Abstract
The invention discloses a surgical aspirator with a controllable flushing function and controllable suction, which comprises a flushing/suction pipe, wherein the flushing/suction pipe is respectively connected with a negative pressure suction interface and a flushing liquid interface through a flushing/suction valve, and a suction control hole and a basic suction regulating valve are arranged on a channel connected with the negative pressure suction interface. The washing and suction functions are integrated on the same medical instrument, and the device has the advantages of adjusting negative pressure suction force, preventing tissue injury caused by improper suction force and blocking the suction tube, being capable of performing controllable washing at any time, adapting to different operation habits of users and having wide practical application in surgical operations.
At present, the surgical field is generally cleaned by sucking normal saline by an injector, flushing the surgical area and then sucking the generated liquid and other sucked objects by using the existing aspirator. In operation, a different instrument needs to be replaced. Most of the existing attractors only have a single attraction function, and do not have the functions of flushing and accurately adjusting the attraction.
Some surgical attractors are designed with suction control holes, but the shape of the surgical attractors is round or oval, which is not beneficial to adjusting the suction force. Some of the suction control holes are designed into a water drop shape, but the suction control holes have no funnel structure, so that the suction force cannot be accurately adjusted and controlled.
The structure of the suction tube mouth of the existing suction device is suitable for processing larger dissections, and the structure can be completely sucked into the suction device mouth by slightly careless operation of softer tissues such as blood vessels, nerves and the like, and the suction device is blocked when the structure is light, and the tissues are damaged when the structure is heavy. When brain tissue is operated, the thinner micro aspirator tube should be replaced step by step, and the suction force is adjusted according to the difference of suction objects (the suction force is currently adjusted by the degree of blocking the side hole of the aspirator by the finger), and the accuracy is not enough. The attractive force can be larger when removing the epidural hematoma, but the strong attractive force is not suitable for removing small blood clots which are tightly adhered to the dura mater.
