adjusting rod; starting the lifting installation button, and driving the rope winding wheel to wind and unwind the winding rope by the lifting motor to finish fine adjustment of the height of the sealing machine;
(2.2) completing the moving process of the sealing machine in the horizontal direction by the rotation of the rotary sleeve and the sliding of the T-shaped sliding block in the T-shaped sliding groove of the sliding rod;
(2.3) adjusting the temperature control knob to a proper temperature, tensioning and flattening the bag opening, putting the bag opening between two heating blocks of a sealing machine, pressing a handle to heat, stopping heating after the temperature is increased to the adjusted temperature, preserving heat and pressurizing for a period of time, and finishing the sealing of the bag opening.

A moisture-proof packaging method for plastic plate material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the protective layer is a polyester material layer or a polyamide material layer, the thickness of the protective layer is 0.015-0.03 mm when the polyester material layer is selected, and the thickness of the protective layer is 0.015-0.06 mm when the polyamide material layer is selected; the barrier layer is a polyamide material layer or an aluminum foil material layer, the thickness is 0.02-0.06mm when the polyamide material layer is selected, and the thickness is 0.02-0.03mm when the aluminum foil material layer is selected; the heat sealing layer is made of a polyethylene material layer or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer material layer, the thickness of the polyethylene material layer is 0.015-0.2mm when the polyethylene material layer is selected, and the thickness of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer material layer is 0.02-0.1mm when the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer material layer is selected.
3. A moisture-proof packaging method for plastic plate material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the drying and dehumidifying agent is arranged on the inner side of the bottom surface and the inner side of the side surface of the bag body.
